本发明提供一种自动关窗机构,包括窗体、设在窗体上能左右旋转开合的窗扇,所述窗体上方水平设有一双轴电机,所述双轴电机转轴两端对称地设有蜗杆,所述窗扇的转轴上端固定设置有涡轮,所述涡轮与蜗杆传动连接,所述双轴电机还与湿度传感器电路连接,所述窗体的上沿还设置有与双轴电机电路连接的限位开关。本发明利用下雨前空气湿度增大的现象,通过湿度传感器感测空气中的湿度值自动控制双轴电机的启动,及时的在下雨前夕自动关闭窗户,保证了居民生活的舒适和生命财产不受损失,结构简单、自动化程度高,适应范围广。

本发明涉及自动控制领域,特别涉及一种能在下雨前自动关窗机构。
背景技术
南方地区在春夏季时期雨水充沛,气候变化大,一天当中经常出现晴雨交加的情况,早上天晴时开启的窗户,中午可能面临暴雨奇袭,但很多人往往因工作早出晚归,无法及时关闭窗户,往往易造成不必要的经济损失,因此,急需一种能自动关窗机构,使人可靠的进行日常的开关工作,在下雨的情况下,自动识别下雨天气,实现自动关窗动作,以便人们能够更安心的工作,同时也保证了居民生活的舒适和生命财产不受损失。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种结构简单紧凑、安装灵活、适用范围广、自动化程度高、成本低廉的自动关窗机构。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种自动关窗机构,包括窗体、设在窗体上能左右旋转开合的窗扇,所述窗体上方水平设有一双轴电机,所述双轴电机转轴两端对称地设有蜗杆,所述窗扇的转轴上端固定设置有涡轮,所述涡轮与蜗杆传动连接,所述双轴电机还与湿度传感器电路连接,所述窗体的上沿还设置有与双轴电机电路连接的限位开关。
本发明的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明利用下雨前空气湿度增大的现象,通过湿度传感器感测空气中的湿度值自动控制双轴电机的启动,及时的在下雨前夕自动关闭窗户,保证了居民生活的舒适和生命财产不受损失,结构简单、自动化程度高,适应范围广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。

如图1所示,一种自动关窗机构,包括窗体、设在窗体上能左右旋转开合的窗扇1,所述窗体上方水平设有一双轴电机5,所述双轴电机5转轴两端对称地设有蜗杆4,所述窗扇1的转轴2上端固定设置有涡轮3,所述涡轮3与蜗杆4传动连接,所述双轴电机5还与湿度传感器6电路连接,所述窗体的上沿还设置有与双轴电机5电路连接的限位开关7。为了窗户关闭后能自动关闭双轴电机5,所述窗体的上沿还设置有限位开关7,根据需要,该限位开关7可以采用常用的接触式限位开关,也可以采用磁性限位开关。
本实施例的工作原理如下:
当湿度传感器6检测到空气中的湿度值达到预设值时,湿度传感器6控制双轴电机5启动,所述双轴电机5驱动蜗杆4及与蜗杆4传动连接的涡轮3,涡轮3旋转时带动与之连接的转轴2,进而使窗扇1同步转动,起到关闭窗扇1的目的,如图2所示,当窗扇1关闭到位后,限位开关7会自动关闭双轴电机5,防止双轴电机5因过载而烧坏。

1.一种自动关窗机构,包括窗体、设在窗体上能左右旋转开合的窗扇(1),其特征在于:所述窗体上方水平设有一双轴电机(5),所述双轴电机(5)转轴两端对称地设有蜗杆(4),所述窗扇(1)的转轴(2)上端固定设置有涡轮(3),所述涡轮(3)与蜗杆(4)传动连接,所述双轴电机(5)还与湿度传感器(6)电路连接,所述窗体的上沿还设置有与双轴电机(5)电路连接的限位开关(7)。
