The method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a screen shot image;
performing image analysis on the screen capture images to obtain source application identifiers of the screen capture images;
acquiring an error information reporting address according to the source application identifier;
and sending the screen capture image to the error information reporting address.
3. A screen shot image processing apparatus, comprising:
the first presetting unit is used for presetting the corresponding relation between the application information identification and the image processing auxiliary information;
a first acquisition unit configured to acquire a screen capture image;
the first analysis unit is used for carrying out image analysis on the screen capture images to obtain source application identifiers of the screen capture images;
the query unit is used for querying the corresponding relation according to the source application identifier to obtain corresponding auxiliary image processing information, wherein the auxiliary image processing information is a screenshot image processing template corresponding to different applications and is used for acquiring valuable characters in the screenshot image, or the auxiliary image processing information is a screenshot image processing algorithm corresponding to different applications and is used for extracting candidate sub-images and/or characters in the screenshot image according to the template, or the auxiliary image processing information is parameter information of screenshot image processing corresponding to different applications and is used for taking the font type as the auxiliary image processing information;
and the processing unit is used for processing the screen capture image according to the obtained image processing auxiliary information.
4. An error information reporting device is characterized by comprising the following units:
the second preset unit is used for presetting the corresponding relation between the application identifier and the error information reporting address;
a fourth acquisition unit configured to acquire a screen capture image;
the fourth analysis unit is used for carrying out image analysis on the screen capture images to obtain source application identifiers of the screen capture images;
a reporting unit, configured to obtain an error information reporting address according to the source application identifier;
and the sending unit is used for sending the screen capture image to the error information reporting address.
