本发明公开了一种室内空气净化系统,包括:净化系统本体和抽风系统,所述净化系统本体结构为三层结构,最上层设置有紫外灯照射层,中间层为过滤盒,底层为水箱,在净化系统本体内设置有蒸汽发生器加热管,在本体底侧设置有滚轮,便于室内空气净化系统转移,所述本体最上层设置有进风口,在中间层过滤盒上侧设有出风口,本发明能有效降低室内尘埃含量,有优良除尘效果,适用于纺织、橡胶、塑料等行业生产过程中产生的有害气味去除。

技术领域
本发明涉及吸尘器领域,特别是涉及一种室内空气净化系统。
背景技术
目前,随着我国工业化进程的加快和汽车废气排放的增加,导致环境中颗粒污染物不断增多。这些颗粒物中空气动力学直径10微米的可吸入性颗粒(pm10)会进入我们的呼吸系统,特别是空气动力学直径2.5um的细颗粒(pm2.5),甚至能渗透到肺部组织深处,引起许多肺部疾病,严重威胁人类健康,大量的尘埃进入呼吸系统内部,进而引发哮喘、鼻炎等多种疾病,因此,减小空气中的污染特别是细小颗粒排放显得非常重要。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种有效降低室内颗粒的空气净化系统,它能降低室内颗粒浓度,有效净化空气,适合于住家环境或者办公环境,工厂操作车间等的室内环境。
一种室内空气净化系统包括:净化系统本体和抽风系统,所述净化系统本体结构为三层结构,最上层设置有紫外灯照射层,中间层为过滤盒,底层为水箱,在净化系统本体内设置有蒸汽发生器加热管,在本体底侧设置有滚轮,便于室内空气净化系统转移,所述本体最上层设置有进风口,在中间层过滤盒上侧设有有出风口,出风口通过排气管道连接到电机,电机工作时候,室内含尘空气由空气进风口进入净化系统内,颗粒较大部分落入水箱中,完成室内空气净化系统的第一次净化,较小颗粒和空气从出风口进入排气管道,在所述排气管道内设置由过滤网,过滤网内含有强氧化剂或活性炭物质,对空气进行第二次净化,净化后的空气通过出风口排出,为了保证出风口的空气排出质量,在所述排气管道内还设有彩色液晶显示系统,用于实时显示和检测空气,实时显示PM2.5污染浓度,保证空气质量。
一种优选技术方案, 所述室内空气净化系统的紫外灯照射层,由控制开关控制,便于空气杀菌,进一步优化空气质量。
一种优选技术方案,为了避免室内空气干燥,蒸汽发生器加热管采用电加热,水箱内水分蒸发,有力于空气保持一定湿度,利于人体健康。
一种优选技术方案,所述中间层过滤盒内填充的滤材为合成纤维制成的高性能无纺布。
一种优选技术方案,所述净化系统本体重量为40-50公斤,外形尺寸:为1800毫米×500毫米×400毫米。
一重优选技术方案,所述电机工作时,转速为每分钟20000-40000转。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能有效降低室内尘埃含量,有优良除尘效果,,为公众打造健康无尘的绿色生活空间,并适用于纺织、橡胶、塑料等行业生产过程中产生的有害气味去除。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。

一种室内空气净化系统,包括净化系统本体4和抽风系统,所述净化系统本体4结构为三层结构,最上层设置有紫外灯12照射层,中间层为过滤盒7,底层为水箱6,在净化系统本体内设置有蒸汽发生器加热管1,在本体底侧设置有滚轮5,便于室内空气净化系统转移,所述本体最上层设置有进风口2,在中间层过滤盒7上侧设有有出风口3,出风口3通过排气管道9连接到电机8,电机8工作时候,室内含尘空气由空气进风口2进入净化系统内,颗粒较大部分落入水箱6中,完成室内空气净化系统的第一次净化,较小颗粒和空气从出风口2进入排气管道9,在所述排气管道9内设置有过滤网10,过滤网10内含有强氧化剂或活性炭物质,对空气进行第二次净化,净化后的空气通过出风口3排出,为了保证出风口的空气排出质量,在所述排气管道内还设有彩色液晶显示系统11,用于实时显示和检测空气,实时显示PM2.5污染浓度,保证空气质量。

1.一种室内空气净化系统,其特征在于,包括:净化系统本体和抽风系统,所述净化系统本体结构为三层结构,最上层设置有紫外灯照射层,中间层为过滤盒,底层为水箱,在净化系统本体内设置有蒸汽发生器加热管,在本体底侧设置有滚轮,所述本体最上层设置有进风口,在中间层过滤盒上侧设有有出风口,出风口通过排气管道连接到电机,在所述排气管道内设置由过滤网,过滤网内含有强氧化剂或活性炭物质,在所述排气管道内还设有彩色液晶显示系统,用于实时显示和检测空气,实时显示PM2.5污染浓度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的室内空气净化系统,其特征在于,所述室内空气净化系统的紫外灯照射层连接有控制开关,所述蒸汽发生器加热管采用电加热,所述中间层过滤盒内填充的滤材为合成纤维制成的高性能无纺布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的室内空气净化系统,其特征在于,所述净化系统本体重量为40-50公斤,外形尺寸:为1800毫米×500毫米×400毫米,所述电机工作时,转速为每分钟20000-40000转。
