一种可实时采集血液或给药的留置针,包括留置针本体,设有两个通过延长管连接的留置针头,延长管上设有储血腔和蠕动泵;所述储血腔为弹性即时恢复装置,其上设有采血孔;采血孔上连接有自动采样器;所述蠕动泵通过电导线和电源连接,电导线上设有开关。本发明可实时采集血液或给药的留置针,结构设计合理,能实现实时采集血液或给药;且其操作简单,采样与时间相关的情况下能达到最佳的采血或给药效果,适于临床推广。

一种可实时采集血液或给药的留置针
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,具体的说是一种可实时采集血液或给药的留置针。
背景技术
留置针现已成为医院护理工作中较常使用的一种医疗器械,具有减少对患者的穿刺次数,降低穿刺痛苦,减少医护人员工作量等优点。现有的留置针装置一般为单端穿刺入血,另一端为半闭合采血系统。半闭合系统在不采血时处于闭合状态,同时为防止凝血,在闭合端注入一定量抗凝血剂。在采血时,通过负压系统如注射器向外抽血,形成瞬时通路获得所需血液。同理,半闭合系统在不给药时也处于闭合状态;在给药时,通过正压系统如注射器向内注射形成瞬时通路给药。
现有留置针的普遍缺点是:1、半闭合系统中存在死体积,即现有留置针管腔中,在下次采血或给药操作时,始终会充斥前一步操作余留的血液及抗凝剂,这部分血液及抗凝剂会对下一步操作造成影响。尤其是测量血药浓度等指标时,当血药浓度上升期时,管腔死体积内的血液及抗凝剂会稀释下一时间点的血液,造成所测结果偏低;反之,则结果偏高。这种情况会导致所得结果与真实值偏离,影响药物综合评定结果。2、如果取样与时间相关,半闭合系统所采集的血液指标不能准确反应当时时间点实际血液指标情况。如果预先弃去死体积内血液,会使工作量加大,而且会浪费大量血液资源。
发明内容
本发明目的是为解决上述技术问题的不足,提供一种可实时采集血液或给药的留置针,结构较简单,设计合理,能实现实时采集血液或给药,其操作简单,在采样与时间相关的情况下能达到最佳的采血或给药效果,提高检测数据的精准性。
本发明为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 一种可实时采集血液或给药的留置针,包括留置针本体,设有两个通过延长管连接的留置针头,延长管上设有储血腔和蠕动泵;所述储血腔为弹性即时恢复装置,其上设有采血孔;采血孔上连接有自动采样器;所述蠕动泵通过电导线和电源连接,电导线上设有开关。
所述采血孔为1个。
所述留置针头,包括钢针、针柄和导管;钢针的一端插入到可手持的针柄中,另一端包裹有软质导管。
所述延长管上各设一个单手夹。
有益效果是:
本发明可实时采集血液或给药的留置针,结构设计合理,能实现实时采集血液或给药;且其操作简单,采样与时间相关的情况下能达到最佳的采血或给药效果,适于临床推广。本发明留置针设有两个留置针头,在需要采集样品时血液处理流动状态,解决了现有技术中的技术缺陷,即血药浓度上升期时,管腔死体积内的血液及抗凝剂会稀释下次所采集的血液,造成所测数据结果偏低;反之,则数据结果偏高,具有技术上的进步;有利于准确反应当时时间点血液指标实际情况;避免因弃去死体积而造成的工作量增加。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种可实时采集血液或给药的留置针,包括留置针本体,设有两个通过延长管6连接的留置针头1,延长管6上设有储血腔2和蠕动泵5;所述储血腔2为弹性即时恢复装置,其上设有采血孔21;采血孔21上连接有自动采样器3;所述蠕动泵5通过电导线41和电源4连接,电导线41上设有开关42。
所述采血孔21为1个。
所述留置针头,包括钢针12、针柄11和导管13;钢针12的一端插入到可手持的针柄11中,另一端包裹有软质导管13。
所述延长管6上各设一个单手夹61。
本发明能实现实时采集血液或给药的留置针,在使用过程时,手持针柄11,先将其中一端的留置针头1的钢针12在人体远心端逆血流方向刺入静脉血管内,出血后拔出钢针12使导管13留置于血管内,然后关闭此侧单手夹61;接着,将另一端的留置针头1在人体近心端顺血流方向刺入静脉血管内,出血后拔出钢针12使导管13留置于血管内,关闭此侧单手夹61。
待需要采血时,对储血腔2实施负压,打开两侧单手夹61,使延长管6和储血腔2内充满血液并排净管腔内空气,此时整个留置针装置内充满血液并形成一个血流通路。同时,为防止凝血,可在留置针装置管腔内注入少量抗凝血剂,蠕动泵5可进一步增强血流动力,此通路类似一个人造血管,可利用自动采样器3实施实时采血。待需要给药时,除去采血孔21所连接的自动采样器3,将输液瓶直接和采血孔21连接,打开其中一端延长管6上的单手夹61,开始给药。该留置针操作方便,有利于提高所采集血液检测结果的准确性。

1.一种可实时采集血液或给药的留置针,包括留置针本体,其特征在于:设有两个通过延长管(6)连接的留置针头(1),延长管(6)上设有储血腔(2)和蠕动泵(5);所述储血腔(2)为弹性即时恢复装置,其上设有采血孔(21);采血孔(21)上连接有自动采样器(3);所述蠕动泵(5)通过电导线(41)和电源(4)连接,电导线(41)上设有开关(42);所述留置针头,包括钢针(12)、针柄(11)和导管(13);钢针(12)的一端插入到可手持的针柄(11)中,另一端包裹有软质导管(13);所述延长管(6)上各设一个单手夹(61);所述采血孔(21)为1个。
