本发明提供了一种氧化铝陶瓷复合材料。
背景技术
氧化铝陶瓷材料具有高硬度、耐磨性、耐热性和化学稳定性等特点,是目前研究最为广泛的陶瓷材料之一。但氧化铝属于惰性陶瓷材料,由于没有生物活性,与机体组织不能形成骨性结合,植入一段时间后容易产生松动、下沉,导致失败,其应用效果受到很大限制。人工骨不仅要求具备高硬度、抗变强度、耐磨性和韧性,还要妹 具备高抗疲劳性能和生物活性,因此,寻求既具有较高力学性能,又有良好生物活性的氧化铝陶瓷复合材料具有重要意义。

本发明的目的克服上述现有技术的不足来提供一种氧化铝陶瓷复合材料。其技术方案是:氧化铝70-85%,二氧化硅50%,氧化钙20%,氧化镁15%,余为杂质。其特征是:按重量百分比氧化铝70-85%,二氧化硅50%,氧化钙20%,氧化镁15%,将上述原料混合;在1200-1500℃,压力为20-28MPa下热压成型,恒温时间为15-20分钟即可。
本发明优点该复合材料制备工艺简单,原材料成本低,生产投资少,是一种低成本的氧化铝陶瓷复合材料。
