本发明涉及一种四孔平衡性锁紧装置，包括锁紧装置本体，锁紧装置本体由套筒和锁紧环组成，套筒和锁紧环为一体结构，套筒和锁紧环上具有相连通的豁口，位于锁紧环上豁口左侧设置有左锁扣，位于锁紧环上豁口右侧设置有与左锁扣相对应的右锁扣，豁口通过左锁扣和右锁扣螺栓固定闭合，套筒上开设有四个大小相同用于加强牢固度的焊接孔，焊接孔为圆形结构焊接口，套筒上位于左、右锁扣上方的焊接孔被豁口平分为两个大小相同的半圆，左锁扣右侧面上设置有用于加强稳固性的凸起，右锁扣左侧面上开设有与凸起相对应的凹孔。本发明的四孔平衡性锁紧装置位于锁紧环缺口两侧设置有左、右锁扣，大大提升了锁紧装置的牢固度。

本发明涉及一种四孔平衡性锁紧装置。
背景技术
普通的锁紧装置结构简单，多只会采用简单的螺栓锁紧，而普通的螺栓锁紧装置不仅稳固度较差，长时间使用容易产生松脱的危险，而且如果紧锁装置过长还需要多根螺栓锁紧固定，平白无故增加了成本和自重，平衡性也无法控制。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是：为解决上述存在的问题，提供一种四孔平衡性锁紧装置，解决普通锁紧装置不够稳固，无法控制平衡性的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种四孔平衡性锁紧装置，包括锁紧装置本体，锁紧装置本体由套筒和锁紧环组成，套筒和锁紧环为一体结构，套筒和锁紧环上具有相连通的豁口，位于锁紧环上豁口左侧设置有左锁扣，位于锁紧环上豁口右侧设置有与左锁扣相对应的右锁扣，豁口通过左锁扣和右锁扣螺栓固定闭合，套筒上开设有四个大小相同用于加强牢固度的焊接孔，焊接孔为圆形结构焊接口，套筒上位于左、右锁扣上方的焊接孔被豁口平分为两个大小相同的半圆，左锁扣右侧面上设置有用于加强稳固性的凸起，右锁扣左侧面上开设有与凸起相对应的凹孔。
进一步地，为了提升平衡性，四个焊接孔高度相同且相邻焊接孔之间的距离相同。
进一步地，为了延长使用寿命，焊接孔内壁上设置有抗氧化涂层。
进一步地，为了提升平衡性，左锁扣和右锁扣大小相同。
本发明的有益效果是，本发明的四孔平衡性锁紧装置位于锁紧环缺口两侧设置有左、右锁扣，大大提升了锁紧装置的牢固度。

如图1所示的一种四孔平衡性锁紧装置，包括锁紧装置本体，锁紧装置本体由套筒和锁紧环组成，套筒1和锁紧环2为一体结构，套筒1和锁紧环2上具有相连通的豁口，位于锁紧环2上豁口左侧设置有左锁扣3，位于锁紧环2上豁口右侧设置有与左锁扣3相对应的右锁扣4，豁口通过左锁扣3和右锁扣4螺栓固定闭合，套筒1上开设有四个大小相同用于加强牢固度的焊接孔5，焊接孔5为圆形结构焊接口，套筒1上位于左、右锁扣上方的焊接孔5被豁口平分为两个大小相同的半圆，左锁扣3右侧面上设置有用于加强稳固性的凸起，右锁扣4左侧面上开设有与凸起相对应的凹孔。
