Abstract

一种锅炉循环管路调节阀,包括阀体,安装于阀体内部的阀芯以及与阀芯固定连接的阀杆,阀杆与阀芯配合处分为直段和外螺纹段,所述直段上设有限位台阶,限位台阶与阀芯上端的阶梯面抵接,阀芯上端面通过螺钉固定连接一压板,压板与阀芯之间通过密封环密封,所述外螺纹段与阀芯的内螺纹固定连接,所述阀杆上开有轴向孔和径向通孔,轴向孔与径向通孔相互连通。本发明有益效果是:阀芯与阀杆之间采用压板、螺钉加螺纹的连接方式,可实现快速装配与拆卸,维修极为方便;阀杆上开有的相互连通的轴向孔和径向通孔,使阀腔之间压力平衡,有效的降低了阀门操作力。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及流体控制领域,特别涉及一种锅炉循环管路调节阀。 
背景技术
在超(超)临界火电机组锅炉采用直流锅炉带BCP(锅炉循环泵)的循环系统中,由于BCP循环管路调节阀在小开度时需要承受大压差,现有调节阀通常采用普通笼式调节阀,阀芯阀杆采用螺纹焊接连接,当阀杆或阀芯出现损坏时,拆卸维修极不方便。 
发明内容
为了克服现有调节阀结构的上述缺点,本发明提供一种可实现快速装配和拆卸,维修方便的锅炉循环管路调节阀。 
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,一种锅炉循环管路调节阀,包括阀体,安装于阀体内部的阀芯以及与阀芯固定连接的阀杆,阀杆与阀芯配合处分为直段和外螺纹段,所述直段上设有限位台阶,限位台阶与阀芯上端的阶梯面抵接,阀芯上端面通过螺钉固定连接一压板,压板与阀芯之间通过密封环密封,所述外螺纹段与阀芯的内螺纹固定连接,所述阀杆上开有轴向孔和径向通孔,轴向孔与径向通孔相互连通。 
本发明的有益效果是:阀芯与阀杆之间采用压板、螺钉加螺纹的连接方式,可实现快速装配与拆卸,维修极为方便;阀杆上开有的相互连通的轴向孔和径向通孔,使阀腔之间压力平衡,有效的降低了阀门操作力。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种锅炉循环管路调节阀,包括阀体9,安装于阀体9内部的阀芯8以及与阀芯8固定连接的阀杆1,阀杆1与阀芯8配合处分为直段和外螺纹段,所述直段上设有限位台阶4,限位台阶4与阀芯8上端的阶梯面抵接,阀芯8上端面通过螺钉5固定连接一压板3,压板3与阀芯8之间通过密封环7密封,所述外螺纹段与阀芯的内螺纹固定连接,所述阀杆1上开有轴向孔6和径向通孔2,轴向孔6与径向通孔2连通。

1.一种锅炉循环管路调节阀,包括阀体,安装于阀体内部的阀芯以及与阀芯固定连接的阀杆,其特征在于:所述阀杆与阀芯配合处分为直段和外螺纹段,所述直段上设有限位台阶,限位台阶与阀芯上端的阶梯面抵接,阀芯上端面通过螺钉固定连接一压板,压板与阀芯之间通过密封环密封,所述外螺纹段与阀芯的内螺纹固定连接,所述阀杆上开有轴向孔和径向通孔,轴向孔与径向通孔相互连通。
