本发明涉及一种管道法兰。
背景技术
现有技术中与管道相连的法兰结构,通常是直接将法兰焊接在管道的两端,但是法兰在与管道焊接前的连接并不牢固,将难定型,通常需要将法兰平放在工作台上,再将管道竖直放在法兰体上,从而增强焊接时的稳定性。然而这种方式存在一定的缺陷,一方面增加了焊接工人的劳动强度,焊接工人需要以低头俯视的焊接姿态来完成焊接,不仅增大了焊接难度,同时长时间的不良焊接姿势,对焊接工人的颈椎腰椎等都造成了一定的损害;另一方面,由于法兰与管道的连接处接触面积较小,往往也具有焊接后结构强度较低、使用寿命较短等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的问题,提供一种管道法兰,其可增强焊接时法兰与管道之间连接的稳定性,方便管道与法兰焊接时焊接工人的摆放,减小劳动强度,同时管道与法兰焊接后的结构强度较高,延长使用寿命。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:一种管道法兰,包括具内孔的法兰体,所述法兰体紧贴内缘轴向凸伸有多个圆弧形的插槽,所述插槽与所述法兰体之间设有加强筋。
进一步地,所述插槽的槽口宽度与管道的厚度相等。
进一步地,所述插槽与所述法兰体为一体式结构。
进一步地,所述法兰体具有至少三个插槽,所述插槽均布在所述法兰体上。    
进一步地,所述法兰体具有六个插槽。
进一步地,所述法兰体环设有安装孔。

如图1至图2所示,本发明实施例所述的一种管道法兰,包括具内孔2的法兰体1,所述法兰体1紧贴内缘轴向凸伸有多个圆弧形的插槽3,所述插槽3与所述法兰体1之间设有加强筋4。
所述插槽3的槽口宽度与管道(未图示)的厚度相等。所述插槽3与所述法兰体1为一体式结构。所述法兰体1具有至少三个插槽3,所述插槽3均布在所述法兰体1上。所述法兰体1具有六个插槽3。所述法兰体1环设有安装孔5。
