本发明涉及一种减磨可调式球阀固定轴结构,球体下端中部纵向同轴转动安装在下阀杆上,下阀杆用于支撑球体,下阀杆上端中部纵向制有一沉孔,在该沉孔内同轴安装有一支撑钉,支撑钉嵌入沉孔内且支撑钉上端高于沉孔,支撑钉上端向上凸起的球面结构;在支撑钉一侧的下阀杆上径向制有一径向螺纹孔,在径向螺纹孔内安装有一紧定螺钉,该紧定螺钉的一端压入沉孔内压紧支撑钉防止支撑钉转动,紧定螺钉的另一端不超出下阀杆侧壁。本发明弥补了产品装配过程中产生的轴向误差,提高了装配效率,提高产品装配效率,而且提高了产品合格率。

减磨可调式球阀固定轴结构
技术领域
本发明涉及固定球阀,尤其是一种减磨可调式球阀固定轴结构。
背景技术
现有技术的球阀结构是球阀固定轴与球体直接面面接触,为了减少摩擦,通常在球阀固定轴与球阀间添加减磨垫,但是现有技术存在以下缺点:(1)由于阀门装配会出现累积误差,在固定球阀中固定轴可能因过长导致球体中心高于阀门中心,也可能因过短导致球体中向下偏离阀门中心,阀门发生泄漏;(2)固定轴与球阀属于金属面面接触,在阀门开关时会产生很大的扭矩;(3)在球阀固定轴与球阀间添加减磨垫,由于减磨垫是非金属材料,用过一段时间后很容易被压变形,从而导致球体中心下移,阀门发生泄漏。
经检索,发现以下相近已公开的现有技术:
一种低扭矩无磨损固定球阀(CN103363147A),它包括阀体、副阀体、阀盖、具有流通的球体、上阀杆、下阀杆、阀座,其阀座外部的数只呈圆周排列的不通孔中依次安装有弹簧、柱塞,柱塞的外侧与传力板相接,传力板的外侧具有数套呈圆周排列安装在副阀体上的压力推进装置,阀门开启时压力室必须先卸压,然后再通过驱动装置使阀杆带动球体朝开启方向作90°旋转来完成开启,阀门关闭时,使球体朝开启时相反的方向旋转90°,然后即可通过液压传动系统对压力推进装置增压,使球体和阀座之间产生密封比压达到密封,所述阀座与阀体之间的密封方式是采用了压力自紧密封装置,加螺旋升降杆装置推进压紧,保证密封效果,本发明结构简单,效果显著,能够使固定球阀在低扭矩、无磨损的情况下完成操作,介质为高温高压时在螺纹密封圈压套和液压系统之间安装有减温器,极大地提高和延长了固定球阀性能和使用期。
一种分段阀杆式无摩擦球阀(CN 103511656A),阀杆为上阀杆和下阀杆,阀芯上设有对称的阀芯销钉孔内插有阀芯销钉,下阀杆斜楔扁头插入两阀芯销钉之间,阀芯销钉与斜楔扁头相触一侧为平面,下阀杆上部与套接于直行程导向筒内的角行程导向筒通过销钉孔和销钉连接,直行程导向筒上设有直行程导向通槽和L形导向通槽销钉孔,角行程导向筒上设有角行程导向通槽、L形导向通槽和销钉孔,L形导向通槽销钉穿过销钉孔和L形导向通槽并固定于L形导向通槽销钉孔上,上阀杆销钉穿过直行程导向通槽和角行程导向通槽并与上阀杆相固定。
经过对比分析,该技术领域与本专利申请相同,但是所要解决的技术问题以及解决问题的具体产品结构均存在较大区别。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种设计科学、结构简单、既能减少摩擦又能弥补误差的减磨可调式球阀固定轴结构。
本发明解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种减磨可调式球阀固定轴结构,球体下端中部纵向同轴转动安装在下阀杆上,下阀杆用于支撑球体,其特征在于:下阀杆上端中部纵向制有一沉孔,在该沉孔内同轴安装有一支撑钉,支撑钉嵌入沉孔内且支撑钉上端高于沉孔,支撑钉上端向上凸起的球面结构;在支撑钉一侧的下阀杆上径向制有一径向螺纹孔,在径向螺纹孔内安装有一紧定螺钉,该紧定螺钉的一端压入沉孔内压紧支撑钉防止支撑钉转动,紧定螺钉的另一端不超出下阀杆侧壁。

