Abstract

本发明为“一种便携式工业燃气混合充装器”,所属技术领域为天然气应用于金属焊割领域。通过本装置,天然气与液态增效剂(添加剂)在20Mpa压力下,按照设定的比例均匀混合形成工业焊割气,然后直接充入钢瓶。混合气体物理性能稳定,不会产生气液分离现象。

天然气用于金属焊割领域。 
背景技术
天然气具有安全、环保、经济等诸多优点,已经被广泛应用于工业生产及居民生活等各个领域。近年来,在金属焊割领域亦开始推广使用。但是由于纯天然气燃烧火焰温度较低,无法达到金属焊割的工艺要求,因此,一般需要在天然气中加入一种增效剂(或称添加剂)以提高火焰温度,从而满足焊割工艺要求。 
目前使用的增效剂基本上都是液态的,如何使液态的增效剂与气态的天然气按一定的比例混合形成工业燃气,再充入钢瓶中;另外,成品工业燃气充入钢瓶后,即使长时间放置,也不会出现气液分离现象。 
发明内容
本发明采用文丘里引射器原理,通过控制压力及流量等参数,利用压缩天然气自身的压力,将液态的增效剂雾化使其与压缩天然气按一定比例充分混合形成工业燃气,同时充入多个钢瓶中。

1.采用文丘里引射器原理,通过控制压力及流量等参数,利用压缩天然气自身的压力,将液态的增效剂雾化使其与压缩天然气按一定比例充分混合形成工业燃气,同时充入多个钢瓶中。
2.便携式,携带方便。
