Further, after the multimedia server transfers the resource value from the management account to the user account of the second user, the first terminal obtains the comment information and sends the comment information to the multimedia server.
In the embodiment of the invention, an acquisition request sent by a first terminal corresponding to a first user is received, wherein the acquisition request carries a user identifier of a second user and an identifier of multimedia information; sending an acquisition request to a second terminal corresponding to a second user according to the user identification of the second user, so that the second terminal acquires multimedia information corresponding to the identification of the multimedia information obtained by recording the second user; and receiving the multimedia information sent by the second terminal, and sending the multimedia information to the first terminal. The first terminal can acquire the multimedia information corresponding to the identification of the multimedia information obtained by recording the second user.
Example 3
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for acquiring multimedia information. When the first user wants to enter the karaoke package with the second user at the same time so that the second user sings the song specified by the first user, the second user can sing the song specified by the first user by the method provided by the embodiment of the invention.
Referring to fig. 3, wherein the method comprises:
step 301: a first terminal corresponding to a first user selects a user identifier of a second user;
the first user can be a song requesting user, and the second user can be a song requested user.
When the first user wants the second user to enter the song-ordering package at the same time, the first user firstly selects a song-ordering user which the first user wants to listen to, namely selects the user identifier of the second user.
The first terminal selects a user identifier from the user list as a user identifier of a second user; when a first terminal logs in a multimedia server, the multimedia server acquires a user list and sends the user list to the first terminal; the first terminal receives a user list sent by the multimedia server, displays the user list, the first user selects a user identifier which is in an online state currently from the user list according to the current state of the user, the user identifier selected by the first user is the user identifier of the user requesting the song, the selected user identifier is submitted to the first terminal, and the user identifier selected by the first user is used as the user identifier of the second user by the first terminal.
The user list at least stores the user identification of the user requesting the song, the user list can also store the current state of the user, the current state comprises online or offline, the user list can also store the user information of the user, and the user information can comprise the name, the gender, the photo, the strong song and the like of the user.
The first user can also select a user identifier currently in an online state from the user list according to the user information of the user.
For example, the user information includes a song that is good at, and the first user selects a user identifier of a song that is good at and enjoys by the user from the user list according to the user information of the user.
The user identifier of the first user may be a name of the first user or a user account registered by the first user in the multimedia server; the user identification of the second user may be a name of the second user or a user account registered in the multimedia server by the second user, etc.
Step 302: the first terminal sends an acquisition request to the multimedia server, wherein the acquisition request carries the user identification of the second user;
when a first user wants a second user to enter a karaoke booth at the same time so that the second user sings a song specified by the first user, the first user needs to request to establish a video call or a voice call between the first user and the second user. That is, when the first terminal requests to establish a communication connection for communication between the first user and the second user, the first terminal sends an acquisition request to the multimedia server, the multimedia server establishes the communication connection for communication between the first terminal and the second terminal according to the user identifier of the first user and the user identifier of the second user, and the acquisition request can carry the user identifier of the second user, the identifier of the multimedia information, the user identifier of the first user and the preset duration for communication between the first user and the second user.
The identification of the multimedia information may be the name of the song to be ordered, etc. The preset time duration is the time when the first user wants the second user to sing a song for the first user.
Step 303: the multimedia server receives an acquisition request sent by a first terminal, and transfers a first resource value to a management account from a user account of a first user;
the first user wants the second user to enter the song-on-demand booth at the same time, so that when the second user sings the song specified by the first user, the first user needs to pay the second user, in order to prevent the second user from singing the song according to the requirement of the first user, when the first user pays the second user, the fee is transferred to the management account, and when the first user and the second user exit the booth, the fee is transferred to the user account of the second user from the management account.
The management account is a public account for temporarily storing the fee paid by the first user to the second user.
Wherein, if the obtaining request carries a preset duration, step 303 may be implemented by the following steps (1) to (3), including:
step (1): the multimedia server receives an acquisition request sent by the first terminal, and acquires a user identifier and preset time length of a second user from the acquisition request;
step (2): the multimedia server acquires a resource value of unit time length corresponding to the second user, and calculates a first resource value according to preset time length and the resource value of the unit time length;
the multimedia server obtains the unit time length amount of the second user, and calculates the song requesting fee, namely the first resource value according to the preset time length and the unit time length amount of the second user.
