Abstract

一种生物转盘污水处理装置,包括壳体,壳体包括上部罩壳和底部槽体,槽体内设置有生物转盘组件,生物转盘组件由若干块盘片交错堆叠构成,所述盘片为至少2块扇形基体拼接而成,扇形基体上对应开设有连接孔,连接孔内设置有连接杆,连接杆两头收紧固结,槽体两端分别设置有轴承座,生物转盘组件中心设置有转轴,转轴两端设置于轴承座内,其中转轴一端穿过轴承座并设置有链轮,链轮通过链条与电机传动连接,所述槽体一侧设置有溢流配水槽,两者间通过隔板隔开,所述隔板上端间隔均匀布设有V形缺口,相邻V形缺口间开设有连接孔,调节挡板通过螺栓固结于连接孔上。本装置除氨(氨氮)、脱氮效率高、维护方便快捷、整体平衡、防堵高效。

一种生物转盘污水处理装置
技术领域
本发明涉及生物膜生化污水处理设备领域,尤其涉及生物转盘污水处理领域。
背景技术
生物转盘是生物膜法生化污水的一种设备,由于其占地小,运行费用低等优点在欧美、日本等国家的应用较为普遍。生物转盘的核心技术是承重轴上装满了填料旋转,填料约40%浸在水中,约60%暴露在空气中,填料上的生物膜主要在水下吸附新的有机物,在空气中吸收新陈代谢所需氧气。
现有技术的生物转盘回流耗能,生物薄长势不均匀,除氨氮、总氮效率有待提高,维修后重启伤链条齿轮,有待改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种除氨氮、总氮效率高、维护方便快捷、防堵高效的一种生物转盘污水处理装置。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:一种生物转盘污水处理装置,包括壳体,壳体包括上部罩壳和底部槽体,槽体内设置有生物转盘组件,生物转盘组件由若干块盘片交错堆叠构成,所述盘片为至少2块扇形基体拼接而成,扇形基体上对应开设有连接孔,连接孔内设置有连接杆,连接杆两头收紧固结,槽体两端分别设置有轴承座,生物转盘组件中心设置有转轴,转轴两端设置于轴承座内,其中转轴一端穿过轴承座并设置有链轮,链轮通过链条与电机传动连接,其特征在于所述槽体一侧设置有溢流配水槽,两者间通过隔板隔开,所述隔板上端间隔均匀布设有V形缺口,相邻V形缺口间开设有连接孔,调节挡板通过螺栓固结于连接孔上。
作为优选,转轴露出端上套接有固定框架,固定框架边框上设置有与连接孔对应的连接座,连接座与连接杆固结。
作为优选,槽体内侧两端均设置有千斤顶座。维修人员只需携带小型千斤顶即可克服现场难题,缩短检修时间。
作为优选,所述生物转盘为波纹状盘片,相邻盘片间交错堆叠。采用波纹填料交错叠加的方式,既减少了重叠面积又起到了因生物膜过厚防堵的作用。旋转产生的错流使得生物膜能更好的吸附水中的有机物。
作为优选,底部槽体底部设置有一排以上紊流装置。优选为穿孔曝气管,通过设置曝气管,将停机重启的生物转盘上的老化厚重生物膜吹脱,防止电机瞬时电流过大,烧坏电机,延长使用寿命。
本发明有益效果:本发明通过对壳体底部槽体改进,通过增设溢流配水槽,使得前段生物膜长势均匀,从而提高硝化效率,调节流量也可以分段进水强化脱氮,省去回流能耗。增设千斤顶座,方便了维修。

具体实施方式
一种生物转盘污水处理装置,包括壳体,壳体包括上部罩壳001和底部槽体002,槽体002内设置有生物转盘组件003,生物转盘组件003由若干块盘片031交错堆叠构成,所述盘片031为4块扇形基体311拼接构成,扇形基体311上对应开设有连接孔312,连接孔312内设置有连接杆032,连接杆032两头收紧固结,槽体002两端分别设置有轴承座004,生物转盘组件003中心设置有转轴005,转轴005两端设置于轴承座004内,其中转轴005一端穿过轴承座004并设置有链轮006,链轮006通过链条与电机007传动连接,所述槽体002一侧设置有溢流配水槽021,两者间通过隔板022隔开,所述隔板022上端间隔均匀布设有V形缺口221,相邻V形缺口221间开设有连接孔222,调节挡板023通过螺栓固结于连接孔222上,所述生物转盘组件003设置为2级,通过调节挡板023调节进入1、2级的流量,可以提高氨氮或总氮去除率。转轴005露出端上套接有固定框架008,固定框架008边框上设置有与连接孔312对应的连接座081,连接座008与连接杆032固结。槽体002内侧两端均设置有千斤顶座009。所述生物转盘031为波纹状盘体,相邻盘体间交错堆叠。底部槽体002底部设置有穿孔曝气管024。

1.一种生物转盘污水处理装置,包括壳体,壳体包括上部罩壳和底部槽体,槽体内设置有生物转盘组件,生物转盘组件由若干块盘片交错堆叠构成,所述盘片为至少2块扇形基体拼接而成,扇形基体上对应开设有连接孔,连接孔内设置有连接杆,连接杆两头收紧固结,槽体两端分别设置有轴承座,生物转盘组件中心设置有转轴,转轴两端设置于轴承座内,其中转轴一端穿过轴承座并设置有链轮,链轮通过链条与电机传动连接,其特征在于所述槽体一侧设置有溢流配水槽,两者间通过隔板隔开,所述隔板上端间隔均匀布设有V形缺口,相邻V形缺口间开设有连接孔,调节挡板通过螺栓固结于连接孔上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物转盘污水处理装置,其特征在于转轴露出端上套接有固定框架,固定框架边框上设置有与连接孔对应的连接座,连接座与连接杆固结。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物转盘污水处理装置,其特征在于槽体内侧两端均设置有千斤顶座。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物转盘污水处理装置,其特征在于所述生物转盘为波纹状盘片,相邻盘片间交错堆叠。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物转盘污水处理装置,其特征在于底部槽体底部设置有一排以上紊流装置。
