本发明提供一种新型防潮抗菌空调通风口,包括矩形叶片、防尘网、纳米抗菌膜以及吸水防潮膜,在所述矩形叶片上设有凹槽以及卡槽,所述纳米抗菌膜紧贴矩形叶片,在所述纳米抗菌膜上设有吸水防潮膜,在所述吸水防潮膜上设有防尘网。本发明结构合理,设计简单,具有强效抗菌功能,同时,防尘网可以减少灰尘进入室内,加强了病菌防护效果,设有吸水防潮膜可以防止供热时所产生的水汽,维修方便,加工成本低,使用效果好。

本发明属于空调设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种新型防潮抗菌空调通风口。
背景技术
现在中央空调的使用越来越广泛,特别是在一些大型公共场所,例如办公楼、医院、商场等。现在空调管道的循环和送风方式,造成病毒的快速传播。例如,空调再长时间停止使用后,在通风管道内存在大量的细菌,由于管道不便清洗,当再次使用时,这些细菌就会在空调送风的过程中被传播到广大的公共场所。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术中的缺陷,本发明提供一种新型防潮抗菌空调通风口。
本发明的技术方案是:提供一种新型防潮抗菌空调通风口,其特征在于:包括矩形叶片、防尘网、纳米抗菌膜以及吸水防潮膜,在所述矩形叶片上设有凹槽以及卡槽,所述纳米抗菌膜紧贴矩形叶片,在所述纳米抗菌膜上设有吸水防潮膜,在所述吸水防潮膜上设有防尘网。
所述矩形叶片多组,叶片之间通过凹槽及卡槽镶嵌,并可根据所需调整其大小。
所述纳米抗菌膜是氧化钛光触媒与银系抗菌剂的混合物。
所述纳米抗菌膜与吸水防潮膜与防尘网间均距离1~2cm。
所述防尘网用图钉固定于矩形叶片上。
所述吸水防潮膜以吸水树脂与木炭为组成材料。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,结构合理,设计简单,具有强效抗菌功能,同时,防尘网可以减少灰尘进入室内,加强了病菌防护效果,设有吸水防潮膜可以防止供热时所产生的水汽,维修方便,加工成本低,使用效果好。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型防潮抗菌空调通风口,其特征在于:所述矩形叶片多组,叶片之间通过凹槽及卡槽镶嵌,并可根据所需调整其大小。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型防潮抗菌空调通风口,其特征在于:所述纳米抗菌膜是氧化钛光触媒与银系抗菌剂的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型防潮抗菌空调通风口,其特征在于:所述纳米抗菌膜与吸水防潮膜与防尘网间均距离1~2cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型防潮抗菌空调通风口,其特征在于:所述防尘网用图钉固定于矩形叶片上。