Before this step, the second user may set its own amount of time per unit, that is, the second terminal sends the user identifier of the second user and the resource value of time per unit to the multimedia server, the multimedia server receives the user identifier of the second user and the resource value of time per unit sent by the second terminal, and stores the user identifier of the second user and the resource value of time per unit in the corresponding relationship between the user identifier and the resource value of time per unit, thereby realizing that the second user can set the resource value of time per unit corresponding to the second user.
Correspondingly, the step of obtaining the resource value of the unit time length corresponding to the second user may be: and acquiring the resource value of the unit time length corresponding to the second user from the corresponding relation between the user identification and the resource value of the unit time length according to the user identification of the second user.
If the acquisition request does not carry the preset duration, the multimedia server can enable the first user to prepay to the multimedia server, namely, the preset resource value is used as the first resource value.
The preset resource value may be set and changed as needed, and is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
(3): transferring the first resource value from the user account of the first user to the administrative account.
Specifically, according to the user identifier of the first user, the user account of the first user is obtained from the corresponding relationship between the user identifier and the user account, the first resource value is reduced from the user account of the first user, and the first resource value is added to the management account.
Step 304: the multimedia server establishes a first communication connection between the first terminal and the multimedia server and a second communication connection between the second terminal and the multimedia server;
after the multimedia server establishes a first communication connection between the first terminal and the multimedia server and a second communication connection between the second terminal and the multimedia server, the first user can carry out voice call or video call with the second user, and the first user and the second user can sing randomly in a song requesting package at the moment. That is, the first terminal sends the identifier of the multimedia information to the multimedia server through the first communication connection, and the multimedia server receives the identifier of the multimedia information sent by the first terminal through the first communication connection and sends the identifier of the multimedia information to the second terminal through the second communication connection; and the second terminal receives the identification of the multimedia information sent by the multimedia server through the second communication connection.
When the multimedia server establishes a first communication connection between the first terminal and the multimedia server and a second communication connection between the second terminal and the multimedia server, the current time is acquired as the establishment time.
Step 305: the second terminal sends the multimedia information to the multimedia server through a second communication connection;
and the second terminal shoots the second user to obtain the multimedia information corresponding to the identification of the multimedia information, and sends the multimedia information to the multimedia server through the second communication connection.
Step 306: the multimedia server receives the multimedia information sent by the second terminal through the second communication connection and sends the multimedia information to the first terminal through the first communication connection;
step 307: the first terminal receives the multimedia information sent by the multimedia server through a first communication connection;
when the first user and the second user wait for a preset time duration in the inter-packet, or the first user exits from the inter-packet, or the second user exits from the inter-packet, step 308 is executed, that is, when the preset time duration arrives, or when the first communication connection between the first terminal and the multimedia server is disconnected, or when the second communication connection between the second terminal and the multimedia server is disconnected, step 308 is executed.
Step 308: the multimedia server acquires the communication time length for the first user to communicate with the second user and the resource value of the unit time length corresponding to the second user;
when the first user exits the inter-packet space or the second user exits the inter-packet space, the multimedia server calculates the cost which the first user needs to pay to the second user, namely when the first communication connection between the first terminal and the multimedia server is disconnected or the second communication connection between the second terminal and the multimedia server is disconnected, the current time is obtained as the disconnection time, and the multimedia server takes the difference between the connection establishment time and the disconnection time as the communication time of the first user and the second user for communication.
And the multimedia server acquires the resource value of the unit time length corresponding to the second user from the corresponding relation between the user identification and the resource value of the unit time length according to the user identification of the second user.
When the first user and the second user are waiting for the preset duration in the inter-package, steps 308 and 309 may not be performed, and step 310 may be directly performed.
Step 309: the multimedia server calculates a resource value corresponding to the multimedia information according to the communication time length and the resource value of the unit time length corresponding to the second user;
and the multimedia server calculates the product of the communication time length and the resource value of the unit time length corresponding to the second user, and takes the product as the resource value corresponding to the multimedia information.
