本发明涉及一种电机启动技术,特别是一种电机启动器快速离合装置。
背景技术:
现有无刷自控电机液阻启动器,电机在运转过程中,当电压不稳定时,电机转速时高时低,或电机负载变化时导致动静电极接触不紧密,甚到出现动静电极分离,电机频繁启动以及动静电极之间产生电弧影响电极寿命等缺陷。
发明内容:
本发明目的是提供一种电压不稳电机不会频繁启动和动静电极之间不产生电弧的一种电机启动器快速离合装置。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种电机启动器快速离合装置,包括套设在电机轴上的贮液筒,动极板和静极板,导杆,压簧,动电极和静电极,其特征在于:在动极板的内、外表面上或静极板上设有磁铁块。
本发明与现有技术比较具有电机不会由于电压不稳定而频繁启动和动静电极间不会产生电弧的显著优点。

具体实施方式:
结合上述附图对本发明作详细说明,图1所显示的结构即申请号为201410330684.1,发明名称为一种无刷自控电机液阻启动器的结构图,为了克服这种液阻启动器所存在的上述技术缺陷,通过螺钉或焊接将两个磁铁块12固定在动极板11的内表面上,也可设在动极板的外表面上,此时的磁铁块的高度小于动触头的高度,也可以将两个磁铁块固定在静电极上,磁铁块的高度应低于静电极的高度,或者动触头的高度大于磁铁块的高度,总之磁铁块不能影响动静电极的贴合。对已申请专利的电机轴1、储液桶2、柔性导线3、接线柱4、导杆5、压簧6、支撑板7、支柱8、贮液筒外壳9、静极板10和动极板11不作改变。
本发明的工作原理,电机启动过程中,先由启动器液阻筒内电阻液导电接通电机回路,电机转动,随电机转速不断增大,动极板在离心力作用下,克服压簧的弹性阻力向静极板移动,当电机转速接近额定转速时,即动电极接近静电极时,磁铁块的磁力作用与离心力的共同作用结果,动电极快速与静电极贴合,实现软启动,避免动静电极贴合时产生电弧;在电机工作过程中,当供电电压由于某种原因电压不稳定(忽高忽低)时,在电机转速下降到某个转速时,由于磁铁的吸力,不会因转速降低离心力变小而使动电极与静电极分离(此时需要重新启动),从而避免了电机因电压波动或负载变化而频繁启动的缺陷以及电极间电弧的产生,导致电极寿命降低。磁铁磁力的设计应当满足:在电机额定转速下降到某个亚速度转速时,动静电极不会分离的条件。

1. 一种电机启动器快速离合装置,包括套设在电机轴上的贮液筒,动极板和静极板,导杆,压簧,动电极和静电极,其特征在于:在动极板的内、外表面上或静极板上设有磁铁块。
