Abstract
The invention discloses an electric water heater. The electric water heater comprises an alternating-current power supply, a heating module, an electric leakage detection key, an electric leakage detection module, a central control unit and a power control module, wherein the alternating-current power supply is used for providing power supply voltage for heating for the heating module; the heating module is used for heating water in a liner of the electric water heater; the electric leakage detection key is used for outputting an electric leakage detection key signal; the electric leakage detection module is used for detecting the live wire current and null line current of the alternating-current power supply; the central control unit is used for judging whether or not the electric water heater leaks current according to the live wire current and the null line current, and outputting a corresponding control signal to the control end of the power control module according to a judgment result in order to control the switch-on and switch-off states of the heating module and the alternating-current power supply; the power control module is used for executing the switch-on and switch-off actions of the heating module and the alternating-current power supply. By adopting the electric water heater, the potential safety hazard of electric leakage can be reduced, and the concern of a user about the safety of a product can be eliminated.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of household appliances, in particular to an electric water heater.
Background
An electrified part (such as a heater) of the electric water heater can age after being used for a long time, the aging of the electrified part can possibly cause the occurrence of electric leakage, and a user can not detect whether the electric water heater leaks electricity or not in the process of using the electric water heater, so that the user can give safety concern to products, and meanwhile, potential safety hazards also exist.
In the prior art, the electric leakage detection method for the electric water heater mainly comprises the following two methods: using a power plug with a leakage protection device; and (II) arranging an electric leakage protection module on a power panel of the electric water heater, and cutting off the power supply of the heater when the electric leakage protection module detects that the electric water heater leaks electricity, thereby ensuring the safety of users. However, the above method (one) has the following disadvantages: the leakage protection device is arranged on the power plug, but the installation position of the power socket is usually higher, so that the operation of a user is very inconvenient, and the components for executing the leakage protection action in the leakage protection device are usually mechanical switches, so that when the operation times of the mechanical switches are too many, misoperation or immobility is easy to occur, and certain potential safety hazards exist; the method (II) has the following defects: the leakage protection module is arranged on the power panel, and the power supply of the heater is cut off only when the leakage protection module detects leakage, the protection method belongs to a passive protection method, and whether the leakage protection module works normally or not, a user cannot actively detect and verify the leakage protection module, potential safety hazards exist, and the user can generate safety concerns to products.

the central control unit is used for controlling the power control module to switch on the heating module and the alternating current power supply according to the electric leakage detection key signal or the power-on signal of the electric water heater, judging whether the electric water heater leaks electricity according to the live wire current and the zero wire current, and outputting a corresponding control signal to a control end of the power control module according to a judgment result to control the switching-on and switching-off states of the heating module and the alternating current power supply;
and the power control module is used for executing the connection and disconnection actions of the heating module and the alternating current power supply.
Preferably, the electric water heater further comprises a display module, and the display module is used for displaying the electric leakage detection result of the electric water heater.
Preferably, the central control unit is specifically configured to: according to the live wire current and the zero line current detected by the electric leakage detection module, calculating the current difference between the live wire current and the zero line current, and judging whether the current difference is larger than a preset safe current, if so, judging the electric leakage of the electric water heater by the central control unit, and outputting a corresponding control signal to a control end of the power control module so as to control the power control module to execute the disconnection action of the heating module and the alternating current power supply and control the display module to display the electric leakage of the electric water heater; otherwise, the central control unit judges that the electric water heater has no electric leakage and controls the display module to display that the electric water heater has no electric leakage.

