Abstract
The invention discloses a display screen lifting device. The device comprises a frame and a lifting mechanism. The lifting mechanism is arranged in the frame and used for driving a display screen to vertically move. A lifting hole way is formed in the position, corresponding to the display screen, of a top plate of the frame, and the lifting mechanism is used for driving the display screen to stretch out of and retract to the lifting hole way. The display screen lifting device can drive the display screen to vertically move, and the lifting device can adjust the position of the display screen according to display needs; and space is saved, and operation is easy and convenient.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of machinery, in particular to a display screen lifting device.
Background
As a display device, a display screen is widely used in daily life, for example, a display screen is mounted on a conference table or in a car. At present, the display screen is fixedly arranged in a conference table or a car, and people do not need to apply the display screen all the time, so that the space is wasted and a great deal of inconvenience is brought.
Disclosure of Invention
To this end, the present invention proposes a screen lifting device that solves the above mentioned problems, or at least partially solves them.
In one aspect, the present invention provides a display screen lifting device, including: a frame; the lifting mechanism is arranged in the frame and used for driving the display screen to move up and down; a lifting pore channel is arranged on the top plate of the frame corresponding to the display screen; the lifting mechanism is used for driving the display screen to extend out of and retract into the lifting hole channel.
Further, in the above display screen lifting device, the lifting mechanism includes: two ends of each sliding rod are respectively and fixedly connected with a top plate and a bottom plate of the frame; the four sliding rods can be slidably arranged on the sliding plate in a penetrating way; the supporting plate is fixedly connected above the sliding plate and used for placing the display screen; and the first driving mechanism is used for driving the sliding plate to slide up and down relative to the sliding rod.
Further, in the display screen lifting device, the first driving mechanism comprises a rack, a first gear and a first motor; wherein, the both ends of rack respectively with roof and the bottom plate fixed connection of frame, first motor fixed mounting in the slide, first gear is installed in the output shaft of first motor, first gear and rack mesh mutually.
Furthermore, the display screen lifting device further comprises a second gear, a rotating shaft and a mounting seat; wherein, mount pad fixed connection is in the slide, and the pivot is installed in the mount pad, and the second gear is installed in the pivot to, first gear passes through the second gear and meshes mutually with the rack.

Further, above-mentioned display screen elevating gear still includes: a turnover door covering the lifting hole channel; the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with two ends of the turnover door; a rotation support part rotatably connected with the rotation shaft; and the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the rotating support part and is fixedly connected with the frame.

Detailed Description
The present invention provides many applicable inventive concepts that can be embodied in a wide variety of specific contexts. The specific examples described in the following embodiments of the present invention are merely illustrative of specific implementations of the present invention and do not constitute limitations on the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a preferred embodiment of the display screen lifting device of the present invention is shown. As shown, the present embodiment includes a frame 2 and a lifting mechanism.
Wherein, elevating system sets up in frame 2, and display screen 1 installs on elevating system, and elevating system can drive display screen 1 and reciprocate. A lifting hole 211 penetrating through the top plate 21 is formed in the position, corresponding to the display screen 1, of the top plate 21 of the frame 2, and the lifting mechanism is used for driving the display screen 1 to extend out of and retract into the lifting hole 211.
The display screen lifting device in this embodiment can drive the display screen to move up and down. When the lifting device is used, the lifting mechanism drives the display screen 1 to move upwards, so that the display screen 1 extends out of the lifting hole channel 211 to display; when not in use, the lifting mechanism drives the display screen 1 to move downwards, and the display screen 1 is retracted into the frame 2. Therefore, the lifting device can adjust the position of the display screen according to the display requirement, saves the space and is simple and convenient to operate.
Continuing again with fig. 1, a preferred construction of the lift device is also shown. As shown, the lifting mechanism includes: four slide bars 3, a sliding plate 4, a supporting plate 5 and a first driving mechanism.
Wherein, two ends of each sliding rod 3 are respectively fixedly connected with a top plate 21 and a bottom plate 22 of the frame 2; the four sliding rods 3 are slidably arranged through the sliding plate 4; the supporting plate 5 is fixedly connected above the sliding plate 4, and the supporting plate 5 is used for placing the display screen 1; the first driving mechanism is used for driving the sliding plate 4 to slide up and down relative to the sliding rod 3.
