Abstract

技术领域

背景技术
双壁容器作为各种用途已经存在了许多年。例如,第116,401号美国专利披露了一种花瓶,该花瓶可以在贮水器充满后自动供水,因此对于当前远离拥有者住所的墓园或其他地方的装饰用的花瓶中的植物,省去了许多照看需要的麻烦和时间。为了实现此目标,一种具有双壁的花瓶或者花盆,提供水或空气的储存器,以及必须的导管,用于该特定的目的。

发明内容
本发明在于一种双壁装饰性制品,例如花瓶和烛台。该制品包括限定容器的内形状,以及与内形状间隔开的外形状,以产生腔体。所述外形状的底部开口能够使装饰性填充材料引入到腔体,从而该装饰性材料不进入到容器中,所述装饰材料可包含花、水、蜡烛、热蜡或其它物质。在引入所述装饰填充材料后,可移动地可替换的塞子或盖子用来密封底部开口。
内外形状可设置成为一体的部件或可以被接合的单独的部件。所述内形状和外形状可由玻璃、塑料或其它透明或半透明材料制成。所述内形状和外形状可具有相同或不同的横截面。所述装饰填充材料可以设置为与该制品结合成套件的一部分,在这种情况下,填充材料的量匹配于腔体的容积,例如,通过初始浇注到腔体内的方式。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种双壁制品和制备该制品的方法。其优选实施例包括不同形状和尺寸的花瓶和烛台。图1是本发明的实施例的图。所有实施例均包括在其下表面上形成的孔口以用于能进入所述双壁之间的空间的通道。这使得根据本发明的制品填充装饰性填充材料时不影响装有蜡烛或植物的容器,该容器可能含有热蜡或水。在所有实施例中可设置盖子以便在装饰性填充材料被引入后密封该孔口。
图1为本发明的较佳实施例的示意图;优选地,该制品为玻璃制成,包括内壁102和外壁104产生的容积,其可填充装饰性材料202,如图2所示。通常地所述制品是上、下翻转,如图15A-15F中所示,或者在其侧面将填充材料填充到容积106内。这种材料可包括玻璃珠、玻璃卵石、海玻璃、装饰砂、装饰性石头和石子、塑料珠及图标、木制品、液体和任何其它选择,只要这些材料能够通过塞子110进行装填。内壁102形成的瓶108可以装入水、花等。由于该制品的构造方式,所述装饰物品不与瓶108内的物品接触。
本发明的制品可完全由压制或吹制玻璃构成,尽管这样的技术可能很昂贵。同样地,可采用如图3中所示的两件式结构。该方法包括外形状302,其连接到内形状304。该方法的优点在于,内外形状可以由不同颜色的玻璃,或甚至不同的材料制成。例如,外形状可以由透明玻璃,而内形状可以是有色玻璃。可替换地,内形状可以由塑料或金属制成,外形状由玻璃或塑料制成。
如图3所示,外形状302包括上边缘303,其被接合到内形状304的边缘305。内形状304可以包括成型的唇缘405,以便填充材料进一步进入容积106向上充满制品。图4示出了内、外形状304、302接合形成的边缘402。如果两个形状都由玻璃制成,例如,硼硅酸盐玻璃,接口的边缘402可通过焊炬成型且闭合。如果使用其他不同的玻璃或其他材料,接口402可以由合适的粘结剂制成,包括紫外线固化粘合剂。
虽然图1-4示出的是锥形内外形状,但可以混合和匹配不同的形状。图5示出了可适用于内形状或者外形状的各种横截面。图6示出了可能用于任一形状的侧视图。如图7示出,所为例子,外部形状为方形,内部形状为圆柱形。其他的不计其数的形状组合,都是可能的。例如,图8示出了针对节日主题等的外部形状。在每种情况下,较简单的内部的形状,例如圆柱形杯子是用来装花、蜡烛等物。虽然图8中没有明显指出,各形状底部均进一步包括端口和盖子,以收纳和保留填充材料。

Claims (6)
1.一种装饰性制品,包含:
内形状,所述内形状限定容器;
外形状,所述外形状与所述内形状间隔开以产生腔体;
所述外形状上的底部开口,所述底部开口能够使装饰性填充材料引入到所述腔体,从而装饰性材料不进入到所述容器中;以及
可移动地可替换的塞子或盖子,在引入所述装饰性填充材料后,用来密封所述底部开口。
2.如权利要求1所述的装饰性制品,其中,所述内形状和所述外形状提供为独立的部件并被接合。
3.如权利要求1所述的装饰性制品,其中,所述内形状和所述外形状由玻璃制成。
4.如权利要求1所述的装饰性制品,其中,所述内形状和所述外形状具有相同或不同的截面。
5.如权利要求1所述的装饰性制品,包括装饰性填充材料作为套件的一部分。
6.如权利要求1所述的装饰性制品,包括:
