Abstract
本发明提供了一种用于起搏器囊袋切口压迫止血的加压固定带,包括带体,所述带体为两根,两根带体交叉固定呈“X”字型,两根带体的端部分别设有按扣的凹扣,两根带体的端部通过凹扣固定有电极片。使用本发明所述的用于起搏器囊袋切口压迫止血的加压固定带,“Ⅹ”形结构的带体,可以以伤口沙袋为中心,上、下呈三角形,具有稳定性好的优点;带体的拉力作用于沙袋,沙袋产生同样的反作用力于压迫位置,所以在带体的拉力作用下,不会引起沙袋移位;电极片以无纺布为背衬材料,具有通透性和呼吸性,对皮肤无毒,无刺激,粘贴方便快捷,还可更换部位,其金属扣与暗扣凹扣咬合牢固,一物多用,操作方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗用品,尤其是一种用于起搏器囊袋切口压迫止血的加压固定带。
背景技术
心脏起搏器是一种医用电子仪器,其通过发放一定形式的电脉冲刺激心脏,使之激动和收缩,即模拟正常心脏的冲动形成和传导,以治疗由于某些心律失常所致的心脏功能障碍,起搏器囊袋切口护理至关重要,囊袋出血、血肿是起搏器术后常见并发症,发生率为1.4%~6.2%。护理工作中发现,起搏器囊袋切口其特殊的解剖位置沙袋较难平稳放置,患者头部,健侧肢体活动时沙袋容易下滑,导致切口渗血,影响手术效果,甚至引起医疗纠纷。传统的方法是将衣物垫于肩部起到支撑沙袋的作用,常常因衣物高度不固定,沙袋不稳妥,有时还需要家属帮忙固定沙袋,存在安全隐患。护理人员为了避免伤口渗血的发生。每隔半小时巡视1次,甚至揭开棉被查看,特别是冬天,患者容易着凉,增加感染机会,给患者带来不便,且增加护士工作量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于起搏器囊袋切口压迫止血的加压固定带,能够有效避免患者出现沙袋固定不牢固导致的伤口渗血现象。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案如下:用于起搏器囊袋切口压迫止血的加压固定带,包括带体,其特征在于:所述带体为两根,两根带体交叉固定呈“X”字型,两根带体的端部分别设有按扣的凹扣,两根带体的端部通过凹扣固定有电极片。
对上述技术方案的改进:所述带体为弹性绷带。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进:所述电极片的背衬材料为无纺布。
有益效果:
使用本发明所述的用于起搏器囊袋切口压迫止血的加压固定带,“Ⅹ”形结构的带体,可以以伤口沙袋为中心,上、下呈三角形,具有稳定性好的优点;带体的拉力作用于沙袋,沙袋产生同样的反作用力于压迫位置,所以在带体的拉力作用下,不会引起沙袋移位;电极片以无纺布为背衬材料,具有通透性和呼吸性,对皮肤无毒,无刺激,粘贴方便快捷,还可更换部位,其金属扣与暗扣凹扣咬合牢固,一物多用,操作方便;带体为弹性绷带,柔软有弹性,可以结合身体部位随意伸缩的特点,克服了患者配合依从性差,活动幅度大而致沙袋滑落的风险。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的本发明用于起搏器囊袋切口压迫止血的加压固定带,包括带体1、2,带体1、2为弹性绷带,带体1、2交叉固定呈“X”字型,带体1、2的端部分别设有按扣的凹扣3,带体1、2的端部通过凹扣3固定有电极片4,电极片4的背衬材料为无纺布。
本发明所述的用于起搏器囊袋切口压迫止血的加压固定带,可以根据患者体型及解剖位置来调整压力,制作出各种型号,且柔软有弹性,吸水力强与皮肤接触舒适。

1.用于起搏器囊袋切口压迫止血的加压固定带,包括带体,其特征在于:所述带体为两根,两根带体交叉固定呈“X”字型,两根带体的端部分别设有按扣的凹扣,两根带体的端部通过凹扣固定有电极片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于起搏器囊袋切口压迫止血的加压固定带,其特征在于:所述带体为弹性绷带。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于起搏器囊袋切口压迫止血的加压固定带,其特征在于:所述电极片的背衬材料为无纺布。
