一种抗震锚栓设计,由钢筋、锚栓、抹灰层及混凝土基材组成,其特征是:选用化学植筋和能放置膨胀片松弛的扩孔型锚栓或扭矩控制式膨胀型锚栓,布置在构件的受压区、非开裂区,不应布置在素混凝土区,对于高烈度区一级抗震之重要结构构件的锚固连接,布置在有纵横钢筋环绕的区域,合理选择锚固深度,边距、间距等锚固参数,或采用有效的隔震和消能减震措施,控制为锚固连接系统延性破坏,对于受拉、边缘受剪、拉剪组合之结构构件,不得出现混凝土基材破坏及锚栓拔出破坏。

技术领域: 
本发明涉及一种桥梁加固装置,尤其是设计一种抗震锚栓设计。
背景技术: 
    锚栓的类别和规格应符合设计要求,应有该产品制造商提供的产品合格证书和使用说明书,且应根据相关产品标准的有关规定进行施工和验收,锚栓安装时,锚固区基材应符合如下要求:混凝土强度应满足设计要求,否则应修订锚固参数,表面应坚实、平整,不应有起砂、起壳、麻面、油污等影响锚固承载力的现象,若设计无说明,在锚固深度的范围内应 基本干燥。
     发明内容: 
  本发明的目的就是为了克服现有技术的缺陷而提供一种抗震锚栓设计。 
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是: 
一种抗震锚栓设计,由钢筋、锚栓、抹灰层及混凝土基材组成,其特征是:选用化学植筋和能放置膨胀片松弛的扩孔型锚栓或扭矩控制式膨胀型锚栓,布置在构件的受压区、非开裂区,不应布置在素混凝土区,对于高烈度区一级抗震之重要结构构件的锚固连接,布置在有纵横钢筋环绕的区域,合理选择锚固深度,边距、间距等锚固参数,或采用有效的隔震和消能减震措施,控制为锚固连接系统延性破坏,对于受拉、边缘受剪、拉剪组合之结构构件,不得出现混凝土基材破坏及锚栓拔出破坏。
