背景技术
插座是我们日常生活中常用的设备,现有的插座向着安全化、智能化、大功率化方向不断的发展,不断有高科技的产品出现,比如单孔单开关式、功率测量式、短路保护、漏电保护、热保护等,但是现实生活中,插座的使用却常常遭遇一个问题,那就是有时候难以插入,有时候拔出困难,而对于使用时间较长的插线板,插座过松,引起不便。
现有的插座主要依靠两个固定的铜片来与插头接触导电,通过特殊的结构设计,可以达到很好的接触效果。但是插头的插拔和工作对于接触铜片而言,是一对矛盾的要求。首先,我们要插拔插头,就希望铜片与插头之间的接触比较松弛,这样插拔方便,摩擦损耗也比较小;但是,就工作状态而言,希望插头与导电片的接触越紧越好,因为这样接触稳定,工作稳定。常规的插座,只能依靠铜片本身的韧性来实现二者的均衡,而且长时间使用的插座,对导电片的磨损比较严重,使插座性能下降,甚至有安全隐患。
针对这种情况,本发明提供了一种新型插座,在插入或者拔出插头时,通过翼型旋钮松开活动导电片,使插头可以轻松插入或者拔出,避免了插头与导电片之间的摩擦损耗,同时,通过翼型旋钮拧紧活动导电片,保证了接触良好与稳定。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中插头难以插拔、摩擦损耗、寿命不长的问题。
为此,本发明提供了一种新型插座,包括底座、电源开关、固定导电片、活动导电片、连接杆、活动螺丝、螺丝卡口、翼形旋钮,其中,固定导电片固定于底座上,活动导电片固定于连接杆上,连接杆与活动螺丝相连接,连接杆与活动螺丝相连接的一端有螺孔,活动螺丝为一外螺纹的长螺丝,螺丝卡口位于底座上,螺丝卡口有与活动螺丝相咬合的内螺纹;活动螺丝穿过螺丝卡口与翼形旋钮相连接。
上述一种新型插座,所述的连接杆采用的是绝缘材料。
上述一种新型插座,所述的连接杆与活动螺丝通过螺纹咬合连接。
本发明的有益效果:本发明设计的一种新型插座,在插入或者拔出插头时,通过翼型旋钮带动活动螺丝,从而带动连接杆的活动,从而实现活动导电片的松开与拧紧,使插头可以轻松插入或者拔出,避免了插头与导电片之间的摩擦损耗,同时,通过翼型旋钮拧紧活动导电片,保证了接触良好与稳定。

如图1是本发明一种新型插座的示意图,包括底座7、电源开关8、固定导电片1、活动导电片2、连接杆3、活动螺丝4、螺丝卡口5、翼形旋钮6,固定导电片1固定于底座7上,活动导电片2固定于连接杆3上,连接杆3与活动螺丝4相连接,连接杆3与活动螺丝4相连接的一端有螺孔,活动螺丝4为一外螺纹的长螺丝,螺丝卡口5位于底座7上,螺丝卡口5有与活动螺丝4相咬合的内螺纹;活动螺丝4穿过螺丝卡口5与翼形旋钮6相连接。连接杆3采用的是绝缘材料。连接杆3与活动螺丝4通过螺纹咬合连接。
使用时,如果需要插入插头,旋动翼型旋钮6,松开活动导电片2,此时插头可以轻松放入插座内,反方向旋动翼型旋钮6,通过活动导电片2夹紧插头,此时可以按动电源开关8,使用设备。要拔下插头时,先断开电源开关8,旋动翼型旋钮6,松开活动导电片2,取下插头即可。
