Abstract

本发明涉及空气净化设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种新型空气净化器,包括面板、中框、电机框以及后框,面板与中框之间设有过滤装置,中框与后框之间设有电机和风轮,所述中框上部设有小面板结构,中框的上部与后框的上部之间设有感应装置,电机框下端设有微动开关,电机框与中框连接的一侧设有光催化灯管,光催化灯管一端与感应装置连接,另一端与微动开关连接,本发明通过在中框与后框之间设置感应装置,以及在中框上部设置用于控制感应装置和电机的电脑控制板和触摸面板,这样能智能化操作,而感应装置具有对异味、有毒有害气体进行处理,故净化效果好。

一种新型空气净化器
技术领域
本发明涉及净化设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种新型空气净化器。
背景技术
空气净化器能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物,有效提高空气清洁度的产品。但是目前现有的空气净化器,在使用过程中,按下开关后开始工作,只能对一定空间内空气中的灰尘进行简单净化,而对于空气中的异味、有毒有害气体等却很难处理,故净化效果有限,另外,在使用过程中,由于不能进行时间、净化强度等调节,所以操作也不太方便。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种新型空气净化器,具有对异味、有毒有害气体进行处理,且净化效果好,能智能化操作的特点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种新型空气净化器,包括面板、中框、电机框以及后框,面板与中框之间设有过滤装置,中框与后框之间设有电机和风轮,所述中框上部设有小面板结构,中框的上部与后框的上部之间设有感应装置,电机框下端设有微动开关,电机框与中框连接的一侧设有光催化灯管,光催化灯管一端与感应装置连接,另一端与微动开关连接。
其中,所述小面板结构包括小面板,小面板与中框的上端设有触摸面板,触摸面板下端设有电脑控制板,电脑控制板下端设有发光固定板,发光固定板连接有发光条,触摸面板上端设有装饰圈,小面板与中框上部连接的一侧设有磁条固定架。
其中,所述感应装置包括设于中框和后框上部之间的安装盒,安装盒设有气味感应器、粉尘感应器以及甲醛感应器,气味感应器、粉尘感应器以及甲醛感应器均与电脑控制板电连接,安装盒卡接有压线板。
其中,所述触摸面板上端对应设有用于控制感应装置、电机以及过滤装置的按键。
其中,所述过滤装置包括初过滤网和精过滤网,精过滤网包括HEPA过滤网、改性活性炭过滤网以及光催化过滤网。
其中,所述面板通过面板安装架与中框连接,所述安装盒一侧设有侧盖板,所述中框与后框下端连接有底座。
采用上述结构后,本发明和现有技术相比所具有的优点是:其包括面板、中框、电机框以及后框,面板与中框之间设有过滤装置,中框与后框之间设有电机和风轮,所述中框上部设有小面板结构,中框的上部与后框的上部之间设有感应装置,电机框下端设有微动开关,电机框与中框连接的一侧设有光催化灯管,光催化灯管一端与感应装置连接,另一端与微动开关连接,本发明通过在中框与后框之间设置感应装置,以及在中框上部设置用于控制感应装置和电机的电脑控制板和触摸面板,这样能智能化操作,而感应装置具有对异味、有毒有害气体进行处理,故净化效果好。

具体实施方式
以下所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不因此而限定本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示:一种新型空气净化器,包括面板1、中框2、电机5框3以及后框4,面板1与中框2之间设有过滤装置,中框2与后框4之间设有电机5和风轮6,所述中框2与后框4下端连接有底座27,所述中框2上部设有小面板9结构,中框2的上部与后框4的上部之间设有感应装置,电机5框3下端设有微动开关7,电机5框3与中框2连接的一侧设有光催化灯管8,光催化灯管8一端与感应装置连接,另一端与微动开关7连接,本发明通过在中框2与后框4之间设置感应装置,以及在中框2上部设置用于控制感应装置和电机5的电脑控制板11和触摸面板10,这样能智能化操作,而感应装置具有对异味、有毒有害气体进行处理,故净化效果好。
本实施例中,所述小面板9结构包括小面板9,小面板9与中框2的上端设有触摸面板10,触摸面板10下端设有电脑控制板11,电脑控制板11下端设有发光固定板12,发光固定板12连接有发光条13,触摸面板10上端设有装饰圈14,小面板9与中框2上部连接的一侧设有磁条固定架15,所述面板1通过面板安装架25与中框2连接,所述触摸面板10上端对应设有用于控制感应装置、电机5以及过滤装置的按键,其中,开关按钮、关机状态下长按开关键3秒 屏幕上显示L-1 L-2 L-3 按风速键可调整粉尘感应器18灵敏度,定时按钮、如果想取消设定的定时长按3秒可以重置定时到0,自动按钮、自动档模式下传感器感应到时相对应的风速与四色灯会随着变化,风速按钮、只有在手动模式下按风速键到达4档才可以达最高档位风速的效果,手动模式下操作风速按钮时传感器感应到时风速是不会变化,更换按钮、滤网使用时间到达时更换图标提醒长按5秒进行重置复位。
本实施例中,所述感应装置包括设于中框2和后框4上部之间的安装盒16,安装盒16设有气味感应器17、粉尘感应器18以及甲醛感应器19,气味感应器17、粉尘感应器18以及甲醛感应器19均与电脑控制板11电连接,安装盒16卡接有压线板20,所述安装盒16一侧设有侧盖板26,所述过滤装置包括初过滤网21和精过滤网,精过滤网包括HEPA过滤网22、改性活性炭过滤网23以及光催化过滤网24,所述气味感应器17、粉尘感应器18以及甲醛感应器19与过滤装置配合能对空气中的有毒有害气体进行处理的同时提高净化效果。

1.一种新型空气净化器,包括面板、中框、电机框以及后框,面板与中框之间设有过滤装置,中框与后框之间设有电机和风轮,其特征在于:所述中框上部设有小面板结构,中框的上部与后框的上部之间设有感应装置,电机框下端设有微动开关,电机框与中框连接的一侧设有光催化灯管,光催化灯管一端与感应装置连接,另一端与微动开关连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述小面板结构包括小面板,小面板与中框的上端设有触摸面板,触摸面板下端设有电脑控制板,电脑控制板下端设有发光固定板,发光固定板连接有发光条,触摸面板上端设有装饰圈,小面板与中框上部连接的一侧设有磁条固定架。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述感应装置包括设于中框和后框上部之间的安装盒,安装盒设有气味感应器、粉尘感应器以及甲醛感应器,气味感应器、粉尘感应器以及甲醛感应器均与电脑控制板电连接,安装盒卡接有压线板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述触摸面板上端对应设有用于控制感应装置、电机以及过滤装置的按键。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述过滤装置包括初过滤网和精过滤网,精过滤网包括HEPA过滤网、改性活性炭过滤网以及光催化过滤网。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述面板通过面板安装架与中框连接,所述安装盒一侧设有侧盖板,所述中框与后框下端连接有底座。
