一种新型自动化鸭舍,包括鸭舍、两个温度调节装置、若干温度传感器、控制器、两个棘轮和两个步进电机,温度调节装置包括框架、铝箔保温卷材、尼龙网和拉绳,铝箔保温卷材包括铝箔贴面和气泡膜,铝箔贴面包括上铝箔贴面和下铝箔贴面,上铝箔贴面和下铝箔贴面分别粘接至气泡膜的上下两侧,且上铝箔贴面和下铝箔贴面的外表面均设置有波浪纹;铝箔保温卷材铺设在框架与尼龙网之间,尼龙网与框架连接,用以罩住铝箔保温卷材;框架底部与鸭舍的屋檐轴连接,拉绳一端与框架顶部连接,另一端与棘轮连接,温度传感器设置在屋内,控制器分别与温度传感器和步进电机连接,步进电机与棘轮连接。本发明具有自动化程度高、隔热保温性能好、易于推广的优点。

Description

一种新型自动化鸭舍
技术领域
本发明涉及一种鸭舍,尤其涉及一种新型自动化鸭舍。
背景技术
众所周知,在鸭子养殖过程中,对温度的控制要求极高。尤其是在炎热的夏季,鸭舍的通风隔热设计直接涉及养殖户的经济效益,高温天气,温度稍高,就会引起鸭子死亡,对养殖户造成经济损失,需要及时降温。但天气变化,气温降低时,又要保持温度,避免温度过低,此时,若温度低于生长温度需求,则需采取升温措施。但是,目前,普遍采用加强鸭舍通风的方式实现夏季鸭舍的隔热降温处理。但是,该种方式单纯依靠增加通风进行降温处理,以及减少通风进行升温处理,受鸭舍建筑结构等因素的影响,实际降温及升温效果有限,在高温天气无法满足降温需求,不可避免的仍会造成鸭子死亡,温度过低也不能有效保证升温效果。
发明内容
针对上述缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种保温畜禽鸭舍。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供一种新型自动化鸭舍,包括鸭舍、分别设置在鸭舍屋顶两侧的两个温度调节装置、若干温度传感器、控制器、两个棘轮和两个步进电机,其中,温度调节装置包括框架、铝箔保温卷材、尼龙网和拉绳,铝箔保温卷材包括铝箔贴面和气泡膜,铝箔贴面包括上铝箔贴面和下铝箔贴面,上铝箔贴面和下铝箔贴面分别粘接连接至气泡膜的上下两侧,且上铝箔贴面和下铝箔贴面的外表面均设置有波浪纹;铝箔保温卷材铺设在框架与尼龙网之间,尼龙网设置在铝箔保温卷材上方且四周与框架连接,用以罩住铝箔保温卷材;框架底部两端分别与鸭舍的屋檐轴连接,拉绳的一端与框架顶部连接,另一端与对应的棘轮连接,温度传感器设置在鸭舍屋内,控制器分别与温度传感器和步进电机连接,步进电机与棘轮连接。
控制器设置在鸭舍内,两个棘轮和步进电机分别设置在与拉绳位置对应的两侧墙壁上,每组棘轮和步进电机对应一个温度控制装置,控制该侧屋顶的温度控制装置开关。
本发明实现了鸭舍温度的自动控制,通过温度传感器检测鸭舍内的温度,温度传感器将采集到的温度发送至控制器,控制器对采集到的温度与预先存储的鸭舍内所需的合适温度范围进行比较,若低于最低合适温度,则控制器控制步进电机启动,步进电机驱动棘轮旋转,带动拉绳将温度调节装置打开,且打开至需要的位置后关闭步进电机,棘轮停止旋转,温度调节装置打开后太阳光能够照射鸭舍,从而提升温度。当温度高于最高合适温度,控制器控制步进电机驱动棘轮反转,松开拉绳,关闭温度温度调节装置,遮住鸭舍屋顶,对太阳光进行反射,隔住热量,降低鸭舍内温度。
