本发明公开了一种卷帘式LED显示屏,包括卷辊、顶端固定在卷辊上的PCB线路板、焊接在线路板上的若干个LED点阵单元;所述PCB线路板为柔性线路板,所述LED点阵单元为贴片式LED点阵单元,所述点阵单元从上到下并列设置在PCB线路板上,所述各点阵单元完全容置地固定在PCB线路板上的凹槽内。所述凹槽的表面设置一层聚光层。本发明将LED点阵单元固定在柔性线路板上,并通过卷轴进行收纳,可方便安装携带;且设置在凹槽内,相互各点阵单元无干扰,显示效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种卷帘式LED显示屏。
背景技术
LED显示屏是通过控制半导体发光二极管的显示方式,其大概的样子就是由很多个通常是红色的发光二极管组成,靠灯的亮灭来显示字符。具有亮度高、工作电压低、功耗小、大型化、寿命长、耐冲击和性能稳定等优点。LED的发展前景极为广阔,正朝着更高亮度、更高耐气候性、更高的发光密度、更高的发光均匀性,可靠性、全色化方向发展。LED显示屏广泛应用在体育场馆、商业应用、银行、证劵、邮政、码头、商场、车站、邮政、电讯、机关、监控、学校、餐厅、酒店、娱乐等不同户外场所的广告宣传。但是现有的LED显示屏较大、采用硬质PCB板,不适合于移动式广告宣传,收纳不便,且各点阵之间相互干扰,影响显示效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种卷帘式LED显示屏。
本发明为了实现上述目的,采用的技术解决方案是:
一种卷帘式LED显示屏,包括卷辊、顶端固定在卷辊上的PCB线路板、焊接在线路板上的若干个LED点阵单元;所述PCB线路板为柔性线路板,所述LED点阵单元为贴片式LED点阵单元,所述点阵单元从上到下并列设置在PCB线路板上,所述各点阵单元完全容置地固定在PCB线路板上的凹槽内。
所述凹槽的表面设置一层聚光层。
本发明能够产生的有益效果:将LED点阵单元固定在柔性线路板上,并通过卷轴进行收纳,可方便安装携带;且设置在凹槽内,相互各点阵单元无干扰,显示效果好。

结合图1说明本实施方式,一种卷帘式LED显示屏,包括卷辊1、顶端固定在卷辊1上的PCB线路板2、焊接在线路板2上的若干个LED点阵单元4;所述PCB线路板2为柔性线路板,所述LED点阵单元4为贴片式LED点阵单元,所述点阵单元4从上到下并列设置在PCB线路板2上,所述各点阵单元4完全容置地固定在PCB线路板上的凹槽3内。
所述凹槽3的表面设置一层聚光层。
