本发明涉及一种管道,包括管道本体,所述管道内壁由第一内壁和第二内壁构成,第一内壁与第二内壁之间通过缓冲层连接,缓冲层为弹性蜂窝状结构,第二内壁上设有多个沿管道本体轴向设置的凸起,该凸起径向沿管道本体圆周设置,所述第二内壁机凸起上设有保护层。本发明具有结构简单,耐腐蚀,抗压性高等特点。

本发明涉及一种管道。
背景技术
在现实生活中,管道无处不在,小到家庭中的水管,大到输气、输水、输油的各种管道,都有共同点,在压力作用下通过管道来输送流体,压力越大,管道内的流速越快,反之越小;压力大管道容易破裂,同时能源消耗也大。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种结构简单,耐腐蚀,抗压性高的管道。。
实现本发明的技术方案如下:
一种管道,包括管道本体,所述管道内壁由第一内壁和第二内壁构成,第一内壁与第二内壁之间通过缓冲层连接,缓冲层为弹性蜂窝状结构,第二内壁上设有多个沿管道本体轴向设置的凸起,该凸起径向沿管道本体圆周设置,所述第二内壁机凸起上设有保护层。
采用了上述的方案,流体在管道中通过存在对管道本体的挤压力,这些压力对管道会造成损坏,严重时会将管道涨裂,以致无法使用,所以可以通过缓冲层将流体的加压力抵消,从而保护管道的使用;保护层有效的保护了管道本身,防止其过快老化,腐蚀,延长其使用寿命;凸起用于对流体起到缓冲,分压的作用,大大减小其对管道造成的损坏,同时也能起到加强筋的作用,加强管道的刚度。
所述缓冲层为橡胶材料,优点是弹性性能好。
所述保护层为耐高温防腐蚀的陶瓷涂层,优点是能够保护管道,减少管道的损伤。
所述凸起与凸起之间为错位布置,优点是能够均匀的分摊流体的作用力。

如图1,一种管道,包括管道本体1,所述管道本体1内壁由第一内壁2和第二内壁3构成,第一内壁2与第二内壁3之间通过缓冲层4连接,缓冲层4为弹性蜂窝状结构,缓冲层4为橡胶材料,优点是弹性性能好,第二内壁3上设有多个沿管道本体1轴向设置的凸起5,该凸起5径向沿管道本体1圆周设置,凸起5与凸起5之间为错位布置,优点是能够均匀的分摊流体的作用力,所述第二内壁3机凸起5上设有保护层6,保护层6为耐高温防腐蚀的陶瓷涂层,优点是能够保护管道,减少管道的损伤。

1.一种管道,包括管道本体,其特征在于:所述管道内壁由第一内壁和第二内壁构成,第一内壁与第二内壁之间通过缓冲层连接,缓冲层为弹性蜂窝状结构,第二内壁上设有多个沿管道本体轴向设置的凸起,该凸起径向沿管道本体圆周设置,所述第二内壁机凸起上设有保护层。
