Abstract

本发明为一种带简易紫外定时消毒功能的超净工作台，是在普通超净工作台的开关电路后加入了机械式定时开关，简单实用的实现了定时消毒功能。正常操作时机械式定时开关拨至“开”位置，正常使用，当要离开时，向右旋转旋钮，设定时间，然后开启紫外消毒灯的按钮，即可离开。

医学、药学教学及科研实验设备。
背景技术：
在医学、药学教学及科研中，超净工作台的使用极其广泛，使用时需先将所物品放入，进行15-20分钟的紫外照射消毒，结束时清理物品后亦要进行15-20分钟的紫外照射消毒，最后关闭电源。结束时的关闭电源操作需要等一定时间，增加了实验人员的时耗；同时如果超净工作台在洁净室内的话，还要穿戴隔离衣物，不仅操作繁琐，更由于增加了出入的频次，增加污染的机率；另外可因遗忘关闭紫外灯带来电力损耗及安全隐患。目前，市场上有的带定时消毒功能的超净工作台大都采用微电子芯片控制，价格高，操作相对复杂，时间按键易损坏，维护成本较高。带有简易定时消毒功能对超净工作台给实验操作带来方便。
发明内容：
为降低工作时耗，简化操作，减少人为因素带来的隐患，同时降低购置及维护费用，本发明提供了一种带简易紫外定时消毒功能的超净工作台。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：在普通超净工作台的开关电路后加入了机械式定时开关，简单实用的实现了定时消毒功能。
本发明的有益效果是，定时消毒简便易行，可以减少操作人员的实验室出入。

具体实施方式：
正常操作时打开电源开关(3)，机械式定时开关(5)拨至“开”位置，进入正常使用；当要离开时，向右旋转旋钮(6)，设定时间，然后开启操作面板(4)的紫外消毒灯的按钮，即可离开。
