Abstract

本发明涉及一种均热板散热的集成式LED路灯,主要包括集成LED光源、圆形卡座、壳体、紧固螺钉、架体、连接线、灯杆卡座、驱动电源、散热器、二次光学透镜以及均温板。其特征在于:所述集成LED光源安装在均温板上,所述集成LED光源上设置有二次光学透镜,所述壳体上表面设有多组条形空隙,所述驱动电源安装在灯杆卡座内。本发明利用均温板传热速度快、均温性好等特点,避免集成式LED光源产生的大量热量无法快速散去,同时将驱动电源部分安装到灯杆卡座内,有效避免了安装在灯壳体内部时,带给散热器以灯壳的散热压力。本发明散热效果好,散热速度快,且结构简单,可有效减小灯壳的体积,减轻整灯的重量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种均热板散热的集成式LED路灯,具体是涉及一种均热板散热的集成式LED路灯。
背景技术
由于LED灯的节能,长寿命和易维护等特点,近几年人们对led技术的关注,LED照明技术得到了不断的发展,但是对于大功率led灯而言,至为关键的问题之一是LED照明的散热问题,LED散热的好坏对于整灯而言至关重要,如果热量不能散出去,会加速芯片的老化、光衰、色偏移、缩短LED的寿命,降低灯具光效等,换言之散热问题决定了灯具的寿命长短,严重制约着LED照明的发展。温度对LED本身的寿命也有影响,温度越高寿命越短。解决LED的散热就是要降低LED本身的结温。散热器是用来传导、释放热量的一种装置。根据散热的对象不同,采用的散热方式也不相同,有的采用散热片进行自然冷却的方式,有的采用安装风扇进行风冷的方式。现在LED路灯光源散热片所选的结构,在一大铝板块背上,竖着很多散热片状结构,是一种自然对流散热性能最差的结构,造成LED芯片的防水防湿的结构复杂,又不适合电源散热和防雨水,加重了整个路灯重量,提高了成本造价,是导致目前LED路灯较为严重的问题。因此,更好的实现灯具的散热将是目前所面对的技术挑战之一。
发明内容
本发明提供一种均热板散热的集成式LED路灯,其能有效的散出热量,又能降低整灯重量。
本发明主要包括集成LED光源、圆形卡座、壳体、紧固螺钉、架体、连接线、灯杆卡座、驱动电源、散热器、二次光学透镜以及均温板。
所述集成式LED光源由集成式LED芯片和封装体组成,集成LED光源的背部安装在均温板上,均温板居中安装在散热器上,散热器采用鳍片式散热器。
所述集成式LED光源上安设二次光学透镜,二次光学透镜优选配光曲线为蝙蝠翼型,LED光源和二次光学透镜由圆形卡座固定。
所述壳体上表面采用弧形设计,且上设多组条形空隙,整灯壳体通过紧固螺钉固定在架体上。
所述驱动电源安装在灯杆卡座内,驱动电源通过连接线与集成LED光源连接。
采用上述技术方案,利用均热板和散热器散去集成式LED芯片产生的大量的热。壳体表面空隙设计也可形成对流,带走部分热量。将驱动电源安置在灯杆卡座内,避免安置在灯壳内部时与LED芯片的热量聚集,可以更有效的利用散热装置为集成式LED芯片散热。该方案散热效果好、速度快,可有效避免LED结温升高,同时减小灯壳的体积、降低散热片用量,减轻整灯重量。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本发明一种均热板散热的集成式LED路灯,由集成LED光源1、圆形卡座2、壳体3、紧固螺钉4、架体5、连接线6、灯杆卡座7、驱动电源8、散热器9、二次光学透镜10以及均温板11组成;所述集成式LED光源1由集成式LED芯片101和封装体组成,集成式LED光源1的背部安装在均温板11上,均温板具有传热速度快、均温性能良好的特点,可实现快速导热,均温板11居中安装在散热器9上,散热器采用鳍片901式散热器;所述集成式LED光源1上安设二次光学透镜10,二次光学透镜优选配光曲线为蝙蝠翼型,具有良好的照明效果,可满足道路照明的需求,LED光源和二次光学透镜由圆形卡座固定,将LED芯片101密封在内;所述壳体3上表面采用弧形设计,且上设多组条形空隙301,如此可形成空气对流,加快热量的散失。壳体3通过紧固螺钉4固定在架体5上,架体采用花式架体结构,既能有效固定支撑灯体,又可节省材料;所述驱动电源8安装在灯杆卡座7内,驱动电源通过连接线6与集成LED光源1连接,连接线裸露在外部分应具有防水等性能,且紧贴架体固定。驱动电源产生的热量可在灯杆卡座内散去,不会与集成LED芯片产生的热量聚集。
本发明主要利用均温板进行导、散热,并将驱动电源安装在原来LED芯片的灯杆卡座内,避免聚热,采用花式框体架构可有效减轻整灯重量,如此既能有效散热,体积小、重量轻的整灯必将在均热板散热的集成式LED路灯中有很大前景。

1.一种均热板散热的集成式LED路灯,其特征在于:由集成LED光源(1)、圆形卡座(2)、壳体(3)、紧固螺钉(4)、架体(5)、连接线(6)、灯杆卡座(7)、驱动电源(8)、散热器(9)、二次光学透镜(10)以及均温板(11)组成;所述集成式LED光源(1)由集成式LED芯片(101)和封装体组成,集成式LED光源(1)的背部安装在均温板(11)上,均温板(11)居中安装在散热器(9)上;所述集成式LED光源(1)上安设二次光学透镜(10),并由圆形卡座(2)固定;所述壳体(3)上表面采用弧形设计,且上设多组条形空隙,壳体(3)通过紧固螺钉(4)固定在架体(5)上;所述驱动电源(8)安装在灯杆卡座(7)内,驱动电源通过连接线(6)与集成LED光源(1)连接。
