本发明属医疗器械领域,一种骨折复位导向固定器,设有手柄(1)、钳夹臂(2)和连接于钳夹臂(2)远端的复位齿(3)及固定齿(4),导向套筒(5)与复位齿(3)相连,其特征在于固定齿(4)抵于骨块的对侧作为支点,复位齿(3)经皮插入固定于骨折块,并带动其复位,复位准确后将两手柄(1)相向挤压,复位弹簧(6)变形,复位齿(3)将骨折块压紧固定,用锁定杆(7)锁紧,导向套筒(5)围绕复位齿旋转选择最佳固定点将螺钉导入固定,达到骨折块经皮准确复位与牢固固定的目的,具有创伤小、复位简便、内固定导入点选择准确及固定可靠等优点。

技术领域
本发明属医疗器械领域,涉及骨科临床中具有经皮复位及引导准确固定骨折的导向固定器,尤其是能为骨科医生提供手术中经皮复位深部骨折并引导螺钉准确牢固固定的骨折复位导向固定器。
背景技术
骨科手术中对骨折的复位大致可分为切开复位与闭合复位两种,切开复位可直视下对骨折复位与固定,操作较简单直观,是目前骨折复位的主要方法,对于涉及关节的骨折因关节周围结构复杂而常需较大范围的切开才能达到手术显露的要求,即使对较小的骨折块也不例外。近年来,许多骨科医生尝试采用多种方法对不同类型骨折进行闭合复位内固定,包括牵引复位、单纯手法复位、钢针撬拨复位等,这些复位方法有时可达到良好的复位效果,特别是钢针撬拨复位,对近关节骨折的复位是较好的选择,但在临床应用中存在骨折块复位后难以维持与固定的问题,操作过程中常发生骨折复位准确后,在进一步固定过程由于骨块没有良好的临时固定而发生再移位,特别是需要进行螺钉固定时常需先进行定位钻孔,再拧入螺钉,每个环节均可能出现骨折块旋转、移位,常发生固定后骨折位置不满意再次调整的现象,由于近关节骨折块多为松质骨,且由于受骨块大小、形状影响,骨折块最佳的固定区域可能很少或是唯一的,第一次失败后重新选择固定点很难达到最佳的固定效果。
发明内容
为解决上述技术不足,本发明提供一种骨折复位导向固定器,该器具可以皮带动骨折块准确复位并临时牢固固定,并通过导向器将螺钉准确导入最佳固定区域进行牢固固定,有利于深部骨折块的闭合复位与固定。本发明解决的技术方案是:一种骨折复位导向固定器,设有手柄(1)、钳夹臂(2)和连接于钳夹臂(2)远端的复位齿(3)及固定齿(4),导向套筒(5)与复位齿(3)相连,其特征在于固定齿(4)抵于骨块的对侧作为支点,复位齿(3)经皮插入固定于骨折块,并带动其复位,复位准确后将两手柄(1)相向挤压,复位弹簧(6)变形,复位齿(3)将骨折块压紧固定,用锁定杆(7)锁紧,导向套筒(5)围绕复位齿旋转选择最佳固定点将螺钉导入固定,达到骨折块经皮准确复位与牢固固定的目的。

本发明提供骨科手术中经皮准确复位深部骨折块并导入螺钉牢固固定的功能,具有创伤小、复位简便、内固定导入点选择准确及固定可靠等优点。