The invention provides an electric water heater.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a circuit module structure of a preferred embodiment of an electric water heater of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the electric water heater includes an ac power supply 101, a heating module 102, an electric leakage detection button 103, an electric leakage detection module 104, a central control unit 105, a power control module 106, and a display module 107.
The alternating current power supply 101 is configured to provide a power supply voltage for heating for the heating module 102;
the heating module 102 is configured to heat water in the inner container of the electric water heater in this embodiment;
the leakage detection key 103 is used for outputting a leakage detection key signal;
the leakage detection module 104 is configured to detect a live line current and a zero line current of the ac power supply 101, and output the detected live line current and zero line current to the central control unit 105;
the central control unit 105 is configured to control the power control module 106 to switch on the heating module 102 and the ac power supply 101 according to a leakage detection key signal output by the leakage detection key 103 or a power-on signal of the electric water heater of this embodiment, determine whether the electric water heater of this embodiment leaks electricity according to the live line current and the zero line current detected by the leakage detection module 104, and output a corresponding control signal to the control end of the power control module 106 according to a determination result to control the on and off states of the heating module 102 and the ac power supply 101;
the power control module 106 is configured to perform on and off operations of the heating module 102 and the ac power supply 101;
the display module 107 is configured to display a leakage detection result of the electric water heater of this embodiment.
In this embodiment, the detection input end of the leakage detection module 104 is connected to the live line and the zero line of the ac power supply 101, the detection output end of the leakage detection module 104 is connected to the signal input end of the central control unit 105, the signal input end of the central control unit 105 is further connected to the leakage detection button 103, the control output end of the central control unit 105 is connected to the control end of the power control module 106, and the power control module 106 is further connected to the ac power supply 101 and the power ends of the heating module 102; the display module 107 is also connected to the central control unit 105.
Specifically, in this embodiment, a signal input end of the central control unit 105 is connected to a detection output end of the leakage detection module 104, the central control unit 105 calculates a current difference between the live line current and the zero line current according to the live line current and the zero line current of the ac power supply 101 detected by the leakage detection module 104, and determines whether the current difference is greater than a preset safety current, if the current difference is greater than the preset safety current, the central control unit 105 determines that the electric water heater of this embodiment leaks electricity, and outputs a corresponding control signal to a control end of the power control module 106 to control the power control module 106 to execute a disconnection operation between the heating module 102 and the ac power supply 101, and control the display module 107 to display the electric water heater of this embodiment; if the difference between the currents is less than or equal to the preset safe current, the central control unit 105 determines that the electric water heater of this embodiment has no electric leakage, and controls the display module 107 to display that the electric water heater of this embodiment has no electric leakage.
In this embodiment, the display module 107 includes a first indicator light (not shown) for indicating the electric leakage of the electric water heater of this embodiment and a second indicator light (not shown) for indicating the electric leakage of the electric water heater of this embodiment. The first indicator light and the second indicator light are both connected to the central control unit 105.
Specifically, in this embodiment, when the first indicator light is turned on, the electric leakage of the water heater in this embodiment is represented, so as to prompt a user that the electric water heater in this embodiment needs to be overhauled; when the second indicator light is lighted, the water heater of the embodiment has no electric leakage, so as to prompt a user that the electric water heater of the embodiment can be safely used.
Further, in this embodiment, the display module 107 further includes a third indicator light (not shown) for indicating that the electric water heater of this embodiment is in the electric leakage detection state; the third indicator light is connected to the central control unit 105. That is, in this embodiment, when the third indicator light is turned on, it represents that the electric water heater of this embodiment is performing the electric leakage detection operation.
In this embodiment, the leakage detecting key 103 is a touch key. The preset safe current is 0.01A. The leakage detection key 103 and the first indicator light, the second indicator light and the third indicator light in the display module 107 are all arranged on the control panel of the electric water heater, so that the electric water heater is convenient for a user to operate.
The working principle of the electric water heater of the embodiment is described as follows: when the electric water heater of this embodiment is powered on or a user presses the leakage detection key 103 to detect the leakage condition of the electric water heater of this embodiment, that is, when the central control unit 105 receives a power-on signal of the electric water heater of this embodiment or receives a leakage detection key signal sent by the leakage detection key 103, the central control unit 105 outputs a corresponding control signal to the control terminal of the power control module 106 to control the power control module 106 to perform the switching-on operation of the heating module 102 and the ac power supply 101 (that is, to make the heating module 102 in the heating working state), and at the same time, the central control unit 105 controls the third indicator lamp in the display module 107 to be turned on to prompt the user that the electric water heater of this embodiment is performing leakage detection work, and the leakage detection module 104 detects the live wire current and the zero wire current of the ac power supply 101, and outputs the detected live wire current and zero wire current to the central control unit 105, the central control unit 105 calculates the current difference between the live wire current and the zero wire current according to the live wire current and the zero wire current detected by the leakage detection module 104, and judging whether the difference of the currents is greater than 0.01A (namely, a preset safety current), if the difference of the currents of the live wire current and the zero wire current is greater than 0.01A, the central control unit 105 determines the electric leakage of the electric water heater of this embodiment, and outputs a corresponding control signal to the control terminal of the power control module 106, to control the power control module 106 to execute the disconnection between the heating module 102 and the ac power supply 101, and to control the first indicator light in the display module 107 to light (to prompt the user that the electric water heater in this embodiment leaks electricity); if the difference between the live line current and the zero line current is less than or equal to 0.01A, the central control unit 105 determines that the electric water heater of this embodiment has no electric leakage, and controls the second indicator light in the display module 107 to light (to prompt the user that the electric water heater of this embodiment has no electric leakage, and the user can use the electric water heater safely).
In summary, in the electric water heater of this embodiment, the central control unit 105 determines whether there is current leakage in the heating module 102 through the current difference between the live line current and the zero line current detected by the leakage detection module 104, and if the current difference between the live line current and the zero line current is greater than a preset safety current, the central control unit 105 cuts off the power supply of the heating module 102 through the power control module 106, that is, the power control module 106 performs the disconnection between the heating module 102 and the ac power supply 101; meanwhile, the central control unit 105 controls the first indicator light in the display module 107 to light up, so as to prompt the user that the electric water heater of this embodiment leaks electricity, and inform the user that the electric water heater of this embodiment needs to be overhauled; if the current difference between the live wire current and the zero wire current is less than or equal to the preset safe current, the central control unit 105 controls a second indicator lamp in the display module 107 to light up, so as to prompt a user that the electric water heater of the embodiment has no electric leakage, and the user can use the electric water heater safely.
In addition, it should be noted that, in the electric water heater of this embodiment, if the user does not press the electric leakage detection button 103 for a long time (that is, the user does not actively detect the electric leakage condition of the electric water heater of this embodiment for a long time), the electric leakage detection module 104 will always detect the live line current and the zero line current of the ac power supply 101, as long as the central control unit 105 determines that the current difference between the live line current and the zero line current is greater than the preset safety current (that is, when the electric water heater of this embodiment leaks electricity), the central control unit 105 will output a corresponding control signal to the control end of the power control module 106, the power control module 106 executes the cutting-off operation between the heating module 102 and the ac power supply 101, and at the same time, the electric water heater of this embodiment is displayed by the first indicator lamp in the display module 107, and informing the user that the electric water heater needs to be overhauled.

