本发明涉及一种高强度抗老化聚乙烯低温给水管,包括聚乙烯给水管,其特征在于在聚乙烯给水管外壁设有一层高强度聚乙烯抗老化层,所述高强度聚乙烯抗老化层由如下重量百分比的组分:聚乙烯78~84、抗氧剂DNP0.1~0.5、纳米二氧化钛0.5~1.5和玻璃短纤维15~20。本发明具有长效抗老化及能进行高压水流输送的优点。

本发明涉及一种聚乙烯给水管,尤其涉及一种高强度抗老化聚乙烯低温给水管。
背景技术
目前聚乙烯PE管是以聚乙烯树脂为主要原料,经挤出成型的给水管材,主要应用于室内、外低温给水管道等,该水管尤其在室外使用时,在阳光的长时间照射下易老化破损,同时现有普通的聚乙烯给水管无法进行高压水流的输送。
发明内容
   针对上述缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有长效抗老化及能进行高压水流输送的高强度抗老化聚乙烯低温给水管。
本发明的技术内容为:一种高强度抗老化聚乙烯低温给水管,包括聚乙烯给水管,其特征在于在聚乙烯给水管外壁设有一层高强度聚乙烯抗老化层,所述高强度聚乙烯抗老化层由如下重量百分比的组分:
聚乙烯  78~84
抗氧剂DNP  0.1~0.5 
纳米二氧化钛 0.5~1.5
玻璃短纤维  15~20  。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的优点是:聚乙烯抗老化层具有长效抗老化的效果,能大大提高聚乙烯给水管的使用寿命,同时具有耐高压的性能,由此能适用于高压水流输送。
