本发明公开了一种基于蒸压加气砌块板材铣槽预切装置，该板材铣槽预切装置包括钢丝架和刮板架，所述钢丝架包括立柱、拉线气缸、导向轮、支线架和导线沟，所述刮板架包旋转立柱、卡钳、夹紧气缸、推力气缸、刮板。由于采用上述结构，本发明在显著提高产品加工精度的同时，解决了现有技术固定繁琐，安全性差、维护不方便和寿命短的技术问题。该产品设计新颖、结构合理且简单。

技术领域
本发明属于蒸压加气砌块生产设备，尤其涉及一种蒸压加气砌块板材铣槽预切装置。
背景技术
现有加气混凝土板材生产线，铣槽部分大多没有预切装置，大多数加工方式为斜切刀切割侧面后，直接通过开槽铣刀进行铣槽加工，铣槽刀具切削量大，切割时阻力大影响切割刀具的工作稳定性。同时斜刀多为人工清理操作，费时费力，不能满足生产的时间与成本要求，且操作中容易对工作人员造成身体伤害，安全性差。斜刀预切时由于切割量多的原因，在废料与坯体分离时坯体会产生粘连脱落导致坯体表面缺陷。采用斜拉钢丝嵌入坯体内部切割时，降低了切割时坯体与刀具之间的阻力，侧面切割废料分层脱落避免了因粘连而引起的坯体表面缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为解决现有技术存在的成品率低、表面精度差、维护繁琐和安全性不足的技术问题，提供一种新式的板材铣槽预切装置，以克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的，该板材铣槽预切装置包括钢丝架和刮板架，所述钢丝架包括立柱、拉线气缸、导向轮、支线架和导线沟，所述立柱的上部固定有拉线气缸，所述支线架的两端与立柱固定连接，所述支线架上设有导线沟，所述支线架上端设有一导向轮，切割钢丝的上端通过导向轮与拉线气缸相连，切割 钢丝的下端与支线架的下端相连；
所述刮板架包旋转立柱、卡钳、夹紧气缸、推力气缸、刮板，所述旋转立柱的上部分别设有推力气缸、夹紧气缸，所述推力气缸和夹紧气缸分别与固定于旋转立柱上的卡钳相连，所述卡钳上固定有刮板。
工作原理：当更换刮板时，推力气缸反向通气，卡钳分开安装刮板到位后通过夹紧气缸夹紧固定，通过推力气缸调节旋转立柱与坯体的夹角，调节切入坯体的速度与切割量。钢丝架通过拉线气缸、导向轮拉紧切割钢丝，使切割钢丝形成整体锯齿状钢丝支架。导线钩挂线处采用圆角处理在减少了拉线阻力的同时提高了切割刚丝的使用寿命，在坯体进入切割精加工时通过刮板架的刮板清理粘连废料，避免了因废料而引起的加工精度误差，在通过锯齿状切割钢丝预切的同时提高了坯体的加工精度。
本发明的有益效果：本发明在显著提高产品加工精度的同时，解决了现有技术固定繁琐，安全性差、维护不方便和寿命短的技术问题。该产品设计新颖、结构合理且简单。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示，该板材铣槽预切装置包括钢丝架和刮板架，钢丝架包括立柱1、拉线气缸2、导向轮3、支线架4和导线沟5，立柱1的上部固定有拉线气缸2，支线架4的两端与立柱1固定连接，支线架4上设有导线沟5，支线架4上端设有一导向轮3，切割钢丝的上端通过导向轮3与拉线气缸2相连，切割钢丝的下端与支线架4的下端相连；刮板架包旋转立柱6、卡钳7、夹紧气缸8、推力气缸9、刮板，旋转立柱6的上部分别设有推力气缸9、夹紧气缸8，推力气缸9和夹紧气缸8分别与固定于旋转立柱6上的卡钳7相连，卡钳7上固定有刮板；

1.一种基于蒸压加气砌块板材铣槽预切装置，其特征在于该预切装置包括钢丝架和刮板架，所述钢丝架包括立柱、拉线气缸、导向轮、支线架和导线沟，所述立柱的上部固定有拉线气缸，所述支线架的两端与立柱固定连接，所述支线架上设有导线沟，所述支线架上端设有一导向轮，切割钢丝的上端通过导向轮与拉线气缸相连，切割钢丝的下端与支线架的下端相连；所述刮板架包括旋转立柱、卡钳、夹紧气缸、推力气缸、刮板，所述旋转立柱的上部分别设有推力气缸、夹紧气缸，所述推力气缸和夹紧气缸分别与固定于旋转立柱上的卡钳相连，所述卡钳上固定有刮板。
