Abstract

本发明公开了一种可净化空气的LED光触媒灯具,其特征在于:在所述LED灯具的发光面上涂布一层纳米级的光触媒涂料。按重量百分比计算,该涂料的组分包括:8~12%的纳米TiO2、4~6%的SiO2、4~6%的SnO2、2~4%的TiO2‑Ag复合物、1~3%的粘结剂和70~80%的蒸馏水。其中,纳米TiO2的粒径范围为5~30 nm,受激波长为460 nm,该光触媒纳米涂料无需紫外线的日光照射,用LED灯照射就可实现催化氧化反应,不仅拓宽了光触媒的光响应范围,还具有自清洁和抗菌的功效,起到净化空气的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及光触媒技术领域,具体涉及一种可净化空气的LED光触媒灯具。
背景技术
光触媒是一种以纳米级TiO2为代表的具有光催化功能的光半导体材料的总称,是当前国际上治理室内环境污染的最理想材料。光触媒在光照作用下,会产生类似光合作用的光催化反应,具有很强的催化降解功能,可将各种有机化合物和部分无机物氧化分解成水和二氧化碳;还能破坏细菌的细胞膜和固化病毒的蛋白质,将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解,进行无害化处理,因而具有极强的杀菌、除臭、防污和净化空气功能。
目前的光触媒材料都是利用节能灯/荧光灯中的紫外光谱来激发,由于LED作为节能光源已逐渐取代传统的节能灯,以LED灯来激发光触媒材料成为发展的趋势,但LED灯没有紫外光谱的成份。因此,在普通不产生紫外光的LED灯具照明场合下,无法利用传统的光触媒材料治理环境,要生产可利用光触媒的LED灯具,就必需针对传统的光触媒材料进行改性,拓宽光触媒的光响应范围,使之能适应更多的光源,更好地发挥光催化作用,当前还未有这样的技术披露。
发明内容
本发明的任务是为了解决现有技术存在的上述不足,提供一种经LED照射时光触媒可进行光催化氧化反应的可净化空气的LED光触媒灯具,进而使得该灯具有自清洁和抗菌的功效,起到净化空气的作用。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案为:
一种可净化空气的LED光触媒灯具,包括LED光源,其特征在于:在所述LED灯具的发光面上涂布有一层纳米级的光触媒涂料;该纳米级的光触媒涂料按重量百分比计算,其组分包含:
其中:纳米TiO2的受激波长为460nm,在LED灯照射下实现催化氧化反应。
具体的方案包括:
所述纳米级的光触媒涂料的重量百分比组成为:纳米TiO28%、SnO26%、SiO26%、TiO2-Ag4%、粘结剂1%和蒸馏水75%。或者:
所述纳米级的光触媒涂料的重量百分比组成为:纳米TiO210%、SnO25%、SiO25%、TiO2-Ag3%、粘结剂2%和蒸馏水75%。或者:
所述纳米级的光触媒涂料的重量百分比组成为:纳米TiO212%、SnO24%、SiO24%、TiO2-Ag2%、粘结剂3%和蒸馏水75%。或者:

本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明所提供的可净化空气的LED光触媒灯具,其纳米级光触媒涂料中的纳米TiO2的受激波长为460nm,经LED灯照射能够产生带负电的电子和带正电的空穴,形成电子-空穴对,可与吸附在纳米TiO2粒子表面的氧气和水分别形成活性负氧离子和羟基自由基。活性负氧离子和羟基自由基具有超强的氧化能力,可将各种有机化合物和部分无机物氧化分解成水和二氧化碳,从而达到杀菌、除臭、防污和净化空气的功能。
(2)本发明所提供的可净化空气的LED光触媒灯具,其纳米级光触媒涂料通过控制SnO2粒径大小的排列分布,形成超亲水性薄膜,与水的接触角为0~5°,使水滴在玻璃表面形成水膜层,下雨时可以从污染物的根部进行全面的冲洗。同时,超亲水性吸附空气中的水分,可以抑制静电的产生,使灰尘不易附着在玻璃表面,形成自洁薄膜层,使该涂料的防尘效果比传统涂料提高了10000倍。
(3)本发明所提供的可净化空气的LED光触媒灯具,其纳米级光触媒涂料中的TiO2-Ag复合物具有广谱抗菌性,使该纳米级的光触媒涂料几乎不受光源的影响,在暗处也具有明显的抗菌性能。
(4)本发明所提供的可净化空气的LED光触媒灯具,其纳米级光触媒涂料不仅拓宽了光触媒的光响应范围,经LED灯照射时可进行光催化氧化反应,提高了光触媒的催化效能,而且还具有自清洁和抗菌的功效,起到净化空气的作用。

