背景技术
随着时代的发展,节能环保的理念越来越重要,人们不断探索新的技术和方法来取代传统的污染严重的方式以改善生活环境,太阳能作为一种取之不尽的能源,具有环保无害的优点,它没有地域的限制,但是到达地球上的太阳能总量尽管很大,但是能流密度很低,由于受到季节、昼夜、地理差异、海拔高度等方面的影响,某一地面的太阳能辐射既是间断的,又是极不稳定的,这给利用太阳能资源造成了困难。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种聚热中空玻璃,尤其能极大提高太阳能的利用率,对室内保温效果良好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种聚热中空玻璃,包括框架,所述框架上设有两个凹槽,所述凹槽内设有钢化玻璃和聚热玻璃,所述钢化玻璃与聚热玻璃间设有防爆膜,所述钢化玻璃与外侧相接触,在所述两层聚热玻璃之间设有一空腔。
进一步,所述空腔内填充有干燥气体或为真空状态。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,使得本发明具有结构简单,安装方便,极大的提高了太阳能的利用率,对室内具有良好的保温效果等优点。

如图1所示,本发明包括框架1,所述框架1上设有两个凹槽,所述凹槽内设有钢化玻璃3和聚热玻璃5,所述钢化玻璃3与聚热玻璃5间设有防爆膜4,所述钢化玻璃3与外侧相接触,在所述两层聚热玻璃5之间设有一空腔2,钢化玻璃3在承受外力时首先能抵消表面预应力,以提高玻璃的承载能力,增强玻璃自身抗风压性,集热玻璃5能充分吸收太阳能并防止热能流失,具有优良的保温能力,防爆膜4可以防止玻璃破碎后引起的飞溅,提高了安全性能,所述空腔2内填充有干燥气体或为真空状态,干燥气体或真空都可以有效避免空腔2内形成的雾气,同时也能有效减少热量的损失,提高了中空玻璃的集热保温性能。
