Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, a lamp 100 according to the present invention is shown. The lamp 100 includes a lamp housing 10 and an upper cover 20.
In the present embodiment, the lamp 100 is an LED (Light-Emitting Diode) lamp.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the lamp housing 10 includes a plurality of side walls 12, the side walls 12 are provided with a plurality of hooks 122, the upper cover 20 is provided with a plurality of slots 22, the slots 22 include a first slot 220 and a second slot 222 communicated with the first slot 220, and the hooks 122 pass through the first slot 220 and are locked in the second slot 222, so as to fix the upper cover 20 to the lamp housing 10.
The upper cover 20 can be mounted on the lamp housing 10 by snapping the hook 122 of the lamp housing 10 into the slot 22 of the upper cover 20, and the lamp housing 10 and the upper cover 20 can be dismounted by disengaging the hook 122 of the lamp housing 10 from the slot 22 of the upper cover 20, in other words, the lamp 100 of the present invention can realize the mounting and dismounting of the lamp housing 10 and the upper cover 20 by snapping the hook 122 of the lamp housing 10 into the slot 22 of the upper cover 20 or disengaging the hook 122 of the lamp housing 10 from the slot 22 of the upper cover 20, i.e. the mounting and dismounting of the lamp 100 of the present invention is not only simple but also convenient.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, as a further improvement of the present invention, the lamp housing 10 further includes a bottom wall 14, the side wall 12 extends from the bottom wall 14 to the upper cover 20 and is bent at a distal end of the side wall 12 to form a fixing portion 121, and the hook 122 is disposed on the fixing portion 121.
In the present embodiment, the lamp housing 10 further includes a housing space 16 for housing the light-emitting device, the driving device, and the like. The receiving space 16 is defined by a bottom wall 14 and a side wall 12.
Referring to fig. 3 to 4 and fig. 6 to 7 together, as a further improvement of the present invention, the fixing portion 121 is provided with a groove, and the hook 122 protrudes from an inner sidewall 12 of the groove toward the upper cover 20.
Since the hook 122 protrudes from one inner sidewall 12 of the groove toward the upper cover 20, the hook 122 has elasticity, so that the hook 122 is clamped in the slot 22.
In the present embodiment, each of the hooks 122 is L-shaped.
As a further improvement of the present invention, a pressing portion 123 is disposed at a terminal of each hook 122, and is used for clamping the hook 122 to the slot 22.
When in use, after the hook 122 is snapped into the slot 22, the pressing portion 123 is pressed, and the hook 122 is snapped into the slot 22, so as to fix the upper cover 20 to the lamp housing 10. When detaching, the pressing portion 123 is pulled outward, and the upper cover 20 is pushed in a direction opposite to the direction in which the hooks 122 are engaged with the slots 22, so that the upper cover 20 can be detached from the lamp housing 10.
As shown in fig. 3, as a further improvement of the present invention, the side wall 12 includes a plurality of first side walls 11 and a second side wall 13, the hook 122 provided on the first side wall 11 protrudes from the top surface of the first side wall 11 toward a first direction, and the hook 122 provided on the second side wall 13 protrudes from the top surface of the second side wall 13 toward a second direction, where the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction.
In the present embodiment, there are three second side walls 13.
As shown in fig. 1, as a further modification of the present invention, the upper cover 20 includes a first upper case 21 and a second upper case 23, the first upper case 21 is mounted to the first side wall 11, and the second upper case 23 is mounted to the second side wall 13.
As a further improvement of the present invention, a longitudinal axis of the card slot 22 provided in the first upper case 21 coincides with the first direction, and a longitudinal axis of the card slot 22 provided in the second upper case 23 coincides with the second direction.
In the present embodiment, each of the slots 22 has a T-shape.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the width of the first card slot 220 is larger than the width of the second card slot 222.
Since the width of the first card slot 220 is greater than that of the second card slot 222, the hook 122 is easily snapped into the card slot 22, and the hook 122 is also easily withdrawn from the card slot 22.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the lamp 100 further includes a transparent member 30, and the transparent member 30 is mounted to the lamp housing 10.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, in the installation, the transparent member 30 is first installed on the lamp housing 10, the second upper shell 23 is installed on the second sidewall 13 of the lamp housing 10, and the first upper shell 21 is then installed on the first sidewall 11 of the lamp housing 10, so that the lamp 100 is assembled by the transparent member 30, the lamp housing 10 and the upper cover 20. In the installation process, the hook 122 disposed on the first side wall 11 is clamped into the clamping groove 22 of the first upper housing 21, the pressing portion 123 of the hook 122 is pressed to clamp the hook 122 into the clamping groove 22, meanwhile, the hook 122 disposed on the second side wall 13 is clamped into the clamping groove 22 of the second upper housing 23, and the pressing portion 123 of the hook 122 is pressed to clamp the hook 122 into the clamping groove 22, so that the upper cover 20 is fixed to the lamp housing 10.
When the lamp housing 10 is disassembled, the pressing portion 123 of the hook 122 is pulled outward to release the hook 122 from the slot 22, and the upper housing is pushed in the direction opposite to the direction in which the hook 122 is clamped into the slot 22, so that the upper cover 20 and the lamp housing 10 can be disassembled.
Since the lamp housing 10 and the upper cover 20 can be mounted or dismounted by clamping the hooks 122 into the slots 22 or separating the hooks 122 from the slots 22, the lamp 100 of the present invention is not only simple but also convenient to mount and dismount.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
