本发明涉及振动筛技术领域，尤其是一种振动筛的张紧机构。
背景技术
振动筛在工作的过程中，由于震动十分厉害，常常发生振动筛的筛体松了，工人在维修的过程中，需要拆掉整个外壳，才能对振动筛的松紧进行调节，而且劳动强度十分之大，维修效率也十分低。因此，设计一种能够很好地解决上述问题的张紧机构是十分有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术的不足进行改进，提供一种振动筛的张紧机构。
本发明的具体方案是：一种振动筛的张紧机构，具有侧壁板，侧壁板一端连接有筛体；其特征在于：所述筛体的顶部焊接有一块钩板，钩板上钩装有一块扣板，扣板一端与钩板连接，另一端顶在侧壁板上，扣板上安装有一锁紧螺杆，锁紧螺杆一端向右伸出固定装有一固定块，另一端向左伸出穿过侧壁板并螺纹连接有一锁紧螺母。
本发明中所述锁紧螺母与侧壁板之间位于锁紧螺杆上还装有一斜向垫块。
本发明能对筛体进行拉紧，使筛体的松紧可以调节，使用十分方便，给企业带来了巨大的经济效益。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，详细介绍本发明的优选实施例。
参见图1，本发明具有侧壁板4，侧壁板4一端连接有筛体7，筛体7的顶部焊接有一块钩板8，钩板8上钩装有一块扣板5，扣板5一端与钩板8连接，另一端顶在侧壁板4上，扣板5上安装有一锁紧螺杆3，锁紧螺杆3一端向右伸出固定装有一固定块6，另一端向左伸出穿过侧壁板4并螺纹连接有一锁紧螺母1。
本实施例中所述锁紧螺母1与侧壁板4之间位于锁紧螺杆3上还装有一斜向垫块2。

1.一种振动筛的张紧机构，具有侧壁板，侧壁板一端连接有筛体；其特征在于：所述筛体的顶部焊接有一块钩板，钩板上钩装有一块扣板，扣板一端与钩板连接，另一端顶在侧壁板上，扣板上安装有一锁紧螺杆，锁紧螺杆一端向右伸出固定装有一固定块，另一端向左伸出穿过侧壁板并螺纹连接有一锁紧螺母。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种振动筛的张紧机构，其特征在于：所述锁紧螺母与侧壁板之间位于锁紧螺杆上还装有一斜向垫块。