而且,在沉孔内同轴制有一直径小于沉孔的中轴螺纹孔,该螺纹孔内同轴啮合安装有一支撑钉,支撑钉为由同轴固装的螺杆和螺帽构成的T形结构,螺杆啮合在中轴螺纹孔内,

本发明的优点和积极效果是:
1、本发明长期有效降低了固定轴与球体间的摩擦力,从而减小了产品的开关扭矩,结构简单,既能减少摩擦,又能弥补误差的固定轴结构。
2、本结构避免使用非金属材料的减磨垫作为阀门支撑,不易变形,从而提升阀门整体使用寿命。
3、本发明弥补了产品装配过程中产生的轴向误差,提高了装配效率,提高产品装配效率,而且提高了产品合格率。

一种减磨可调式球阀固定轴结构,球体4下端中部纵向同轴转动安装在下阀杆1上,下阀杆用于支撑球体,本发明的创新点在于:
下阀杆上端中部纵向制有一沉孔6,在该沉孔内同轴制有一直径小于沉孔的中轴螺纹孔,该螺纹孔内同轴啮合安装有一支撑钉3,支撑钉为由同轴固装的螺杆和螺帽构成的T形结构,螺杆啮合在中轴螺纹孔内,螺帽嵌入沉孔内且螺帽上端高于沉孔,支撑钉的螺帽为向上凸起的球面结构;支撑钉与球体在轴向上接触为点面接触,有效减小扭矩,且接触件均为金属件使用寿命长。
在中轴螺纹孔一侧的下阀杆上径向制有一径向螺纹孔5,该径向螺纹孔与中轴螺纹孔垂直相通,在径向螺纹孔内安装有一紧定螺钉2,该紧定螺钉的一端压入中轴螺纹孔内压紧支撑钉防止支撑钉转动,紧定螺钉的另一端不超出下阀杆侧壁便于安装。
所述支撑钉结构也可以采用其他螺帽为球面的支撑结构,支撑钉采用螺纹安装、过盈配合或其他安装方式安装在沉孔内,支撑钉的高度在安装中可调节。
本固定轴结构可用于球阀固定轴结构,但不局限于球阀单一产品的使用,也可用于其他安装有固定轴需要减磨、调节的产品中。
当阀门进行装配时,为弥补轴向累积误差,可通过调节支撑钉的高度来确保球体的最佳装配位置,以防止球体中线发生上、下偏移导致产品不合格现象;
支撑钉与球体在轴向上接触为球面与平面接触,相当于点面接触,当球体进行开关动作是,支撑钉与球体的轴向摩擦力几乎为零,达到了降低产品扭矩的效果。
尽管为说明目的公开了本发明的实施例和附图,但是本领域的技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明及所附权利要求的精神和范围内,各种替换、变化和修改都是可能的,因此,本发明的范围不局限于实施例和附图所公开的内容。

1.一种减磨可调式球阀固定轴结构,球体下端中部纵向同轴转动安装在下阀杆上,下阀杆用于支撑球体,其特征在于:下阀杆上端中部纵向制有一沉孔,在该沉孔内同轴制有一直径小于沉孔的中轴螺纹孔,在该中轴螺纹孔内同轴安装有一支撑钉,支撑钉为由同轴固装的螺杆和螺帽构成的T形结构,螺杆啮合在中轴螺纹孔内,支撑钉嵌入沉孔内且支撑钉上端高于沉孔,支撑钉的螺帽为向上凸起的球面结构,支撑钉与球体在轴向上接触为点、面接触;
在支撑钉一侧的下阀杆上径向制有一径向螺纹孔,在径向螺纹孔内安装有一紧定螺钉,该紧定螺钉的一端压入中轴螺纹孔内压紧支撑钉防止支撑钉转动,紧定螺钉的另一端不超出下阀杆侧壁;所述径向螺纹孔与中轴螺纹孔垂直相通,紧定螺钉与支撑钉垂直。
