Abstract

本发明提出了一种组合式灯罩,包括两端带有光圈的灯罩体以及位于灯罩体上下两端的两个灯罩支架,所述该灯罩支架包括支架圈以及起连接固定作用的支架杆,所述支架杆设有连接部与灯具支撑架的两端连接固定,所述两个灯罩支架分别位于灯罩体两端的光圈内侧并以卡合、缝合或粘贴等方式与灯罩体组合连接在一起而构成该组合式灯罩;本发明构思巧妙、结构简单,便于生产安装,是一种应用广泛的灯罩。

一种组合式灯罩
技术领域
本发明涉及照明灯具领域,尤其是一种用于装饰类灯具的灯罩。
背景技术
目前,常见的一种灯具包括灯具支撑架及包裹在灯具支撑架外的灯罩,灯罩由灯罩体及灯罩支架构成,灯罩体的两端不带有光圈,灯罩体与灯罩支架通过粘贴、缝合等方式直接固定连接在一起,这是一种灯罩体与灯罩支架一体化的结构,这样的结构一方面给生产和装配工艺带来很大困难,另一方面也限制了灯罩设计的创意发挥;针对现有灯罩结构所存在的缺点,有必要做出改进。
发明内容
为解决上述缺陷,本发明提出一种结构简单、合理、便于生产装配的组合式灯罩。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种组合式灯罩,其特征在于:包括灯罩体以及分别位于灯罩体两端的两个灯罩支架;该两个灯罩支架通过卡合、缝合或粘贴等方式与灯罩体组合连接在一起而构成组合式灯罩。
在本发明中,所述的一种组合式灯罩,其特征在于所述灯罩体包括桶状结构的灯罩面以及分别位于灯罩体两端的光圈;所述灯罩面的材料为硬质灯罩材料如塑料金属等或者为柔软的材料如布等,所述光圈为采用硬质材料如金属或非金属加工而成,该两个光圈为具有相同或不同几何形状、尺寸的封闭或半封闭圈,并附着固定于灯罩体的两端。
在本发明中,所述的一种组合式灯罩,其特征在于所述灯罩支架包括支架圈及支架杆,所述灯罩支架采用硬质材料如金属或非金属加工而成;支架圈的外缘几何形状、尺寸分别与相邻的光圈相同或相近,支架杆设有连接部与灯具支撑架的两端连接固定。
 在本发明中,所述的一种组合式灯罩,其特征在于所述灯罩支架分别位于灯罩体两端的光圈内侧,支架圈紧贴相邻的光圈并通过卡合、缝合或粘贴等方式组合连接在一起。
本发明的有益效果是:由于本发明采用了灯罩体与灯罩支架组合的灯罩结构,灯罩体与灯罩支架相互独立,可以先分别单独生产灯罩体及灯罩支架,再组合连接在一起;这样的方式大大方便了灯罩的生产和组装,提高了生产效率和产品质量,并给灯罩的创意设计带来更大的发挥空间。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2、图3,一种组合式灯罩,包括灯罩体(1)以及分别位于灯罩体(1)两端的两个灯罩支架(2);该两个灯罩支架(2)通过卡合的方式与灯罩体(1)组合连接在一起而构成组合式灯罩。
由于本发明采用了灯罩体(1)与灯罩支架(2)组合的灯罩结构,灯罩体(1)与灯罩支架(2)相互独立,桶状结构的灯罩面(4)由柔软材料的布制成,灯罩体(1)两端分别固定有光圈(3),两个相对独立的灯罩支架(2)分别位于灯罩体(1)两端的光圈(3)内侧,通过卡扣(8)将灯罩支架(2)上的支架圈(5)与相邻的光圈(3)组合连接在一起,从而构成该组合式灯罩;灯罩支架(2)上的支架杆(6)设有连接部(7),安装灯罩时,将位于灯罩两端的灯罩支架(2)连接部(7)分别与灯具支撑架(9)的两端连接固定,完成灯罩的安装;安装完成后的灯具(灯罩)通过灯具脚(10)放置于地面或桌面。
其中,该组合式灯罩(灯具)可以通过灯具脚(10)直接放置于地面或桌面,也可以通过灯具支撑架(9)与另外的灯具底座连接固定,并通过灯具底座放置于地面或桌面。
本发明构思巧妙、结构简单,便于生产安装,是一种应用广泛的灯罩。
以上是对本发明的较佳实施进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可做出种种的等同变形或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (4)

1.一种组合式灯罩,其特征在于:包括灯罩体(1)以及分别位于灯罩体(1)两端的两个灯罩支架(2);该两个灯罩支架(2)通过卡合、缝合或粘贴等方式与灯罩体(1)组合连接在一起而构成组合式灯罩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式灯罩,其特征在于所述灯罩体(1)包括桶状结构的灯罩面(4)以及分别位于灯罩体(1)两端的光圈(3);所述灯罩面(4)的材料为硬质灯罩材料如塑料金属等或者为柔软的材料如布等,所述光圈(3)为采用硬质材料如金属或非金属加工而成,该两个光圈(3)为具有相同或不同几何形状、尺寸的封闭或半封闭圈,并附着固定于灯罩体(1)的两端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式灯罩,其特征在于所述灯罩支架(2)包括支架圈(5)及支架杆(6),所述灯罩支架(2)采用硬质材料如金属或非金属加工而成;支架圈(5)的外缘几何形状、尺寸分别与相邻的光圈(3)相同或相近,支架杆(6)设有连接部(7)与灯具支撑架(9)的两端连接固定。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式灯罩,其特征在于所述灯罩支架(2)分别位于灯罩体(1)两端的光圈(3)内侧,支架圈(5)紧贴相邻的光圈(3)并通过卡合、缝合或粘贴等方式组合连接在一起。
