本发明涉及化工材料的技术领域,具体地说是一种处理标示牌的除胶剂。
背景技术
随着时间的推移,马路上的一些标示牌也需要进行更新换代。对于一些表面已经模糊或开裂的标示牌,我们通常会用除胶剂对其进行处理。但由于技术的限制,如今的除胶剂不是酸性就是碱性的,使用这类除胶剂对金属类的标示牌进行处理会对标示牌本身产生一定的腐蚀。而且这类除胶剂处理标示牌的时间也比较长,还有就是所需的成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种酸碱性较弱、处理效率高的处理标示牌的除胶剂。
本发明采用的技术方案是,一种处理标示牌的除胶剂,所述各材料按以下重量百分比组成:增稠剂7%~19%、活化剂8%~13%、缓蚀剂0.1%~0.9%、乳化剂3%~12%、主溶剂34~55%、挥发抑制剂11%~21%、渗透剂1.2%~5%、水22%~30%。
本发明优点是酸碱性较弱、处理效率高。

实施例1,一种处理标示牌的除胶剂,所述各材料按以下重量百分比组成:增稠剂7%、活化剂8%、缓蚀剂0.1%、乳化剂3%、主溶剂34%、挥发抑制剂11%、渗透剂1.2%、水22%。
实施例2,一种处理标示牌的除胶剂,所述各材料按以下重量百分比组成:增稠剂13%、活化剂10%、缓蚀剂0.5%、乳化剂7%、主溶剂45%、挥发抑制剂15%、渗透剂3%、水25%。
实施例3,一种处理标示牌的除胶剂,所述各材料按以下重量百分比组成:增稠剂19%、活化剂13%、缓蚀剂0.9%、乳化剂12%、主溶剂55%、挥发抑制剂21%、渗透剂5%、水30%。
