本发明涉及LED球泡灯照明领域。由于LED芯片存在发光角度技术问题,所以要解决LED球泡灯照度达360°。其特征在于,在导热基板,正反面上焊接LED发光芯片,在导热基板中心,安装导热引导杆,将双面发光基板,置于灯罩中央从而形成360°的光源。

技术领域:
本发明涉及LED球泡灯照明领域,是解决LED球泡灯照度达360°问题。 
背景技术:
LED球泡灯是节能,环保的新一代光源,在照明领域有不可替代的市场。由于LED芯片发光受发光角度限制,照度只能达120°。 
发明内容:
LED球泡灯使用半导体发光技术,它的发光面,只有120°,在使用需要大角度照明场所时,有照度不足的弊病。主要依靠灯罩来反射到大角度,但反射的光通量不平均。本发明使用双面电路,从而解决了从习惯到设计都能达到照度360°的面,而且光通量平均。 
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案是,在导热基板上,使用双面电路图,在双面电路图上,焊接LED发光芯片,使之照度能达到360°。由于LED芯片发光会产生热量,在双面电路图基板中心,安装一根导热引导杆,从而将热量引至绝缘导热塑料外壳扩散至空气中。 
本发明LED球泡灯照度达360°效果是,在导热基板上,按电路图,用0.5W x6颗半导体发光芯片串联成一个3W发光电路。在另一块导热基板上面,按电路图,用0.5W x6颗半导体发光芯片串联成一个3W发光电路。再将二个独立的3W发光电路基板的背面,背靠背, 构成一个完整的具有正反面发光芯片的基板,并串联成一个完整电路,在双面基板中心,安装导热引导杆,一端将双面基板置于灯罩中央,将芯片产生的热量传至另一端固定在基座散热件上,再传至绝缘导热塑料外壳。在电流150mA,电压40V,光通量580lm,配上360°球泡灯罩,在各个方位测得光通量基本一致,从而达到360°照度的目标。

本发明如图1所示 
交流电通过(1)(2)交流接触点,连接LED恒流驱动器(3),经过恒流驱动器恒流后,通过导线与电路图上正,负极相接。 
导热基板(10)(14)正反面涂有绝缘导热层(9)(11),在绝缘导热层上贴有电路图(8)(12)。在电路图上对应的部位焊接LED发光芯片(13)(7)。LED芯片产生的热量,通过导热引导杆(6),传至基座散热件(5),再传至绝缘导热塑料外壳(4),(15)为360°灯晕。

1.一种LED球泡灯照度达360°,其特征在于,导热基板使用正反面上焊接LED发光芯片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED球泡灯照度达到360°包含在导热基板中心,安装导热引导杆,将双面发光基板,置于灯罩中央,从而形成360°的光源。
