Abstract

本发明提出的是一种高温环境下提高轴流风机电机寿命及性能的装置。在轴流风机外壳内的电机保护套筒一端安装有风扇叶,在电机保护套筒壁上设有进气口,进气口与加流设备相通。由于本发明采用套筒与进气口将轴流电机进行保护,因此能够提高轴流风机耐受高温的性能,从而保护轴流风机电机不容易受高温伤害,延长轴流风机电机的使用寿命。适宜作为轴流风机的电机保护装置应用。

技术领域
 本发明提出的是电机领域的一种高温环境下提高轴流风机电机寿命及性能的装置。
背景技术
目前我国轴流风机在高温环境下使用时,易出现因环境温度超300℃,而造成电机烧毁而报废的情况。
发明内容
为了提高高温条件下轴流风机电机使用寿命及性能,本发明提出了一种高温环境下提高轴流风机电机寿命及性能的装置。该装置通过套筒和进气口及变频电机保护轴流风机电机,提高高温条件下轴流风机电机使用寿命及性能的技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是:
在轴流风机外壳内的电机保护套筒一端安装有风扇叶,在电机保护套筒壁上设有进气口,进气口与加流设备相通。
积极效果,由于本发明采用套筒与进气口将轴流电机进行保护,因此能够提高轴流风机耐受高温的性能,从而保护轴流风机电机不容易受高温伤害,延长轴流风机电机的使用寿命。适宜作为轴流风机的电机保护装置应用。

具体实施方式
据图所示,在轴流风机外壳1内的电机保护套筒4一端安装有风扇叶2,在电机保护套筒壁上设有进气口3,进气口与加流设备5相通。
所述加流设备为高压气泵。
工作原理:
由于轴流风机电机设置在保护套筒内,使轴流风机与环境隔离,从而保护电机,而且在轴流风机外壳上设有进气口,能够将轴流风机内的高温空气与新鲜空气进行热交换,从而杜绝轴流风机电机受到高温损害,因此利用变频风机给轴流风机的电机进行降温,使电机延长使用寿命,提高耐高温性能,降低使用成本。
特点:
本发明装置加装后可使轴流风机电机在高温下工作一年以上。

在轴流风机外壳(1)内的电机保护套筒(4)一端安装有风扇叶(2),在电机保护套筒壁上设有进气口(3),进气口与加流设备(5)相通;
所述加流设备为高压气泵。