After the second user and the first user quit the inter-bundle, the first terminal is required to submit a transfer instruction to the multimedia server within a specified time, and the multimedia server transfers the cost of the first user to the second user according to the transfer instruction; if the first terminal does not submit the transfer instruction within the specified time, the multimedia server will also transfer the first user's charges to the second user when the specified time arrives. That is, when the first communication connection between the first terminal and the multimedia server is disconnected, timing is started, and when the timed time exceeds the second preset time, or when a transfer instruction submitted by the first terminal is received before the timed time exceeds the second preset time, step 310 is executed.
The second preset time may be set and changed as needed, and is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Step 310: the multimedia server transfers the resource value from the administrative account to the user account of the second user.
When the first user and the second user wait for the preset time length in the inter-package, the resource value corresponding to the multimedia information is equal to the first resource value, and the multimedia server transfers the resource value from the management account to the user account of the second user.
If the first user and the second user do not wait for the preset time length in the inter-package or the prepayment is not used up, transferring the paid fee to the second user and returning the residual fee to the first user; that is, the resource value corresponding to the multimedia information is smaller than the first resource value, the difference between the first resource value and the resource value corresponding to the multimedia information is calculated as a second resource value, the resource value corresponding to the multimedia information is transferred from the management account to the user account of the second user, and the second resource value is transferred from the management account to the user account of the second user.
Further, after the multimedia server transfers the resource value from the management account to the user account of the second user, the first terminal obtains the comment information and sends the comment information to the multimedia server.
In the embodiment of the invention, an acquisition request sent by a first terminal corresponding to a first user is received, wherein the acquisition request carries a user identifier of a second user and an identifier of multimedia information; sending an acquisition request to a second terminal corresponding to a second user according to the user identification of the second user, so that the second terminal acquires multimedia information corresponding to the identification of the multimedia information obtained by shooting the second user; and receiving the multimedia information sent by the second terminal, and sending the multimedia information to the first terminal. According to the invention, the first terminal can acquire the multimedia information corresponding to the identification of the multimedia information obtained by shooting the second user.

a first receiving module 401, configured to receive an acquisition request sent by a first terminal corresponding to a first user, where the acquisition request carries a user identifier of a second user and an identifier of multimedia information;
a first sending module 402, configured to send an obtaining request to a second terminal corresponding to a second user according to a user identifier of the second user, so that the second terminal obtains multimedia information corresponding to an identifier of the multimedia information obtained by shooting or recording the second user;
the second sending module 403 is configured to receive the multimedia information sent by the second terminal, and send the multimedia information to the first terminal.

the first acquisition module is used for acquiring a resource numerical value corresponding to the multimedia information;

In the embodiment of the invention, the user identification of the second user and the identification of the multimedia information are selected; sending an acquisition request to a second terminal corresponding to a second user according to the user identification of the second user, wherein the acquisition request carries the user identification of the second user and the identification of the multimedia information, so that the second terminal acquires the multimedia information corresponding to the identification of the multimedia information obtained by shooting or recording the second user; and receiving the multimedia information sent by the second terminal. In the embodiment of the invention, an acquisition request sent by a first terminal corresponding to a first user is received, wherein the acquisition request carries a user identifier of a second user and an identifier of multimedia information; acquiring multimedia information corresponding to the identification of the multimedia information obtained by shooting or recording the second user according to the user identification of the second user; and sending the multimedia information to the first terminal. The first terminal can acquire the multimedia information corresponding to the identification of the multimedia information obtained by shooting or recording the second user.
It should be noted that: in the above embodiment, when the apparatus for acquiring multimedia information acquires multimedia information, only the division of the above functional modules is taken as an example, and in practical applications, the above function distribution may be completed by different functional modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional modules to complete all or part of the above described functions. In addition, the apparatus for acquiring multimedia information and the method embodiment for acquiring multimedia information provided by the above embodiments belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes thereof are detailed in the method embodiment and are not described herein again.

