背景技术
在机械加工领域，通常需要对深盲孔进行排尘处理。钻削铜、铝、生铁等金属零件的盲孔时，通常在盲孔底部留有粉尘。一般情况下粉尘会随着加工刀具的螺旋槽口提出，但在盲孔底部常会有一些粉尘难以处理。通常采用的办法是，倒置工件，将粉尘排除。还有一种办法是直接通入压缩空气。对于较大工件搬动较为困难，直接通入压缩空气，容易造成粉尘飞溅伤人。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决在深盲孔中通入压缩空气又不让粉尘飞溅伤人的排尘的问题的问题。
本发明采用的技术方案是一种盲孔攻螺纹排屑装置，包括呈锥状的管套、套接在管套一端的进气管和套接在管套另一端的喷嘴，所述的管套上设有气阀。
本发明的有益效果是：排尘过程中，粉尘由于反压气流的作用从排尘管排出，不会四溅伤人，确保了安全生产。

如图1所示，本实施例包括呈锥状的管套4、套接在管套4一端的进气管1和套接在管套4另一端的喷嘴3，所述的管套上设有气阀2。
本发明的使用发方法是：将喷嘴3插入盲孔，进气管1连接压缩空气源，按下气阀2，可将盲孔内粉尘和屑排除。
