Abstract

本发明公开了一种高稳定性电解槽承载装置，它包括可推动的由滚轮和承重板组成的小车（3）、用于装载电解槽槽体的开口朝下的固定模具（1）和两个顶起装置（2），所述的顶起装置（2）分别固定在固定模具（1）左右两侧的小车承重板上，所述顶起装置的基座与固定模具之间设有隔板（4）。本发明的有益效果是：由于在顶起装置的基座和固定模具之间设有隔板这样使顶起装置和固定模具之间无间隙这样固定模具在升起的过程中始终受到左右两方的夹持力，保证了移动的稳定性，提高了工作时的安全系数。

一种高稳定性电解槽承载装置
技术领域：
本发明涉及玻璃钢电解槽制作过程所使用的专用设备，尤其涉及一种高稳定性电解槽承载装置。
背景技术：
    现在制作电解槽技术要求用户提供2万平方米左右的空闲场地，其中制作厂房要两千平米、库房伍佰平米，在制作过程中先用砖制作加工内胆的模具6*1.7m*1.4m15只左右，制作玻璃钢内胆以及抓丁及石子制作好内胆经过一段时间固化后脱模吊走内胆，将制作好的内胆放入用砖制作好的内膜6m*1.7m*1.4m约50只左右，内胆外面配制好钢筋后，再将外摸板装上后打上混凝土，待混凝土凝固后撤除外摸板，等待一周后混泥土槽体强度达50%后再进行脱模，用行车将电解槽体从模具中吊起。翻身后将成品槽放在一平整地面上进行自然干燥固化，一个月后送入电解车间安装，上述工序占用场地面积大，等待时间长，消耗水泥砖块较多，工作效率低，成本高，现有一种用于装卸电解槽的专用设备，利用推车上的固定模具以及固定模具下的两个顶起装置用于上下移动装载有电解槽的固定模具，这种专用设备在顶起固定模具时固定模具容易左右晃动，容易倾倒，存在安全生产的隐患。
发明内容：
    本发明的目的就是解决现有的用于电解槽成型的专用设备在装载电解槽时固定模具易晃动不安全，为此提供一种高稳定性电解槽承载装置。
本发明采用的技术方案是：一种高稳定性电解槽承载装置，它包括可推动的由滚轮和承重板组成的小车、用于装载电解槽槽体的开口朝下的固定模具和两个顶起装置，所述的顶起装置分别固定在固定模具左右两侧的小车承重板上，所述顶起装置的基座与固定模具之间设有隔板。
本发明的有益效果是：由于在顶起装置的基座和固定模具之间设有隔板这样使顶起装置和固定模具之间无间隙这样固定模具在升起的过程中始终受到左右两方的夹持力，保证了移动的稳定性，提高了工作时的安全系数。