本发明中的铝箔保温卷材由铝箔贴面和气泡膜制成,结构简单、成本低廉。且气泡膜上下两面均可胶接铝箔贴面,可制成双面结构,可应用于各种场合,满足多种不同场合的使用需求,适用范围广泛,且当一面铝箔体面受损时,可翻至另一面继续使用,大大提高了使用寿命。另外,由于采用双面铝箔贴面,能够提升成品的隔热保温性能,且采用气泡膜支撑铝箔贴面,气泡膜的蓄热能力强,导热系数小保温性能好,能够进一步提升产品的隔热保温性能,同时,上铝箔贴面和下铝箔贴面的外表面均设置有波浪纹,能够增强反射,提升隔热性能。因此,该铝箔保温卷材具有结构简单、成本低廉、适用范围广泛、使用寿命长且隔热保温性能高的优点。
当天气变冷,气温不高时,白天可打开温度调节装置,晚上关闭温度调节装置,因为铝箔保温卷材的保温性能高,可以高效保持鸭舍内的温度,而不必采用升温设备特意取暖,能够有效的节约能源。
综上所述,本发明实现了自动控制鸭舍温度,自动化程度高,且本发明的鸭舍结构简单、隔热保温性能好,能够从根本上解决鸭舍的温度调节问题,大大降低鸭子的死亡,从而有效避免养殖户的经济损失,并且本发明造价低,易于推广。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,具体说明本发明。
请参阅图1至图2,一种新型自动化鸭舍,包括鸭舍1、分别设置在鸭舍屋顶两侧的两个温度调节装置2、多个温度传感器3、控制器4、两个棘轮5和两个步进电机6,其中,温度调节装置2包括框架21、铝箔保温卷材22、尼龙网23和拉绳24,铝箔保温卷材22包括铝箔贴面和气泡膜222,铝箔贴面包括上铝箔贴面221和下铝箔贴面223,上铝箔贴面221和下铝箔贴面223分别粘接连接至气泡膜222的上下两侧,且上铝箔贴面221和下铝箔贴面223的外表面均设置有波浪纹;铝箔保温卷材22铺设在框架21与尼龙网23之间,尼龙网23设置在铝箔保温卷材22上方且四周与框架21连接,用以罩住铝箔保温卷材22;框架21底部两端分别与鸭舍的屋檐轴连接,拉绳24的一端与框架21顶部连接,另一端与对应的棘轮5连接,温度传感器3设置在鸭舍屋内,控制器4分别与温度传感器3和步进电机6连接,步进电机6与棘轮5连接。
控制器4设置在鸭舍内,两个棘轮5和步进电机6分别设置在与拉绳24位置对应的两侧墙壁上,每组棘轮5和步进电机6对应一个温度控制装置2,控制该侧屋顶的温度控制装置2开关。
如图2所示,在本实例中,铝箔贴面包括上铝箔贴面1和下铝箔贴面3。但是,需要说明的是,本发明并不限定一定包括双面铝箔贴面,实际应用中,根据适用场合的不同,也可设置单面铝箔贴面,如只包括上铝箔贴面1,具体的铝箔贴面的数量根据实际应用需要进行选择,可灵活设计。因此,以上采用铝箔贴面包括上铝箔贴面1和下铝箔贴面3只是一个实施例,并不用于限定本发明。
以上公开的仅为本发明的几个具体实施例,但本发明并非局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化,都应落在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种新型自动化鸭舍,其特征在于,包括鸭舍、分别设置在鸭舍屋顶两侧的两个温度调节装置、若干温度传感器、控制器、两个棘轮和两个步进电机,其中,所述温度调节装置包括框架、铝箔保温卷材、尼龙网和拉绳,所述铝箔保温卷材包括铝箔贴面和气泡膜,所述铝箔贴面包括上铝箔贴面和下铝箔贴面,所述上铝箔贴面和下铝箔贴面分别粘接连接至所述气泡膜的上下两侧,且所述上铝箔贴面和下铝箔贴面的外表面均设置有波浪纹;所述铝箔保温卷材铺设在所述框架与尼龙网之间,所述尼龙网设置在所述铝箔保温卷材上方且四周与所述框架连接,用以罩住所述铝箔保温卷材;所述框架底部两端分别与所述鸭舍的屋檐轴连接,所述拉绳的一端与所述框架顶部连接,另一端与对应的所述棘轮连接,所述温度传感器设置在鸭舍屋内,所述控制器分别与所述温度传感器和步进电机连接,所述步进电机与所述棘轮连接。
