本发明涉及药品，特别涉及一种改善水蛭粉口感的方法，属医药技术领域。
背景技术
水蛭始载于《神农本草经》，2010 年版《中华人民共和国药典》一部收载供药用的为水蛭科动物蚂蟥、水蛭或柳叶蚂蟥的干燥全体。水蛭具逐恶血瘀血月闭，破血瘕积聚的功效，临床上可用于脑血管疾病，精液不化，前列腺肥大，子宫卒中综合征等多种疾病的治疗。
现代研究表明，水蛭粉可降低大鼠体质量，显著降低大鼠脂肪指数，有一定减肥作用，可减少体内脂肪沉积，降低脂质，改善机体代谢紊乱，可减轻氧化损伤，抑制炎症反应，延缓动脉粥样硬化病变的进展。文献报道，水蛭粉治疗高血压性脑出血疗效显著，可明显改善缺血性脑卒中患者的血液流变学和血脂，疗效可靠。
水蛭粉用温水冲服，异味特重，口感很差，直接影响病人的顺应性。《山东省中药饮片炮制规范》在用法用量项下记载“水蛭粉宜装胶囊吞服”，但“装胶囊”在家庭操作既不方便，又无法保证质量。提供一种改善水蛭粉口感的方法，十分必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改善水蛭粉口感的方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现：
一种改善水蛭粉口感的方法，其特征在于：取水蛭粉，用牛奶调匀后服用。
本发明的一种改善水蛭粉口感的方法，其特征在于替换为:取水蛭粉，加入奶粉，用水调匀后服用。
本发明的水蛭是指《中华人民共和国药典》2010 年版一部收载的供药用的水蛭，为水蛭科动物蚂蟥、水蛭和柳叶蚂蟥。
至此完成了本发明，本发明的服用方法，在保持水蛭粉原有疗效的前提下，口服异味小，病人的顺应性高。
下面试验例旨在进一步说明本发明的有益之处，而非对本发明的限制。
试验例一、不同服用方法口感比较
1、服用方法 分为两种：一种取水蛭粉，用温牛奶调匀后服用；一种取水蛭粉，用温水调匀后服用。
2、评价方法 在药物的口感评价中，感官评价起着主导作用，而人的感觉受主观因素影响大，语言表达感觉具有模糊性，很难用精准的数据表达。所以，本实验由30人组成评议组,每人分别按两种方法口服，对口感用“很好”、“较好”、“可以接受”、“较差”、“很差”等模糊概念来评价。
3、评价结果 见表1

结果显示，水蛭粉用温牛奶调匀后服用口感明显改善。
试验例二、水蛭粉不同服用方法对高脂饮食兔血脂水平的影响
选择体质健康伊拉肉兔120只，随机分成4组，每组30只，即空白组（饲喂基础饲料）、高脂组（饲喂高脂饲料）、牛奶调服组（饲喂高脂饲料+每日灌胃给温牛奶调匀的水蛭粉，1次0.1g/kg）、水调服组（饲喂高脂饲料+每日灌胃给温水奶调匀的水蛭粉，1次0.1g/kg）。空白组、高脂组每日灌胃给等体积的温水。实验第30d采血，测定血清中总胆固醇、甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（高密度）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量（低密度）。结果见表2

结果表明，高脂饲料可以使兔血脂水平发生紊乱，在饲喂高脂饲料的同时加喂水蛭粉能够改善高脂饲料兔的血脂水平，牛奶调服和水调服作用相当。说明牛奶调服保持了原有疗效。

实施例1
取水蛭粉2g，用5ml牛奶调匀, 口服异味小，口感好。
实施例2
取水蛭粉2g，用10ml牛奶调匀, 口服异味小，口感好。
实施例3
取水蛭粉2g，加入奶粉用2g，加入温水调匀，口服无异味，口感好。
实施例4
取水蛭粉2g，加入奶粉用10g调匀，口服无异味，口感好。
实施例5
取水蛭粉2g，用50ml牛奶调匀, 口服无异味，口感好。

1.一种改善水蛭粉口感的方法，其特征在于：取水蛭粉，用牛奶调匀后服用。
2.根据权利要求1的一种改善水蛭粉口感的方法，其特征在于替换为：取水蛭粉，加入奶粉，用水调匀后服用。
