Abstract

本发明公开了一种应用于断零缺相保护断路器上的单片机供电电路,包括与相电线连接的三相整流电路、连接三相整流电路的结型场效应晶体管、连接结型场效应晶体管的稳压模块,所述稳压模块的输出端与单片机连接。本发明取自交流相电压,经三相整流电路、结型场效应晶体管以及稳压模块后成为DC5V电压供给单片机作工作电源,本工作电源抗干扰能力强,即使三相电路出现断零缺相等现象,也不会影响单片机工作的可靠性,可以使断路器及时断路。进一步,整个工作电源体积小、噪音小、功耗低、动态范围大、易于集成,特别适用于断路器这种小型电器上。

一种应用于断零缺相保护断路器上的单片机供电电路
技术领域
本发明涉及一种断路器配件,具体涉及一种应用于断零缺相保护断路器上的单片机供电电路。
背景技术
在低压三相多线制(TN-C三相四线A、B、C、PEN,TN-S(TN-C-S)三相五线A、B、C、N、PE)配电系统中,A、B、C为相(火)线,N线为工作零线(中性线),地保护制中,“零地”线分开。无论是TN-C还是TN-S接线制中,PE线在任何情况下都是绝不允许断开的。而N线则是有条件可以断开的,即N线必须和A、B、C相线都断开(严格意义上说N线必须在A、B、C相线断开后才能断开),否则将导致人和设备的不幸事件发生,因此,允许N线断开显然只能在TN-S接线中才可以。但在运行中N线不能断开,如发生N线断开即产生“断零”故障。
N线断开的原因为:
1、三相负载严重不平衡,N线电流过大,日积月累N线烧断;
2、若N线带触头,触头接触不良甚至断开(不接触);
3、自然损坏或人为盗窃N线。
长久以来,在运行中N线断开即“断零”故障时有发生,当存在单相负载情况下,三相负载大多不平衡,导致中点位移,当发生断零故障时,将引发相电压突然升高,超出额定相电压1.3倍以上,这样势必造成单相设备损坏、三相电动机无法正常运行,更有甚者还可能引致人员伤亡。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请人发明出一种带有断零缺相保护功能的断路器,该断路器中需要采用单片机对信号进行处理、分析、判断并给出脱扣信号,由于单片机集成在狭小的断路器里面,无法像常规设备一样拥有专用的电源,工作电源需要取自交流相电压,因此,需要设计特定的供电电路以保证单片机拥有稳定的供电电源。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种工作电源稳定、体积小的单片机供电电路。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种应用于断零缺相保护断路器上的单片机供电电路,包括与相电线连接的三相整流电路、连接三相整流电路的结型场效应晶体管、连接结型场效应晶体管的稳压模块,所述稳压模块的输出端与单片机连接。
在本发明中,相电线与零线之间设有压敏电阻。
在本发明中,所述结型场效应晶体管的输出侧并联有滤波电容。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明取自交流相电压,经三相整流电路、结型场效应晶体管以及稳压模块后成为DC5V电压供给单片机作工作电源,本工作电源抗干扰能力强,即使三相电路出现断零缺相等现象,也不会影响单片机工作的可靠性,可以使断路器及时断路。进一步,整个工作电源体积小、噪音小、功耗低、动态范围大、易于集成,特别适用于断路器这种小型电器上。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2,本发明提供了一种应用于断零缺相保护断路器上的单片机供电电路,包括与相电线连接的三相整流电路1、连接三相整流电路1的结型场效应晶体管2、连接结型场效应晶体管2的稳压模块3,所述稳压模块3的输出端与单片机4连接。
作为优选的实施方式,为免除过电压脉冲危害整个电源模块,相电线7与零线8之间设有压敏电阻5,以及在所述结型场效应晶体管2的输出侧并联有滤波电容6,通过这种冗余保护设置,增加了供电和单片机4工作的可靠性。
以上所述仅为本发明的优先实施方式,只要以基本相同手段实现本发明目的的技术方案都属于本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种应用于断零缺相保护断路器上的单片机供电电路,其特征在于:包括与相电线(7)连接的三相整流电路(1)、连接三相整流电路(1)的结型场效应晶体管(2)、连接结型场效应晶体管(2)的稳压模块(3),所述稳压模块(3)的输出端与单片机(4)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于断零缺相保护断路器上的单片机供电电路,其特征在于:相电线(7)与零线(8)之间设有压敏电阻(5)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种应用于断零缺相保护断路器上的单片机供电电路,其特征在于:所述结型场效应晶体管(2)的输出侧并联有滤波电容(6)。