receiving an acquisition request sent by a first terminal corresponding to a first user, wherein the acquisition request carries a user identifier of a second user and an identifier of multimedia information, and the identifier of the multimedia information is selected by the first user from a multimedia information list after the first terminal acquires a multimedia information list corresponding to the second user from a multimedia server according to the user identifier of the second user;
sending the acquisition request to a second terminal corresponding to the second user according to the user identification of the second user, so that the second terminal acquires multimedia information corresponding to the identification of the multimedia information obtained by shooting or recording the second user;
receiving the multimedia information sent by the second terminal, and sending the multimedia information to the first terminal;
after receiving the acquisition request sent by the first terminal corresponding to the first user, the method further includes:
acquiring a resource numerical value corresponding to the multimedia information; transferring the resource value from the user account of the first user to an administrative account; after the multimedia information is sent to the first terminal, transferring the resource value from the management account to a user account of the second user;
the obtaining of the resource value corresponding to the multimedia information includes:
acquiring a resource numerical value corresponding to the multimedia information from the corresponding relation among the user identification, the identification of the multimedia information and the resource numerical value according to the user identification of the second user and the identification of the multimedia information; or,
acquiring the communication time length of the communication between the first user and the second user and the resource value of the unit time length corresponding to the second user, and calculating the resource value corresponding to the multimedia information according to the communication time length and the resource value of the unit time length.
2. A method for obtaining multimedia information, the method comprising:
selecting a user identifier of a second user and an identifier of multimedia information, wherein the identifier of the multimedia information is selected by the first user from a multimedia information list corresponding to the second user after the multimedia information list corresponding to the second user is acquired from a multimedia server according to the user identifier of the second user; the multimedia server is used for acquiring a resource value corresponding to the multimedia information after receiving an acquisition request sent by a first terminal corresponding to the first user; transferring the resource value from the user account of the first user to an administrative account; after the multimedia information is sent to the first terminal, transferring the resource value from the management account to a user account of the second user;
sending an acquisition request to a second terminal corresponding to the second user according to the user identification of the second user, wherein the acquisition request carries the user identification of the second user and the identification of the multimedia information, so that the second terminal acquires the multimedia information corresponding to the identification of the multimedia information obtained by shooting or recording the second user;
receiving the multimedia information sent by the second terminal;
the multimedia server is further used for acquiring a resource numerical value corresponding to the multimedia information from the corresponding relation among the user identification, the identification of the multimedia information and the resource numerical value according to the user identification of the second user and the identification of the multimedia information; or acquiring the communication time length for the first user to communicate with the second user and the resource value of the unit time length corresponding to the second user, and calculating the resource value corresponding to the multimedia information according to the communication time length and the resource value of the unit time length.
3. A method for obtaining multimedia information, the method comprising:
receiving an acquisition request sent by a first terminal corresponding to a first user, wherein the acquisition request carries a user identifier of a second user and an identifier of multimedia information, and the identifier of the multimedia information is selected by the first user from a multimedia information list corresponding to the second user after the first terminal acquires the multimedia information list corresponding to the second user from a multimedia server according to the user identifier of the second user; the multimedia server is used for acquiring a resource value corresponding to the multimedia information after receiving an acquisition request sent by a first terminal corresponding to the first user; transferring the resource value from the user account of the first user to an administrative account; after the multimedia information is sent to the first terminal, transferring the resource value from the management account to a user account of the second user;
acquiring multimedia information corresponding to the identification of the multimedia information obtained by shooting or recording the second user according to the user identification of the second user;
sending the multimedia information to the first terminal;
the multimedia server is further used for acquiring a resource numerical value corresponding to the multimedia information from the corresponding relation among the user identification, the identification of the multimedia information and the resource numerical value according to the user identification of the second user and the identification of the multimedia information; or acquiring the communication time length for the first user to communicate with the second user and the resource value of the unit time length corresponding to the second user, and calculating the resource value corresponding to the multimedia information according to the communication time length and the resource value of the unit time length.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein before receiving the acquisition request sent by the first terminal corresponding to the first user, the method further comprises:
and sending the user identifier of the second user, the identifier of the multimedia information and the resource value corresponding to the multimedia information to the multimedia server, so that the multimedia server stores the user identifier of the second user, the identifier of the multimedia information and the resource value corresponding to the multimedia in the corresponding relation of the user identifier, the identifier of the multimedia information and the resource value.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein before receiving the acquisition request sent by the first terminal corresponding to the first user, the method further comprises:
and sending the resource value of the unit time length corresponding to the second user to the multimedia server, so that the multimedia server stores the resource value of the unit time length corresponding to the second user.
