According to the ink jet printer maintenance method, the liquid sprayed form the spray nozzles of the spray unit is recovered and filtered to be reused, so that flushing fluid reuse is achieved, flushing fluid waste is avoided and the maintenance cost is accordingly reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ink-jet printers, in particular to a maintenance method and a maintenance system of an ink-jet printer.
Background
The inkjet printing technology has the characteristics of high efficiency, low cost, non-contact form, flexible processing process and the like, so that a pattern formed by inkjet printing is widely applied to the processing of an Organic electronic device, the deposition and patterning of a functional polymer Film are realized by printing a functional polymer solution, and the processing of an Organic light emitting diode, an Organic Thin Film Transistor (OTFT for short) and an integrated device thereof is realized.
The ink jet printer is similar to a traditional stylus printer, as shown in fig. 1, and comprises a liquid inlet pipeline 1 and a liquid outlet pipeline 2, and a spraying unit 3 which is composed of a plurality of nozzles 31 and pipelines 32 communicated with the nozzles, wherein the pipelines 32 in the spraying unit 3 are also communicated with the liquid inlet pipeline 1 and the liquid outlet pipeline 2, when printing is prepared, the outlet of the nozzle 31 is closed, ink enters the spraying unit 3 from the liquid inlet pipeline 1, after the pipelines 32 of the spraying unit 3 are filled, if the ink flows out from the liquid outlet pipeline 2, the pipelines in the spraying unit 3 are cleaned, then the outlet of the nozzle 31 is opened, and if all the nozzles 31 also have the ink, the nozzles 31 in the spraying unit are normal, and printing can be carried out. In printing, the outlets of the nozzles 31 are opened, ink is ejected onto the substrate through the respective nozzles 31, and the ink ejected onto the substrate is dried to obtain a target film layer.
However, when the ink jet printer is used, since the ink is made of some solid organic materials dissolved in the solvent, when the ink is not used for a period of time, the ink in the nozzles will dry, and the remaining solid matters will block the nozzles. If the nozzle is clogged seriously, a long time is required for the flushing, and the longer the time for the flushing, the more ink is used, thereby causing a problem of high maintenance cost.