In the electric water heater of the embodiment, the electric leakage detection key and the display module for displaying the electric leakage detection result are additionally arranged on the control panel, so that a user can press the electric leakage detection key at any time to actively detect the electric leakage condition of the electric water heater at any time, and the electric leakage detection result is displayed by the display module, so that the user can conveniently detect the electric safety (namely the electric leakage condition) of the electric water heater of the embodiment at any time, and the user can conveniently observe the electric safety state (namely the electric leakage detection result) of the electric water heater of the embodiment, so that the electric water heater of the embodiment has higher safety performance compared with the electric water heater in the prior art, the electric leakage safety hazard of a product is reduced, and the safety concern of the user to the product is greatly eliminated; meanwhile, the embodiment also has the advantages of simple structure and easy realization.

the central control unit is used for controlling the power control module to switch on the heating module and the alternating current power supply according to the electric leakage detection key signal or the power-on signal of the electric water heater, judging whether the electric water heater leaks electricity according to the live wire current and the zero wire current, and outputting a corresponding control signal to a control end of the power control module according to a judgment result to control the switching-on and switching-off states of the heating module and the alternating current power supply;
and the power control module is used for executing the connection and disconnection actions of the heating module and the alternating current power supply.
2. The electric water heater of claim 1, further comprising a display module for displaying the electric leakage detection result of the electric water heater.

The electric water heater according to claim 2, wherein the central control unit is specifically configured to: according to the live wire current and the zero line current detected by the electric leakage detection module, calculating the current difference between the live wire current and the zero line current, and judging whether the current difference is larger than a preset safe current, if so, judging the electric leakage of the electric water heater by the central control unit, and outputting a corresponding control signal to a control end of the power control module so as to control the power control module to execute the disconnection action of the heating module and the alternating current power supply and control the display module to display the electric leakage of the electric water heater; otherwise, the central control unit judges that the electric water heater has no electric leakage and controls the display module to display that the electric water heater has no electric leakage.
4. The electric water heater of claim 3, wherein the display module includes a first indicator light and a second indicator light; wherein,
the first indicator light is used for indicating the electric leakage of the electric water heater;
the second indicator light is used for indicating that the electric water heater has no electric leakage.
5. The electric water heater of claim 4, wherein the display module further comprises a third indicator light for indicating that the electric water heater is in a leakage detection state.
6. The electric water heater according to claim 5, wherein the leakage detection key is a touch key.
7. The electric water heater according to claim 3, wherein the preset safe current is 0.01A.
8. The electric water heater according to claim 6, wherein the leakage detection button is disposed on a control panel of the electric water heater.
9. The electric water heater as claimed in claim 5, wherein the first indicator light, the second indicator light and the third indicator light are all disposed on a control panel of the electric water heater.
