Abstract

本发明涉及一种带记忆合金的解剖型锁定钩板，包括近端突出的钉钩、锁定板和远端环抱装置。所述钩板的头部为半弧形，突出2部分为0.5cm长钉钩，可直接固定于骨质内；所述钩板的近端为可完整包绕大粗隆的扇形，有5-7孔锁定螺钉孔，4-6孔克式针孔；所述远端环抱装置为记忆合金环抱装置，其内侧为半环形固定卡环，卡环上有锐利的凸起卡槽，便于与骨质紧密结合。其外侧为固定轴，与锁定板连为一体，固定轴上设有锁定孔，在必要时可以进行锁定螺钉固定。本发明提供一种带记忆合金的解剖型锁定钩板，它融合了记忆合金环抱器、解剖型钢板、锁定钢板、张力带四种方式的优势，具有一体化、操作简单、固定牢靠等优点。

一种带记忆合金的解剖型锁定钩板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带记忆合金的解剖型锁定钩板。
背景技术
髋关节置换术中或术后假体骨折是近年来较为常见的骨科复杂手术之一，由于假体周围骨折多伴随严重的骨质疏松等病变，因此骨折后治疗方式的选择非常困难。目前较常用的方式有单皮质锁定钢板、钢丝捆扎、记忆合金环抱器等方式治疗。但每种方式都存在一定的弊端，尤其是当假体周围骨折范围较广，涉及股骨大粗隆以及股骨干同时骨折时，临床治疗非常棘手，综合应用各种方法不但延长手术治疗，增加手术感受风险，同时由于固定欠牢固，术后患者无法早期进行关节功能训练，对术后关节功能的恢复造成了一定的影响。
发明内容
现有的技术对粗隆骨折合并股骨干骨折采用多种方法综合治疗，不但造成手术时间长、内固定多，固定欠牢靠等缺点。本发明在吸取多种治疗方式的优点基础上，融合最新的治疗理念，设计发明的记忆合金解剖锁定钩板可将股骨近端融为一体，既增加了内固定的坚强固定，也减少了手术时间，更简化了手术操作，使得此类型骨折可以得到良好的固定，便于术后早期关节功能训练。
本发明涉及一种带记忆合金的解剖型锁定钩板，所述解剖型锁定钩板从上到下依次包括近端突出的钉钩、锁定板和远端环抱装置；所述钩板的近端为可完整包绕大粗隆的扇形，有5-7孔锁定螺钉孔，4-6孔克式针孔；所述远端环抱装置为记忆合金环抱装置，其内侧为半环形固定卡环，卡环上有锐利的凸起卡槽，其外侧为固定轴，与锁定板连为一体，固定轴上设有锁定孔。
本发明提供一种带记忆合金的解剖型锁定钩板，它融合了记忆合金环抱器、解剖型钢板、锁定钢板、张力带四种方式的优势，具有一体化、操作简单、固定牢靠等优点。

参考附图1-4，一种带记忆合金的解剖型锁定钩板，包括近端突出的钉钩、锁定板和远端环抱装置。
所述钩板的头部为半弧形，突出2部分为0.5cm长钉钩，可直接固定于骨质内；
所述钩板的近端为可完整包绕大粗隆的扇形，有5-7孔锁定螺钉孔，4-6孔克式针孔；
所述远端环抱装置为记忆合金环抱装置，其内侧为半环形固定卡环，卡环上有锐利的凸起卡槽，便于与骨质紧密结合。其外侧为固定轴，与锁定板连为一体，固定轴上设有锁定孔，在必要时可以进行锁定螺钉固定。

所述解剖型锁定钩板从上到下依次包括近端突出的钉钩、锁定板和远端环抱装置；所述钩板的近端为可完整包绕大粗隆的扇形，有5-7孔锁定螺钉孔，4-6孔克式针孔；所述远端环抱装置为记忆合金环抱装置，其内侧为半环形固定卡环，卡环上有锐利的凸起卡槽，其外侧为固定轴，与锁定板连为一体，固定轴上设有锁定孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种带记忆合金的解剖型锁定钩板，其特征在于：
