本发明创造公开了一种鱼苗孵化器,结构为:蓄水池通过水泵连接出水管,出水管的出口下方设有分水槽,氧气瓶通过增氧管与分水槽连接,分水槽下方连接若干个分水管,分水管分别与阀门和注水嘴连接,注水嘴的下方设有孵化器,孵化器包括V型容器、集水圈、束流圈和闸门,V型容器上方连接集水圈,束流圈位于集水圈内,所述的束流圈下方与向V型容器连接,上方向V型容器中心线方向靠拢,在束流圈上设有一个出水口,闸口插在出水口处,集水圈上设有出水管,出水管下方设有存鱼槽,存鱼槽位于托盘内,托盘位于固定支架上,托盘上设有回水管,回水管的出口位于蓄水池的上方。本发明创造减少了占地面积,节省材料,换水量小,对鱼卵的冲击损坏程度小。

背景技术
目前鱼苗孵化设备的很多缺点,如占地面积大、耗费材料多、换水量大、对鱼卵冲击损坏程度大等。 
发明内容
本发明创造针对现有技术的不足,提供一种节省占地面积、耗费材料少、对鱼卵冲击损坏程度小的鱼苗孵化器。 
为实现上述目的,本发明创造采用的技术方案是: 
鱼苗孵化器,蓄水池通过水泵连接出水管,出水管的出口下方设有分水槽,氧气瓶通过增氧管与分水槽连接,分水槽下方连接若干个分水管,分水管分别与阀门和注水嘴连接,注水嘴的下方设有孵化器,孵化器包括V型容器、集水圈、束流圈和闸门,V型容器上方连接集水圈,束流圈位于集水圈内,所述的束流圈下方与向V型容器连接,上方向V型容器中心线方向靠拢,在束流圈上设有一个出水口,闸口插在出水口处,闸门与束流圈连接,所述的闸门由闸门框架和中部的筛网构成,集水圈上设有出水管,出水管下方设有存鱼槽,存鱼槽位于托盘内,托盘位于固定支架上,托盘上设有回水管,回水管的出口位于蓄水池的上方。
上述的鱼苗孵化器,所述闸门框架的两侧面设有与束流圈出水口配合的插槽。 
本发明创造的有益效果:本发明创造用于水产养殖专业生产繁育苗种的设备,由若干个小型孵化器而组成,可多层次,利用了空间,减少了占地面积,节省材料,并且换水量小,对鱼卵的冲击损坏程度小,尤其对小型鱼类如泥鳅鱼等孵化率提高明显。

具体实施方式
如图1~4所示,鱼苗孵化器,蓄水池1通过水泵2连接出水管3,出水管3的出口下方设有分水槽4,氧气瓶18通过增氧管19与分水槽4连接,分水槽4下方设有若干个分水管5,和与之配合的阀门6和注水嘴7,注水嘴7的下方设有孵化器8,孵化器8包括V型容器13、集水圈14、束流圈15和闸门17,V型容器13上方连接集水圈14,束流圈15位于集水圈14内,所述的束流圈15下方与向V型容器13连接,上方向V型容器13中心线方向靠拢,在束流圈15上部设有一个出水口,闸门17插在出水口处,闸门17与束流圈15连接,所述的闸门17由闸门框架20和中部的筛网21构成,闸门框架20的两侧面设有与束流圈15出水口配合的U型插槽;集水圈14上设有出水管16,出水管16下方设有存鱼槽9,存鱼槽9位于托盘12内,托盘12位于固定支架10上,托盘12上设有回水管11,回水管11的出口位于蓄水池1的上方。 
当从注水嘴7下来的水柱达到V型容器13的底部时,水流向上运动,在束流圈15的作用下迫使水流向中心运动,然后再随下来的水柱向下运动,所以鱼卵在孵化器8内随着水流上下运动而达到孵化的效果;水流通过闸门17的筛网流入集水圈14,集水圈14将水集中,通过出水管16流到存鱼槽9,闸门17的筛网起到阻隔鱼卵随着水流流入存鱼槽9的作用;当鱼苗孵出时,打开闸门17,鱼苗经束流圈15的出水口和出水管16放到存鱼槽9内,完成孵化。

1.鱼苗孵化器,其特征在于:蓄水池(1)通过水泵(2)连接出水管(3),出水管(3)的出口下方设有分水槽(4),氧气瓶(18)通过增氧管(19)与分水槽(4)连接,分水槽(4)下方连接若干个分水管(5),分水管(5)分别与阀门(6)和注水嘴(7)连接,注水嘴(7)的下方设有孵化器(8),孵化器(8)包括V型容器(13)、集水圈(14)、束流圈(15)和闸门(17),V型容器(13)上方连接集水圈(14),束流圈(15)位于集水圈(14)内,所述的束流圈(15)下方与向V型容器(13)连接,上方向V型容器(13)中心线方向靠拢,在束流圈(15)上设有一个出水口,闸门(17)插在出水口处并与束流圈(15)连接,所述的闸门(17)由闸门框架(20)和中部的筛网(21)构成,集水圈(14)上设有出水管(16),出水管(16)下方设有存鱼槽(9),存鱼槽(9)位于托盘(12)内,托盘(12)位于固定支架(10)上,托盘(12)上设有回水管(11),回水管(11)的出口位于蓄水池(1)的上方。
