Abstract

一种吸顶式节能换焓过滤除尘消毒杀菌新风换气机,采用全热交换芯水平放置,异面异程换焓方式,主机与风机分体式设计,通过电控转换阀可实现全热交换、全过滤、全消毒新风循环模式、室内空气全过滤循环模式、部分新风,部分室内空气循环过滤模式。通进风机、回风机控制,可实现室内正压模式或负压模式。

Description

吸顶式节能换焓过滤杀菌新风换气机
本发明涉及一种新风换气设备,用以提高室内空气质量。
现代工业高速发展,在带给人类社会丰富的物质享受的同时也带来了越来越严重的空气污染。为了减少污染对人类健康的影响各种各样的空气处理设备应运而生。这些设备普遍存在体积大、噪音大、能量消耗大的问题。
为克服这些缺陷,本发明将换焓芯水平放置,增大换焓芯体积,加大过滤面积,增加空气消毒设备,并采用风机分离和四腔室消音设计来减小噪音,增加使用功能。
本发明是这样实现的:四个水平放置的换焓芯将长方形机体分隔成上、下、左、右四个空腔,左空腔水平放置两个圆形进气口,其中一个通过斜置圆变方变径接口连接换焓芯的左端平面,通过初效过滤器和换焓芯水平气流通道与右腔室相通;另一圆形接口通过圆变方变径接口的剩余空间与换焓芯的上空腔相连,上空腔下面是初效过滤器,通过换焓芯的垂直气流通道与下空腔相通;空腔下面是高效新风过滤层;上空腔内装有空气消毒设备和初效过滤器,右空腔内装有电控转换阀门,控制回风量从全回风、部分回风、零回风之间作无极变换。传统换焓芯的设计采用同程同面,即焓交换芯的新风面积与室内空气的通风面积相同,路程相同。本发明的换焓芯采用异程异面,新风进出口面积比回风进出口面积大一倍,换焓路程比回风路程短一倍。采用这种设计是为减少新风换焓阻力,为新风高效过滤留出风压储备。回风面积减小一倍,路程加大一倍,是为平衡进回风阻力,提高换焓效率。
室外新鲜空气通过进风口、风管、进风机与新风进口相连,新风从进口进入上空腔,经过灭菌消毒和初效过滤器进入换焓芯垂直通道与水平通道内的室内空气进行焓交换,换焓后的空气进入下空腔,经过高效过滤器、出风口后从天花板下流入室内。
室内空气经过回风口、回风管、回风机进入右腔室和换焓芯外面的初效过滤器进入换焓芯水平气流通道与垂直通道通过的室外新风进行焓交换,交换后的空气通过回风管、出风口排出室外。
如果右腔室的电控阀门部分打开,就会有部分室内空气直接进入下腔室,与室外新风混合后经过高效过滤器流入室内,另一部分室内空气流出室外。电控阀门的开启角度决定着流入室内和流出室外的空气比例,当电控阀门完全打开时,室内空气经过高效过滤器后又全部流入室内,形成室内空气的过滤循环。当阀门全部关闭时,室内空气经过换焓芯换焓后全部流出室内,等量室外新风经过换焓芯换焓后流入室内,形成全新风循环。
本发明的有益效果是;全新风循环可以最大限度为室内补充新风,适用于办公室、住宅等应用场所。室内空气过滤循环可以最大限度提高室内洁净度,减少能耗,适用于医院手术室、ICU病房等对洁净度要求较高的场合。两种模式的任意转换可满足用户在洁净度与新风的综合需求。
如果进气风机打开,回气风机关闭,则只有新风经消毒、除尘、过滤进入室内,在室内形成正压。
如果进气风机关闭,回气风机打开,则室内空气经初效过滤器排出室内,在室内形成负压。下面结合附图做进一步说明
图1是吸顶式节能换焓过滤杀菌新风换气机工作原理三视图,图中1是新风进口,2是新风出口,3是回风进口,4是回风出口,5是全热交换芯,6是电控转换阀门,7是新风初效过滤器,8是回风初效过滤器,9是紫外线消毒灯,10是新风高效过滤器。
图2是系统原理图,图中1是吸顶式节能换焓过滤杀菌新风换气机,2是管道式进风机,3是进风管,4是管道式回风机,5是回风管,6是回风口,7是进风口。
由原理图可以看出,换焓芯水平放置,进风回风异程异面设计,使新风出口面积增大,风阻减小,有利于高效过滤器大面积过滤新风。回风口面积减小,路程加大,平衡了与进风高效过滤器的风阻,延长了换焓路程,提高了换焓效率。上下左右四腔体设计,均衡了风压,减小了噪音,起到了压力平衡器和消音器的双重功效。
由系统原理图可以看出,吸顶式节能换焓过滤杀菌新风换气机采用主机与风机分离式设计,减小了主机尺寸,降低了使用环境的噪音。吸顶式安装便于房间装修设计。回风口通过回风管,可安装到最佳回风位置,便于房间内气流安排,使新风均匀分布于整个房间。

Claims (3)

1.一种吸顶式节能换焓过滤除尘消毒杀菌新风换气机,采用全热交换芯,紫外线消毒,高效过滤器,其特征是:
四个水平放置的全热换热芯将长方形机体分隔成上、下、左、右四个空腔,左空腔水平放置两个圆进气口,其中一个通过斜置圆变方变径接口连接换焓芯的左端平面通过初效过滤器与换焓芯水平气流通道与右腔室相通;另一圆形接口通过圆变方变径接口的剩余空间与换焓芯的上空腔相连,上空腔下面是初效过滤器,通过换焓芯的垂直气流通道与下空腔相通;空腔下面是高效新风过滤层;上空腔内装有空气消毒设备和初效过滤器,右空腔内装有电控转换阀门,控制回风量从全回风、部分回风、零回风之间作无极变换。
2.根据权利要求1所述新风换气机,采用全热交换芯水平放置,其特征是:换焓芯采用异程异面,新风进出口面积比回风进出口面积大一倍,换焓路程比回风路程短一倍。采用这种设计是为减少新风换焓阻力,为新风高效过滤留出风压储备。回风面积减小一倍,路程加大一倍,是为平衡进回风阻力,提高换焓效率。
3.根据权利要求1所述新风换气机,采用主机和风机分体式设计,吸顶式安装,其特征是:吸顶式节能换焓过滤杀菌新风换气机采用主机与风机分离式设计,减小了主机尺寸,降低了使用环境的噪音。吸顶式安装便于房间装修设计。回风口通过回风管,可安装到最佳回风位置,便于房间内气流安排,使新风均匀分布于整个房间。
