本发明属于仪器仪表技术领域,具体涉及一种带空气净化及烟雾报警功能的智能数显控制仪。
背景技术
智能数显控制仪用于配合热电偶、热电阻、霍尔变送器、远传压力表和各种流量、压力、液位等变送器进行各类物理参数的测量、指示、控制、报警和变送,是一种高性能、多功能的智能化仪表,适用于标准电压、电流输入信号。该仪器属于精密仪器仪表,通常放置于工厂机房、控制室等地方,一般工厂机房、控制室这类地方会集中放置很多控制生产运行的仪器仪表及设备等,由于各类设备长时间运行,造成空气质量下降,对工作人员的身体健康形成不利影响;另外,电子类设备长期在灰尘较多的环境中运行也容易对其性能造成影响;还有就是工厂机房、控制室等工作环境中各类线缆以及供电插头插座等繁杂众多,对消防要求必然较高,因为一旦发生火灾事故,就会影响控制设备的工作,造成机器的停转,给工业生产带来损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中智能数显控制仪无空气净化以及烟雾报警功能的问题,希望其能够提高控制机房的空气质量以及减小消防隐患。
为此,本发明提供了一种带空气净化及烟雾报警功能的智能数显控制仪,包括壳体及其内部电源电路,所述壳体的上表面安装有空气净化器以及烟感器,烟感器与内部电源电路连接;空气净化器通过设置在壳体上的控制开关与内部电源电路连接。
上述控制开关设置在壳体的前表面上。

实施例1:
如图1所示的一种带空气净化及烟雾报警功能的智能数显控制仪,包括壳体1及其内部电源电路,所述壳体1的上表面安装有空气净化器2以及烟感器4,烟感器4与内部电源电路连接;空气净化器2通过设置在壳体1上的控制开关3与内部电源电路连接。将空气净化器固定安装在智能数显控制仪的壳体上表面,将其电源线通过控制开关与控制仪的内部电源连接起来,控制开关可根据需要方便的控制空气净化器运行;烟感器直接和控制仪的内部电源电路连接,使其在控制仪工作状态下处于常开状态,可实时进行烟雾监测。因此,本发明克服了现有技术中智能数显控制仪无空气净化以及烟雾报警功能的问题,提高了控制机房的空气质量并减小了消防隐患,保证了工业生产的稳定可靠。
实施例2:
在实施例1的基础上,所述控制开关3设置在壳体1的前表面上。将控制开关设置在前面板上,便于直接方便的对空气净化器的运行进行控制;同时也和智能数显控制仪的其它控制按键集中在一起。