实施例1:
如图1所示,本发明提供一种可净化空气的LED光触媒灯具,包括LED灯体1和涂布在其上的一层纳米级的光触媒涂料2。
纳米级的光触媒涂料按重量百分比计算,其组分包含:
其中:纳米TiO2的受激波长为460nm,在LED灯照射下实现催化氧化反应。
纳米级的光触媒涂料2优选的组成成分的重量百分比为:纳米TiO210%、SnO25%、SiO25%、TiO2-Ag 3%、粘结剂2%和蒸馏水75%。
纳米TiO2的粒径范围为5~30nm。
SnO2的粒径范围为10~30nm。
TiO2-Ag复合物中Ag的粒径范围为10~30nm。
粘结剂为硅胶。
实施例2:
可用于实施例1中一种可净化空气的LED光触媒灯具的纳米级光触媒涂料,其组成成分的重量百分比为:纳米TiO28%、SnO26%、SiO26%、TiO2-Ag 4%、粘结剂1%和蒸馏水75%。
实施例3:
可用于实施例1中一种可净化空气的LED光触媒灯具的纳米级光触媒涂料,其组成成分的重量百分比为:纳米TiO212%、SnO24%、SiO24%、TiO2-Ag 2%、粘结剂3%和蒸馏水75%。
实施例4:
可用于实施例1中一种可净化空气的LED光触媒灯具的纳米级光触媒涂料,其组成成分的重量百分比为:纳米TiO212%、SnO26%、SiO26%、TiO2-Ag 4%、粘结剂2%和蒸馏水70%。
实施例5:
可用于实施例1中一种可净化空气的LED光触媒灯具的纳米级光触媒涂料,其组成成分的重量百分比为:纳米TiO28%、SnO24%、SiO24%、TiO2-Ag 2%、粘结剂2%和蒸馏水80%。
抗菌性能测试实验,测试结果见下表:
对本发明可净化空气的LED光触媒灯具进行大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌实验测试,结果显示抗菌率可达99.99%。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施例,但是本发明并不限于上述实施方式,所述的LED灯源、灯具类,如灯泡、灯管、吸顶灯、平板灯、面板灯、轨导灯、投射灯、户外泛光灯、路灯、户外投射灯、洗墙灯等,皆包括在本发明之内。在本领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出各种变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种可净化空气的LED光触媒灯具,包括LED光源,其特征在于:在所述LED光触媒灯具的发光面上涂布有一层纳米级的光触媒涂料;该纳米级的光触媒涂料按重量百分比计算,其组分包含:
其中:所述SnO2的粒径范围为10~30nm,纳米TiO2的受激波长为460nm,在LED灯照射下实现催化氧化反应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可净化空气的LED光触媒灯具,其特征在于:所述纳米级的光触媒涂料的重量百分比组成为:纳米TiO2 8%、SnO2 6%、SiO2 6%、TiO2-Ag4%、粘结剂1%和蒸馏水75%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可净化空气的LED光触媒灯具,其特征在于:所述纳米级的光触媒涂料的重量百分比组成为:纳米TiO2 10%、SnO2 5%、SiO2 5%、TiO2-Ag3%、粘结剂2%和蒸馏水75%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可净化空气的LED光触媒灯具,其特征在于:所述纳米级的光触媒涂料的重量百分比组成为:纳米TiO2 12%、SnO2 4%、SiO2 4%、TiO2-Ag2%、粘结剂3%和蒸馏水75%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可净化空气的LED光触媒灯具,其特征在于:所述纳米级的光触媒涂料的重量百分比组成为:纳米TiO2 12%、SnO2 6%、SiO2 6%、TiO2-Ag4%、粘结剂2%和蒸馏水70%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可净化空气的LED光触媒灯具,其特征在于:所述纳米级的光触媒涂料的重量百分比组成为:纳米TiO2 8%、SnO2 4%、SiO2 4%、TiO2-Ag2%、粘结剂2%和蒸馏水80%。

10.根据权利要求1所述的一种可净化空气的LED光触媒灯具,其特征在于:通过控制SnO2粒径大小的排列分布,形成超亲水性薄膜,与水的接触角为0~5°,使水滴在玻璃表面形成水膜层。