6. An apparatus for obtaining multimedia information, the apparatus comprising:
a first receiving module, configured to receive an acquisition request sent by a first terminal corresponding to a first user, where the acquisition request carries a user identifier of a second user and an identifier of multimedia information, and the identifier of the multimedia information is selected by the first user from a multimedia information list corresponding to the second user after the first terminal acquires the multimedia information list corresponding to the second user from a multimedia server according to the user identifier of the second user;
the first sending module is used for sending the acquisition request to a second terminal corresponding to the second user according to the user identifier of the second user, so that the second terminal acquires multimedia information corresponding to the identifier of the multimedia information obtained by shooting or recording the second user;
the second sending module is used for receiving the multimedia information sent by the second terminal and sending the multimedia information to the first terminal;
wherein the apparatus further comprises: the first acquisition module is used for acquiring a resource numerical value corresponding to the multimedia information; a first transfer module for transferring the resource value from the user account of the first user to an administrative account; the second transfer module is used for transferring the resource value from the management account to the user account of the second user after the multimedia information is sent to the first terminal;
wherein, the first obtaining module comprises:
a first obtaining unit, configured to obtain, according to the user identifier of the second user and the identifier of the multimedia information, a resource value corresponding to the multimedia information from a correspondence between the user identifier, the identifier of the multimedia information, and the resource value; or,
the first obtaining module includes:
a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain a communication duration for the first user to communicate with the second user and a resource value of a unit duration corresponding to the second user;
and the calculating unit is used for calculating the resource value corresponding to the multimedia information according to the communication time length and the resource value of the unit time length.

the selection module is used for selecting a user identifier of a second user and an identifier of multimedia information, wherein the identifier of the multimedia information is selected from a multimedia information list corresponding to the second user by a first user after a multimedia information list corresponding to the second user is acquired from a multimedia server according to the user identifier of the second user; the multimedia server is used for acquiring a resource value corresponding to the multimedia information after receiving an acquisition request sent by a first terminal corresponding to the first user; transferring the resource value from the user account of the first user to an administrative account; after the multimedia information is sent to the first terminal, transferring the resource value from the management account to a user account of the second user;
a third sending module, configured to send an acquisition request to a second terminal corresponding to the second user according to the user identifier of the second user, where the acquisition request carries the user identifier of the second user and the identifier of the multimedia information, so that the second terminal acquires the multimedia information corresponding to the identifier of the multimedia information obtained by shooting or recording the second user;
the second receiving module is used for receiving the multimedia information sent by the second terminal;
the multimedia server is further used for acquiring a resource numerical value corresponding to the multimedia information from the corresponding relation among the user identification, the identification of the multimedia information and the resource numerical value according to the user identification of the second user and the identification of the multimedia information; or acquiring the communication time length for the first user to communicate with the second user and the resource value of the unit time length corresponding to the second user, and calculating the resource value corresponding to the multimedia information according to the communication time length and the resource value of the unit time length.

a third receiving module, configured to receive an acquisition request sent by a first terminal corresponding to a first user, where the acquisition request carries a user identifier of a second user and an identifier of multimedia information, and the identifier of the multimedia information is selected by the first user from a multimedia information list corresponding to the second user after the first terminal acquires the multimedia information list corresponding to the second user from a multimedia server according to the user identifier of the second user; the multimedia server is used for acquiring a resource value corresponding to the multimedia information after receiving an acquisition request sent by a first terminal corresponding to the first user; transferring the resource value from the user account of the first user to an administrative account; after the multimedia information is sent to the first terminal, transferring the resource value from the management account to a user account of the second user;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring multimedia information corresponding to the identifier of the multimedia information obtained by shooting or recording the second user according to the user identifier of the second user;
a fourth sending module, configured to send the multimedia information to the first terminal;
the multimedia server is further used for acquiring a resource numerical value corresponding to the multimedia information from the corresponding relation among the user identification, the identification of the multimedia information and the resource numerical value according to the user identification of the second user and the identification of the multimedia information; or acquiring the communication time length for the first user to communicate with the second user and the resource value of the unit time length corresponding to the second user, and calculating the resource value corresponding to the multimedia information according to the communication time length and the resource value of the unit time length.