Preferably, referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, the first driving mechanism includes a rack 6, a first gear 7 and a first motor 8. Wherein, the both ends of rack 6 respectively with roof 21 and bottom plate 22 fixed connection of frame 2, first motor 8 fixed mounting in slide 4, first gear 7 is installed in the output shaft of first motor 8, first gear 7 meshes with rack 6 mutually.
The process of the upward movement of the display screen 1 is as follows: the first motor 8 drives the first gear 7 installed at the end of the first motor 8 to rotate, and since the first gear 7 is engaged with the rack 6, the first gear 7 moves upward relative to the rack 6, and further drives the sliding plate 4 to slide upward relative to the sliding rod 3, so that the display screen 1 placed on the supporting plate 5 moves upward and extends out of the lifting hole 211. The process of the downward movement of the display screen 1 is opposite to the above process, and reference may be made to the above description, which is not described herein again in this embodiment.
In the above embodiment, in order to make the movement process of the first gear 7 relative to the rack 6 relatively smooth, a second gear 9 may be additionally arranged between the first gear 7 and the rack 6. Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, the second gear 9 is mounted on a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is mounted on a mounting seat, and the mounting seat is fixedly mounted on the sliding plate 4. One side of the second gear 9 is engaged with the first gear 7, and the other side of the first gear 9 is engaged with the rack 6.
It can be seen that in the present embodiment, the first gear 7 is engaged with the rack 6 through the second gear 9, and the transmission mode can effectively reduce the vibration, so that the transmission process is stable, and the stability of the system is effectively increased.
In the above embodiments, since the first gear 7 or the second gear 9 is engaged with the rack 6 for transmission, the rack 6 is inevitably extruded during the transmission process, so that the rack 6 is bent laterally, and in order to solve this problem, the above embodiments may be further improved, and the bending prevention mechanism 10 is additionally provided. Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, the bending prevention mechanism 10 is fixed to the slide 4 and disposed on a side opposite to the gear teeth on the rack 6, and the bending prevention mechanism 10 is slidably connected to the rack 6.
When the bending prevention mechanism is specifically implemented, the bending prevention mechanism may include a fixing seat 101 and a pulley 102, the fixing seat 101 is fixedly installed on the sliding plate 4, a groove is formed in one side of the fixing seat 101, which faces the rack 6, a rotating shaft is arranged in the groove, and the pulley 102 is installed on the rotating shaft.
It can be seen that, in this embodiment, when the sliding plate 4 slides, the first gear 7 (or the second gear 9) and the pulley 102 respectively extrude the rack from two sides of the rack 6, so that the rack is stressed transversely in two directions, and the problem that the rack is bent transversely to one side due to uneven stress is avoided.
When the display screen 1 extends out of the lifting hole channel 211, in order to adjust the display angle of the display screen 1, the above embodiments may be further modified: a rotating mechanism is additionally arranged. Referring to fig. 2, the display screen 1 is rotatably connected to the support plate 5 by a rotating mechanism. The rotating mechanism may include: a connecting seat 11, two supports 12 and a second driving mechanism. Wherein, the first end of two connecting support 12 all with backup pad 5 fixed connection, the second end of two connecting support 12 all rotates with connecting seat 11 to be connected, display screen 1 installs in connecting seat 11, second actuating mechanism is used for driving connecting seat 11 and rotates for two support 12, and then adjusts the demonstration angle of display screen 1.
Preferably, the second drive mechanism comprises a second motor 13 and a third gear 14. Wherein, the second motor 13 is mounted on the supporting plate 5, and the third gear 14 is mounted on the output shaft of the second motor 13; the lower wall surface of the connecting seat 11 is provided with a wheel-shaped structure 19, the outer wall surface of the wheel-shaped structure is provided with gear teeth, and the third gear 14 is meshed with the gear teeth of the wheel-shaped structure.
The second motor 13 drives the third gear 14 to rotate, and the second gear 14 drives the connecting base 11 to rotate relative to the two supports 12 through the wheel-shaped structure on the connecting base 11, so as to drive the display screen to rotate, thereby adjusting the display angle of the display screen.
