Background
In many industrial production fields such as metallurgical industry, food processing industry, textile industry, pharmaceutical industry and the like, the moisture content of materials needs to be accurately measured and monitored so as to ensure the quality of products and reduce the production cost, and therefore, moisture content online detection technologies of various types are popularized and applied. At present, the moisture content tester adopts the mode of taking the signal from the outer device that changes such as solenoid valve on mostly, if meet the feed bin mouth and open, but the circumstances such as no material whereabouts, and these electron device can't make the judgement to how much and the stability of material flow the very first time, will cause the inaccuracy of gathering moisture content data to can't reach the expectancy effect.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the problems in the background art, the automatic material flow sensing device in the water content online detection process can completely avoid the deviation caused by measurement of an external transfer device, automatically judge the time for acquiring data directly from the bin port according to the material flow through the proximity switch, and accurately and efficiently complete the online detection process of the water content.

Except that the reinforcing and fixing part and the height detection part need to be welded, the rest parts are connected and fixed by screws. During installation, the water content automatic detection fixing frame is installed opposite to the opening direction of the air cylinder at the bin opening.
The basic working flow of the device of the invention is as follows:
(1) when the opening of the silo is opened, the sand and stone material falls to the feed inlet at the upper end of the material collecting groove and is discharged from the discharge outlet at the lower end along the slope;
(2) on the material collecting tank, when the grit material reaches the detection height of the moisture content tester, the height detection turning plate is jacked open, the turning plate shaft is far away from the proximity switch, and the software starts to record effective data after detecting a signal of the disconnection of the proximity switch;
(3) when the charging process is close to the end, the air cylinder at the feed opening is closed, and when the flow of the sand and stone material is smaller than the detection thickness, the height detection turning plate returns to the original position by the dead weight. The proximity switch is on and the software is off to record data.
(4) The software automatically calculates the average water content according to the data recorded at this time and a calculation mode set by people;
(5) and finishing the work flow and preparing to enter the next work.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
The invention will be further explained with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
The automatic sensing device comprises a water content tester component 1, a collecting groove 2, an angle fixing plate 3, a proximity switch 4, a height detection turning plate 5, a turning plate shaft 6, an angle iron frame 7 and an angle iron bracket 8, wherein the collecting groove 2 is provided with a detachable anti-smashing baffle, the height detection turning plate 5 and the turning plate shaft 6 are welded into a whole, and the proximity switch 4 is arranged on the back of the slope of the collecting groove 2; moisture content tester subassembly 1 links to each other with holding together silo 2, holds together silo 2 and links to each other with angle fixed plate 3, and angle fixed plate 3 links to each other with angle bar frame 7, and welding angle bar support 8 connects angle bar frame 7 and feed bin discharge gate. During installation, the automatic material flow sensing device in the water content online detection process is installed opposite to the opening direction of the air cylinder at the material bin opening.

(3) when the charging process is close to the end, the air cylinder of the feed opening is closed, and when the flow of the sand and stone material is less than the detection thickness (less than 50mm), the height detection turning plate 5 is restored to the original position by the dead weight. The proximity switch 4 is turned on, the software signal transmission is turned off, and the data recording is ended.
(4) Automatically solving the average water content by the software according to the data recorded at this time;
(5) the flow ends.
