本发明涉及一种四孔平衡性锁紧装置,包括锁紧装置本体,锁紧装置本体由套筒和锁紧环组成,套筒和锁紧环为一体结构,套筒和锁紧环上具有相连通的豁口,位于锁紧环上豁口左侧设置有左锁扣,位于锁紧环上豁口右侧设置有与左锁扣相对应的右锁扣,豁口通过左锁扣和右锁扣螺栓固定闭合,套筒上开设有四个大小相同用于加强牢固度的焊接孔,焊接孔为圆形结构焊接口,套筒上位于左、右锁扣上方的焊接孔被豁口平分为两个大小相同的半圆,左锁扣右侧面上设置有用于加强稳固性的凸起,右锁扣左侧面上开设有与凸起相对应的凹孔。本发明的四孔平衡性锁紧装置位于锁紧环缺口两侧设置有左、右锁扣,大大提升了锁紧装置的牢固度。

本发明涉及一种四孔平衡性锁紧装置。
背景技术
普通的锁紧装置结构简单,多只会采用简单的螺栓锁紧,而普通的螺栓锁紧装置不仅稳固度较差,长时间使用容易产生松脱的危险,而且如果紧锁装置过长还需要多根螺栓锁紧固定,平白无故增加了成本和自重,平衡性也无法控制。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为解决上述存在的问题,提供一种四孔平衡性锁紧装置,解决普通锁紧装置不够稳固,无法控制平衡性的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种四孔平衡性锁紧装置,包括锁紧装置本体,锁紧装置本体由套筒和锁紧环组成,套筒和锁紧环为一体结构,套筒和锁紧环上具有相连通的豁口,位于锁紧环上豁口左侧设置有左锁扣,位于锁紧环上豁口右侧设置有与左锁扣相对应的右锁扣,豁口通过左锁扣和右锁扣螺栓固定闭合,套筒上开设有四个大小相同用于加强牢固度的焊接孔,焊接孔为圆形结构焊接口,套筒上位于左、右锁扣上方的焊接孔被豁口平分为两个大小相同的半圆,左锁扣右侧面上设置有用于加强稳固性的凸起,右锁扣左侧面上开设有与凸起相对应的凹孔。
进一步地,为了提升平衡性,四个焊接孔高度相同且相邻焊接孔之间的距离相同。
进一步地,为了延长使用寿命,焊接孔内壁上设置有抗氧化涂层。
进一步地,为了提升平衡性,左锁扣和右锁扣大小相同。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的四孔平衡性锁紧装置位于锁紧环缺口两侧设置有左、右锁扣,大大提升了锁紧装置的牢固度。

如图1所示的一种四孔平衡性锁紧装置,包括锁紧装置本体,锁紧装置本体由套筒和锁紧环组成,套筒1和锁紧环2为一体结构,套筒1和锁紧环2上具有相连通的豁口,位于锁紧环2上豁口左侧设置有左锁扣3,位于锁紧环2上豁口右侧设置有与左锁扣3相对应的右锁扣4,豁口通过左锁扣3和右锁扣4螺栓固定闭合,套筒1上开设有四个大小相同用于加强牢固度的焊接孔5,焊接孔5为圆形结构焊接口,套筒1上位于左、右锁扣上方的焊接孔5被豁口平分为两个大小相同的半圆,左锁扣3右侧面上设置有用于加强稳固性的凸起,右锁扣4左侧面上开设有与凸起相对应的凹孔。
进一步地,为了提升平衡性,四个焊接孔5高度相同且相邻焊接孔5之间的距离相同,进一步地,为了延长使用寿命,焊接孔5内壁上设置有抗氧化涂层,进一步地,为了提升平衡性,左锁扣3和右锁扣4大小相同,本发明的四孔平衡性锁紧装置位于锁紧环缺口两侧设置有左、右锁扣,大大提升了锁紧装置的牢固度。