It should be noted that besides the above-mentioned rotating mechanism of the connecting seat and the support, other rotating mechanisms known to those skilled in the art, such as a spherical hinge, etc., can also achieve the object of the present invention, and shall also fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Preferably, in the above embodiments, a turning door may be further disposed on the lifting channel. With particular reference to fig. 5, comprises: a turnover door 15 covering the lifting hole 211; a rotating shaft 16 fixedly connected with both ends of the turnover door 15; a rotation support portion 17 rotatably connected to the rotation shaft 16; a connecting rod 18 fixedly connected to the rotation support portion 17, the connecting rod 18 being fixedly connected to the frame 2. When the display screen 1 moves upwards, the top end of the display screen 1 upwards presses the turnover door 15, so that the rotating shafts 16 at the two ends of the turnover door 15 rotate in the rotating supporting part 17, the turnover door 15 is laterally erected at one side of the lifting hole channel 211, and the display screen 1 extends out of the lifting hole channel 211 to display.
In conclusion, the invention can drive the display screen to move up and down, can adjust the position of the display screen according to the display requirement, saves the space and has simple and convenient operation.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments illustrate rather than limit the invention, and that those skilled in the art will be able to design alternative embodiments without departing from the scope of the appended claims. 1. A display screen lifting device, comprising:
a frame (2);
the lifting mechanism is arranged in the frame (2) and used for driving the display screen (1) to move up and down;
a lifting pore channel (211) is formed in the top plate (21) of the frame (2) corresponding to the display screen (1); the lifting mechanism is used for driving the display screen (1) to extend out of and retract into the lifting hole channel.
2. The display screen lifting device according to claim 1, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises:
the two ends of each sliding rod (3) are respectively fixedly connected with a top plate (21) and a bottom plate (22) of the frame (2);
the sliding plate (4), the four sliding rods (3) are slidably arranged through the sliding plate (4);
the supporting plate (5) is fixedly connected above the sliding plate (4) and used for placing the display screen (1);
the first driving mechanism is used for driving the sliding plate (4) to slide up and down relative to the sliding rod (3).
3. The display screen lifting device according to claim 2, wherein the first driving mechanism comprises a rack (6), a first gear (7) and a first motor (8); wherein,
the two ends of the rack (6) are respectively fixedly connected with a top plate (21) and a bottom plate (22) of the frame (2), the first motor (8) is fixedly installed on the sliding plate (4), the first gear (7) is installed on an output shaft of the first motor (8), and the first gear (7) is meshed with the rack (6).
4. The display screen lifting device according to claim 2, further comprising a second gear (9), a rotating shaft and a mounting seat; wherein,
the mounting seat is fixedly connected to the sliding plate (4), the rotating shaft is mounted on the mounting seat, the second gear (9) is mounted on the rotating shaft, and the first gear (7) is meshed with the rack (6) through the second gear (9).
5. Display screen lifting device according to claim 3 or 4, characterized by a bending prevention mechanism (10), wherein,
the anti-bending mechanism (10) is fixed on the sliding plate (4) and arranged on one side opposite to the gear teeth on the rack (6), and the anti-bending mechanism (10) is connected with the rack (6) in a sliding mode.
6. The display screen lifting device according to claim 2, further comprising a rotating mechanism; the display screen (1) is rotatably connected with the supporting plate (5) through a rotating mechanism.
7. The display screen lifting device according to claim 2, wherein the rotating mechanism comprises: the device comprises a connecting seat (11), two supports (12) and a second driving mechanism; wherein,
the first ends of the two connecting supports (12) are fixedly connected with the supporting plate (5), the second ends of the two connecting supports (12) are rotatably connected with the connecting seat (11), and the display screen (1) is installed on the connecting seat (11);
the second driving mechanism is used for driving the connecting seat (11) to rotate relative to the two supports (12).
8. The display screen lifting device according to claim 7, wherein the second driving mechanism comprises a second motor (13) and a third gear (14); wherein,
the second motor (13) is mounted on the supporting plate (5), and the third gear (14) is mounted on an output shaft of the second motor (13);
the lower wall surface of the connecting seat (11) is provided with a wheel-shaped structure (19), the outer wall surface of the wheel-shaped structure is provided with gear teeth, and the third gear (14) is meshed with the gear teeth of the wheel-shaped structure.
9. The display screen lifting device according to claim 1, further comprising:
a turnover door (15) covering the lifting hole channel (211);
a rotating shaft (16) fixedly connected with two ends of the turnover door (15);
a rotation support portion (17) rotatably connected to the rotation shaft (16);
and the connecting rod (18) is fixedly connected with the rotating support part (17), and the connecting rod (18) is fixedly connected with the frame (2).
