本发明涉及机动车配件技术领域,尤其是涉及一种油管连接件。
背景技术
油管连接件用于将油管的端部连接至油压座接头上。通常,该油管连接件具有多种方式,但是多存在着油管易于从油压座接头上滑脱的情况。这样,一旦油管自行滑脱,则机动车极易发生危险。因此,防范油管的滑脱,具有极为重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种油管连接件,它具有能够牢固的将油管连接于油压座接头上,进而能够防止油管自行滑脱的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:油管连接件,包括用于和油管连接的油压座接头,所述油压座接头上设有锥形头,油管套在该锥形头上,同时,该油压座接头上螺接有束紧螺帽,该束紧螺帽设有和该锥形头相配的锥形孔。
所述锥形头上设有至少2道倒齿凸台。
所述束紧螺帽连接有缓冲弹簧,同时,该缓冲弹簧套在油管上。
本发明和现有技术相比所具有的优点是:能够牢固的将油管连接于油压座接头上,进而能够防止油管自行滑脱。本发明的油管连接件通过2个措施加固了油管和油压座接头连接的牢固性。即:1、随着束紧螺帽和油压座接头螺接的进行,锥形孔和锥形头之间的间隙愈发变小,从而二者对油管壁的挤压愈发紧密;2、锥形头上的倒齿凸台增加了油管向外滑脱时的摩擦力。

实施例,见图1所示:油管连接件,包括用于和油管30连接的油压座接头10。具体的,该油压座接头10上设有锥形头11,油管30套在该锥形头11上。同时,该油压座接头10上螺接有束紧螺帽20,该束紧螺帽20设有和该锥形头11相配的锥形孔21。所谓相配,指的是锥形孔21的锥度和锥形头11的锥度具有一定差别,从而随着束紧螺帽20和油压座接头10螺接程度的加深,锥形孔21和锥形头11之间的间隙越来越小。这样,套在锥形头11上的油管30的端部受到的锥形孔21所给与的挤压力越来越大,从而油管30被牢固的固定于锥形头11上,不会出现自行滑脱的现象。
优化的,该锥形头11上设有至少2道倒齿凸台12。这样,如需将油管30从锥形头11上脱开,则会遇到较大的阻力。
进一步,该束紧螺帽20连接有缓冲弹簧22,同时,该缓冲弹簧22套在油管30上。这样,避免了油管30在该油管30和锥形头11的连接部易于折断的现象。

2.根据权利要求1所述的油管连接件,其特征在于:所述锥形头(11)上设有至少2道倒齿凸台(12)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的油管连接件,其特征在于:所述束紧螺帽(20)连接有缓冲弹簧(22),同时,该缓冲弹簧(22)套在油管(30)上。
