本发明提供一种新型空气净化加湿器,包括出风口、风机、显示屏、湿度感应器、滚轮、振荡器、控制器、水箱、水泵、浮子、加热器、微动开关、进风口、多层板、布水器、箱体;水泵将水箱内的水泵入布水器,布水器上布满流水孔道,水通过流水孔道分布到多层板上,风机将室内空气鼓入到箱体内部,鼓入箱体内部的空气穿过多层板被净化,净化后的空气从设置在箱体顶部的出风口进入室内,本发明添加了湿度感应器和控制器,湿度感应器将检测的信号传递给控制器,由控制器控制振荡器的运行和关闭,不仅能够调节室内湿度,而且能够有效的去除各类浮尘、病菌微生物以及室内经常存在的一些水溶性的有害化学物质,进而显著的提高室内空气质量。

一种新型空气净化加湿器
技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化类小家电领域,具体涉及一种新型空气净化加湿器。
背景技术
随着周围生态环境日益恶化,沙尘天气活动非常频繁,大风中夹杂着的细微的沙尘以及其它颗粒物非常容易进入人的呼吸道,引起人体不适,进而诱发各类呼吸系统疾病。除此之外,煤炭或钢铁等行业也排出大量颗粒物和二氧化硫、氨气等各类有害气体,在这些城市中生活的居民的呼吸系统的发病率明显高于其它城市。大城市中,汽车尾气的排放也使各家各户很难有清新空气,而现有的加湿器大都不具备除尘杀菌净化功能,因而加湿器机体内潮湿的环境反倒成了灰尘、病菌微生物以及有害化学物质的老巢,散发的水汽作为携带者,将灰尘、病菌微生物、有害化学物质遍布室内角落,而且加湿器一般通过调节出气速度和加湿时间来调整房间湿度,但没有一个智能的方法能实时监测房间湿度并实时控制加湿器的出气速度和开关闭,所以有可能产生加湿过度或加湿不够的情况。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种新型空气净化加湿器,以解决上述背景技术中的缺点。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种新型空气净化加湿器,包括出风口、风机、显示屏、湿度感应器、滚轮、振荡器、控制器、水箱、水泵、浮子、加热器、微动开关、进风口、多层板、布水器、箱体;所述水泵将所述水箱内的水泵入所述布水器,所述布水器上布满流水孔道,水通过所述流水孔道分布到所述多层板上,风机将室内空气鼓入到箱体内部,鼓入箱体内部的空气穿过所述多层板被净化,净化后的空气从设置在所述箱体顶部的出风口进入室内,本发明添加了湿度感应器和控制器,湿度感应器将检测的信号传递给控制器,由控制器控制振荡器的运行和关闭。
所述湿度感应器固定在箱体外部。
所述水泵为小功率水泵。
所述多层板富含亲水基,表面负载银离子、铜离子活性杀菌成份。
所述多层板需要定时清洗或更换。
所述显示屏与控制器相连。
本发明的有益效果是:不仅能够调节室内湿度,而且能够有效的去除各类浮尘、病菌微生物以及室内经常存在的一些水溶性的有害化学物质(如甲醛),进而显著的提高室内空气质量。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1所示一种新型空气净化加湿器,包括出风口1 、风机2、显示屏3、湿度感应器4、滚轮5、振荡器6、控制器7、水箱8、水泵9、加热器10、浮子11、微动开关12、进风口13、多层板14、布水器15、箱体16。该新型空气净化加湿器成方形,该除尘杀菌加湿器箱体16底部设有水箱8,水箱底部设有排水孔,可以方便的加水、排水,在水箱中间设置有,水泵9,水泵9将水箱内的水通过水管泵入布水器15,水管穿过多层板14,与上面布水器15相连,布水器15位于多层板14的正上方。水泵9将水抽到布水器15中,布水器15上布满流水孔道,水通过这些孔道流散到多层板14上。多层板14是由直径在5~50um的纤维组成,能够截留98%的颗粒污染物;并且富含亲水基,能够有效的保持高润湿状态,从而溶解可溶性的污染气体;且纤维的表面负载有银离子、铜离子等活性杀菌成分,能够去除95%左右的细菌、病毒。穿透多层板14的的水在重力作用下,又流回到水箱8中,风扇2设置在所述箱体内部,风扇2开始运行以后,进风口13内部形成负压,室内空气即开始由进风口13进入箱体16,风扇2鼓入的空气穿过多层多层板14构成的净化层,此时浑浊空气中所包含的各类灰尘颗粒物会被净化层截留下来,空气得以被洗涤;除此之外,空气中的二氧化硫、甲醛等水溶性的有害气体以及空气中的细菌和病毒也会被具有抗菌功能的湿润的多层板8所吸收清除,从而气体被净化,净化后的空气从设置在顶部的出风口1进入室内,同时水箱8中的水经过振荡器6雾化,随净化后后的空气扩散到空气中,增加湿度,当净化加湿器开始运行后湿度感应器4开始工作,显示屏3上会显示此时的湿度,湿度感应器4将湿度信号传递给控制器7,由控制器7控制振荡器6的开关,来达到控制湿度的要求,此新型空气净化加湿器还可以设置加热器10作为温度调节装置,可以通过加热器10将水箱8中的水加热调节温度湿度,当水箱8低于设定值时浮子11带动微动开关12关闭加热器10停止加热。

1.一种新型空气净化加湿器,其特征在于:包括出风口、风机、显示屏、湿度感应器、滚轮、振荡器、控制器、水箱、水泵、微动开关、加热器、微动开关、进风口、多层板、布水器、箱体;所述水泵将所述水箱内的水泵入所述布水器,所述布水器上布满流水孔道,水通过所述流水孔道分布到所述多层板上,所述风机将室内空气鼓入到所述箱体内部,鼓入箱体内部的空气穿过所述多层板被净化,净化后的空气从设置在所述箱体顶部的出风口进入室内,本发明添加了湿度感应器和控制器,所述湿度感应器将检测的湿度信号传递给所述控制器,由所述控制器控制所述振荡器的运行和关闭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型空气净化加湿器,其特征在于:所述湿度感应器固定在箱体外部。
