Level sensor 500 can be conductivity type level sensor, for measuring water level by applying electric current to conductor; Or based on the level sensor of float, measure water level for using floating member etc.
Controller is for the state of the operator scheme and condensation water collection unit 400 that control dehumidifier 10.Particularly, controller is for arranging the maximum stage (hereinafter referred to as " threshold level ") of condensed water, receive the water level information from the condensation water collection unit 400 of water level sensing unit 500, and stop the operation of pump 430 when the condensed water in condensation water collection unit 400 reaches threshold level. In addition, controller may be used for providing warning to user, and it must empty condensed water in water receptacle 420 to notify user.
Below, operation and the effect of dehumidifier 10 according to an embodiment of the invention will be described.
Use dehumidifier 10 can reduce indoor air humidity.User can use control panel 130 to operate dehumidifier 10 by blasting unit 300 and Dehumidifying element 200.Air can by the air intake 110 in the rear surface of housing 100 by blasting unit 300 suction casing 100, and then air can cool and dehumidify by dehumidified unit 200.
In one embodiment, such as, Dehumidifying element 200 can use circulating refrigerant to carry out cooling-air.Particularly, after refrigerant circulation compressor 210, condenser 220 and expansion valve, cold-producing medium is changed to low-pressure gas.Cold-producing medium with through evaporator 230 and the air exchange heat evaporated in transponder 230.In addition, air and cold-producing medium heat-shift, transfer heat to cold-producing medium.Air is cooled to its saturation point, and the part steam in air is condensed into liquid. The condensed water produced by said process instills first below evaporimeter 230/lower water receptacle 410 downwards by gravity.
Blasting unit 300 discharges for the air outlet slit 120 by being arranged in the upper of housing 100 or top surface or exports dehumidified air.
When air is by continuous dehumidifying, the amount being collected in the condensed water in first/lower water receptacle 410 increases gradually. When the water level in first/lower water receptacle 410 reaches threshold level, lower level sensor 510 detect and the state sending first/lower water receptacle 410 to controller.
Controller can operating pumps 430, and the condensed water be collected in first/lower water receptacle 410 is passed to second/upper water receptacle 420 by pump 430.Condensed water can be transferred into second/upper water receptacle 420 by transfer tube 431 and condensed water supply orifice 422.The flange 443 of condensed water supply valve 440 upwards can be pressed by the condensed water that pump 430 pressurizes. Therefore, valve body 441 and open/closed valve 442 move up, and condensed water supply orifice 422 is opened, and condensed water can be transferred into second/upper water receptacle 420.Opening/closing driver part 444 can be compressed by between flange 443 and support component 424, like this, produces restoring force at opening/closing driver part 444 place. But, because the restoring force of opening/closing driver part 444 is less than the hydraulic pressure of condensed water, so condensed water supply orifice 422 remains on open mode.
If air is dehumidified further, then second/upper water receptacle 420 also reaches threshold level, and the status information of second/upper water receptacle 420 can be sent to controller by upper level sensor 520.When second/upper water receptacle 420 is full of condensed water, controller stops the operation of pump 430, and condensed water is no longer provided to water receptacle 420.Therefore, because the external force upwards pressing flange 443 has been removed, so valve body 441 and opening/closing parts 442 move down due to the restoring force of opening/closing driver part 444.Like this, condensed water is no longer provided to water receptacle 420, and water not from second/water receptacle 420 enter pipeline 431.
Controller can notify the state of user's second/upper water receptacle 420 by control panel 130, and user can assembling supporting member 100 top place second/upper water receptacle 420 and empty its (such as, by removing the lid of the opening be fixed in the upper surface of container 420).Because second/upper water receptacle 420 has and closes or the upper surface of sealing, so second/on the condensed water collected in water receptacle 420 can not be moved out of.In addition, user can catch the handle 421 of second/upper water receptacle 420, easily removes and transmission container 420.
Below, with reference to Fig. 4 description dehumidifier according to another embodiment of the present invention. But, because this embodiment is different from foregoing embodiment in controlling water level sensor, only mainly describe difference, and identical reference number represents identical in two embodiments or corresponding parts.
Fig. 4 is the schematic diagram of the exemplary dehumidifier 10 ' according to one or more embodiment of the present invention.
With reference to figure 4, in dehumidifier 10 ' according to another embodiment of the present invention, the level sensor 500 ' for the state detecting first/lower water receptacle 410 can only be provided to lower water receptacle.
And controller (not shown) is for the state of the operator scheme and condensation water collection unit 400 that control dehumidifier 10 '.Controller based on the water level information control pump 430 of receive from level sensor 500 ' first/lower water receptacle 410, and can identify the water position status of second/upper water receptacle 420.
Particularly, controller for arranging second/threshold level of upper water receptacle 420, and whether can be full of condensed water based on the capacity of second/upper water receptacle 420 and the water yield cheek second/upper water receptacle 420 transmitted from first/lower water receptacle 410 to second/water receptacle 420.Therefore, if second/upper water receptacle 420 is full of condensed water, then controller can stop the operation of pump 430 and notify the state of user's second/upper water receptacle 420.
According to exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the dehumidifier that easily can discharge condensed water can be provided.
Although above with reference to drawings describing exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, those skilled in the art should understand that, when not changing essential feature of the present disclosure or spirit, the disclosure can realize in every way.The scope of the present disclosure is represented by claims, and should be interpreted as change that all implications from claim and equivalents and scope obtain and revise included within the scope of the present disclosure.
